Episode 1 "Encounter ''

Love Blooms in Campus – Introduction

The campus of Haneul Arts University was always buzzing with life—students rushing between classes, laughter echoing through the courtyards, and the scent of freshly brewed coffee wafting from the campus café. Among the students were two individuals who seemed to live in completely different worlds: Min Yoongi, a reserved yet brilliant music composition major, and Park Jimin, a passionate and expressive fine arts student.

Yoongi was known for his cold exterior, always seen with his headphones on, drowning in melodies only he could hear. He rarely spoke unless necessary and preferred the solitude of the music room over social gatherings. Jimin, on the other hand, was warmth personified—his artistic soul was reflected in every brushstroke, and his laughter had a way of drawing people in.

Their paths had never crossed, and perhaps they never would have, until one accidental spill changed everything.

It all began on a crisp autumn morning when fate—or rather, an unfortunate cup of coffee—forced them together.

And so, an unexpected love story began to bloom on campus…

Let's start ( ◜‿◝ )♡

The morning air was crisp, the golden leaves of autumn swirling gently across the stone pathways of Haneul Arts University. Students bustled about, some clutching their books while others sipped on their morning coffee, trying to shake off their lingering drowsiness. Among them was Park Jimin, an art student known for his expressive paintings and warm personality.

Jimin walked towards the campus café, a leather sketchbook tucked securely under his arm. His mind was occupied, buzzing with new ideas for an upcoming project. His professor had given them an open-ended assignment—paint something that moves you—and Jimin had been struggling to find the perfect subject.

"Maybe I should draw something about autumn," he murmured to himself as he approached the café door. "Or maybe—"

Before he could complete his thought, his world tilted.

A sharp gasp escaped him as something hot and sticky splashed across his chest and hands.

Jimin stumbled backward, blinking in shock. His sketchbook tumbled to the ground, its pages now stained with the rich, brown liquid of what smelled like—coffee.

“Oh, shit,” a low voice muttered.

Jimin barely had time to register what had happened before his gaze snapped up to meet a pair of deep, dark eyes. Standing before him was a young man with messy black hair, a slight scowl on his face as he examined the damage.

Min Yoongi.

Jimin recognized him instantly. Everyone on campus knew Min Yoongi. A third-year music composition major, he was known for his genius-level talent, blunt personality, and tendency to avoid unnecessary social interactions. He was often seen in the music hall or the library, always with his headphones on, lost in his own world.

And now, that same Min Yoongi had just spilled coffee all over him.

Jimin’s brain finally caught up to the situation. He looked down at himself—his cream-colored sweater now had a large, ugly brown stain across the front. His hands, once clean and ready to sketch, were now sticky with coffee. And worse—his sketchbook.

Jimin hurriedly bent down, flipping through the pages. Some were completely ruined, the coffee having bled into the charcoal lines he had spent hours perfecting. He felt a sting in his chest—this sketchbook held weeks of ideas, practice pieces, and unfinished artworks.

Yoongi sighed and rubbed his temple. “I wasn’t looking,” he admitted, his voice calm but indifferent.

Jimin exhaled sharply, biting his lip to hold back his frustration. “Yeah, I noticed,” he said, voice tight. He looked up at Yoongi, searching for some sort of apology, but the older student simply ran a hand through his messy hair, clearly more annoyed than guilty.

A tense silence stretched between them, the sounds of campus life moving around them like white noise.

Then, with an exasperated sigh, Yoongi reached into his jacket pocket and pulled out a pack of tissues. “Here,” he muttered, shoving it toward Jimin.

Jimin stared at the tissues. “Really?” he asked incredulously. “You just ruined my sketches, and all you have to offer is this?”

Yoongi raised a brow. “What else do you want? A new sweater? A whole new sketchbook?” His tone wasn’t mocking, but it wasn’t exactly apologetic either.

Jimin clenched his jaw, his usual patience wearing thin. “An apology would be nice,” he said firmly.

Yoongi blinked. He seemed genuinely surprised by the request, as if the concept of apologizing for something like this had never occurred to him. After a pause, he let out a low sigh and nodded.

“Fine. I’m sorry,” he said, voice even. “Didn’t mean to spill coffee on you.”

