The sound of waves crashing against the shoreline filled the air as the sun dipped low behind the distant mountains. It was peaceful here, or at least, it used to be. The protagonist, a young man in his youth, sat on the edge of his small balcony, looking out at the vast sea. His thoughts wandered as the cool breeze gently tousled his hair. The world felt distant, almost unreal, and the peace he'd grown used to in his small coastal town was now shattered.

Before the outbreak, he'd spent his days studying agriculture at college, learning about sustainable farming and how to grow food in the harsh environments. Despite his knowledge, he had always lacked the resources to test his ideas. The tiny apartment his family had bought for him was far too small to accommodate any real agricultural experiment. But he made do, learning and dreaming about the possibility of one day using of what he learned in college to help his family live comfortably by using the skills he learned. But fate really do play with people, the world suddenly become different. The world was ending as the civilization fall on people's eyes.

Luca's family wasn’t poor, but they weren’t wealthy either their just wealthy enough to sustain the small family they have and pocket a little money for keeping in their savings. When the time comes when he needs to go on college they scraped by, using what little they had on their savings to give him a decent education and a small apartment they bought. The small apartment had been a beacon of hope in his otherwise ordinary life. Yet, that same apartment had become a cage, holding him back from his dreams as the world outside spiraled into chaos. When the outbreak hit, the people was forced to flee, leaving behind everything they once knew.

Days pass as the once bustling city now screams in deafening silence but once in a while you'll hear growling, screams and gunshots as other people tried to flee the looming danger within the city.

Lucas stood up, gazing at the horizon once more gazing on the remnants of the city he once knew saying to himself this wasn’t the future i had imagined. Now survival was set to be Luca'st goal. No longer a college student with dreams of sustainable farming, now his just a survivor, trying to make it through each day.

As the days wore on, the Lucas learned to adapt to his current life. Trusting his instincts, "Lucas navigates the wreckage of the city he once walked with purpose, with dreams of finishing his studies crumbled along with the city that once thrived. He walked around the city to gather supplies, he moved cautiously through abandoned cities, and fought few zombies when necessary he's doing this widening the scope of his scavenging and one day, While scavenging for supplies on the outskirts of the ruined city, Lucas witnessed horrifying depths of human depravity. On this desolate fringe of civilization, the survivors had abandoned any remnants of morality—preying on the weak by capturing them to be used as livestock and slaves, subjecting their captives to unspeakable acts of torture and degradation. In one gut-wrenching moment, he saw individuals revel in bloodshed, dismembering their victims with a cold, calculated brutality, and even engaging in ritualistic horrors that blurred the line between hunger and sadism. In that moment, amid the collapse of order and the relentless threat of the undead, Lucas realized that the true horror lay not only in the ravenous zombies outside but also in the monstrous cruelty festering within the remnants of humanity.

As cautiously as possible, Lucas evaded the monstrous survivors moving like a shadow through desolate streets and steering clear of any possible danger. Suddenly, the echo of gunshots shattered the silence, drawing him toward their source. There, amidst the chaos, he discovered a mysterious woman—battered, bruised, and still fighting a top of armored vehicle despite her wounds she fire's her gun through the undead raining bullets untill she killed the last undead in the area. In that charged and suspenseful moment, before he could fully comprehend her plight, she collapsed from exhaustion, leaving Lucas with a haunting mystery and the unsettling feeling that this encounter would change his world forever.