Jimin studied him for a moment, trying to decide if the apology was sincere. It wasn’t exactly the most heartfelt, but it was something.

Still, Jimin wasn’t one to hold grudges. He huffed out a breath, taking the tissues and dabbing at his sweater. It was useless—the stain was too big and too deep. He grimaced. “Well, there goes my favorite sweater.”

Yoongi glanced at it, then at the ruined sketchbook in Jimin’s hands. He shifted on his feet, looking almost uncomfortable. Then, much to Jimin’s surprise, he said, “I’ll buy you another coffee.”

Jimin blinked. “What?”

“You’re obviously here for coffee. Let me buy you another one,” Yoongi said, nodding toward the café door. His tone was casual, but there was something in his expression—an awkward attempt at making amends.

Jimin hesitated. He hadn’t planned to spend any more time with Yoongi, but… maybe this was his way of apologizing properly. And, well, free coffee was free coffee.

After a moment, he sighed and gave a small nod. “Fine,” he said. “But I’m getting the most expensive one on the menu.”

Yoongi’s lips twitched, as if holding back a smirk. “Knock yourself out,” he muttered, pushing open the café door and stepping inside.

Jimin followed, still half-annoyed, half-intrigued by the man who had just crashed into his morning.

As they walked in, Jimin had no idea that this unexpected encounter would change everything.

Episode 2: Coffee and Apologies

The rich aroma of coffee and freshly baked pastries filled the campus café as Jimin and Yoongi stepped inside. The café was bustling with students, some hunched over laptops, others chatting in hushed tones. Despite the warmth of the café, Jimin was still fuming.

His sweater was soaked with coffee, his hands sticky, and his sketchbook—his most prized possession—was ruined. The pages were wrinkled, ink smudged, and sketches blurred beyond recognition. He held it under his arm, sighing as he followed Yoongi to the counter.

“So,” Yoongi said, pulling out his wallet, “what’s the most expensive drink here?”

Jimin crossed his arms. “You really think I won’t do it?”

Yoongi raised an eyebrow. “I think you’re too mad at me to care about the price.”

Jimin huffed and turned toward the menu, scanning the options. His eyes landed on the caramel hazelnut macchiato with extra whipped cream—a drink so expensive he had never dared to buy it himself. Well, if Yoongi was offering…

“I’ll take a caramel hazelnut macchiato, large, extra caramel drizzle,” Jimin said sweetly.

Yoongi didn’t even blink. “And a black coffee for me,” he told the barista, handing over the money without complaint.

Jimin watched him, slightly surprised at how unbothered Yoongi was about spending money on him. He expected him to at least roll his eyes or make a sarcastic comment, but Yoongi simply waited for their drinks in silence.

As they moved to the waiting area, Jimin couldn’t help but study him. Yoongi was known for being mysterious, distant, and often uninterested in people. He rarely interacted with anyone outside his small group of friends. And yet, here he was, buying Jimin coffee like it was no big deal.

“You really don’t talk much, do you?” Jimin asked, breaking the silence.

Yoongi glanced at him. “Not unless I have to.”

Jimin smirked. “And right now, do you have to?”

Yoongi exhaled. “Not really.”

Jimin let out a small laugh. “Wow. And here I thought you’d at least try to make up for ruining my entire morning.”

Yoongi sighed. “Look, I already said I’m sorry.”

Jimin raised an eyebrow. “Did you? I don’t remember hearing the words.”

Yoongi ran a hand through his hair, looking mildly frustrated. “Fine. I’m sorry.”

Jimin studied him for a moment, lips curling into a mischievous grin. “That sounded painful for you.”

Yoongi shook his head, but before he could respond, the barista called out their names. Jimin grabbed his drink eagerly, taking a sip. His eyes widened as the rich caramel and hazelnut flavors melted on his tongue.

“Oh my god,” Jimin breathed. “This is amazing.”

Yoongi took his own coffee, unimpressed. “That good, huh?”

Jimin nodded, savoring another sip. “Best thing to happen to me today.”

They found a small table in the corner, and Yoongi pulled out his notebook while Jimin absentmindedly flipped through his ruined sketchbook. He sighed, running his fingers over the water-stained pages.

Yoongi glanced up, watching him. “Can you fix it?”

Jimin exhaled. “Some of it. But a lot of my best sketches are ruined.”

There was a pause before Yoongi said, “I’ll buy you a new one.”

Jimin looked up sharply. “What?”

Yoongi shrugged. “A new sketchbook. I’ll get you one.”

Jimin blinked, surprised. “You… don’t have to do that.”

“I know,” Yoongi said simply.

Jimin stared at him, studying his face. There was no sarcasm, no teasing—just a simple, sincere offer.

Jimin leaned back in his chair, sipping his drink. “You’re not as heartless as people say, huh?”

Yoongi sighed. “I was never heartless.”

Jimin smirked. “You just look like you want to punch everyone you meet?”

Yoongi glanced at him. “Exactly.”

Jimin laughed, shaking his head. “Well, good news for you—I’m definitely not scared of you.”

Yoongi snorted. “I figured.”

For a moment, they just sat there, sipping their drinks. The conversation had started as awkward reparations, but now the tension from earlier had melted away.

Jimin tapped his fingers against the table. “Hey, about the sketchbook thing—really, you don’t have to.”

Yoongi didn’t look up from his notebook. “I want to.”

Jimin hesitated before smiling. “Thanks, Min Yoongi.”

Yoongi didn’t respond, but for the first time, Jimin thought he saw the tiniest smirk on his lips.

And somehow, he knew—this wouldn’t be the last time they had coffee together

Episode 3: Classmate Rumors

At Haneul Arts University, gossip spread faster than wildfire. A single small event could turn into a full-blown campus sensation by lunchtime.

And today’s latest rumor?

Min Yoongi and Park Jimin had coffee together.

Jimin walked into his morning art class, feeling refreshed and happy. He had saved the last bit of his caramel hazelnut macchiato—the one Yoongi bought him yesterday—and was sipping it as he entered the classroom. The rich, sweet flavor made his morning ten times better.

He barely had time to sit down when his best friend, Kim Taehyung, plopped into the seat beside him.

Taehyung grinned. “Good morning, campus prince.”

Jimin frowned. “Huh? What are you talking about?”

Taehyung wiggled his eyebrows. “Oh, you haven’t heard?”

Jimin sighed, already sensing trouble. “Heard what?”

Taehyung leaned closer, lowering his voice. “People are saying Min Yoongi has a soft spot for you.”

Jimin choked on his drink. “What?!”

Taehyung laughed. “Oh yeah. Apparently, the fact that he bought you coffee is a huge deal.”

Jimin groaned, rubbing his temples. “It was an apology coffee! He spilled his drink on me, so he replaced it. That’s all.”

Taehyung smirked. “Mmm… but is it really?”

Jimin glared. “Taehyung.”

“Look,” Taehyung said, throwing his hands up, “I’m just saying—Yoongi doesn’t do things for people. He doesn’t talk to anyone unless it’s necessary. Yet, he bought you coffee and spent time with you?”

Jimin sighed. “You guys are reading too much into this.”

Taehyung grinned. “Maybe. But the entire campus disagrees.”

Jimin groaned and threw a paintbrush at him.

Meanwhile, over in the music department, Yoongi was having a very similar morning.

Sitting in the practice room, he was tuning his guitar when Kim Namjoon walked in, looking far too amused.

Yoongi glanced up. “What.”

Namjoon leaned against the piano, arms crossed. “So… I heard something interesting.”

Yoongi sighed. “Let me guess—some dumb rumor?”

Namjoon smirked. “Oh, it’s a great one. Apparently, you have a crush on Park Jimin.”

Yoongi froze mid-tune, fingers hovering over the strings.

Namjoon continued, grinning. “Word is, you’re soft for him.”

Yoongi closed his eyes and took a deep breath. “Unbelievable.”

Namjoon chuckled. “I mean, it’s kind of your fault. You never do favors for people, yet you bought him coffee. Of course people are going to talk.”

Yoongi rolled his eyes. “I spilled coffee on him. It was basic human decency.”

Namjoon shrugged. “Sure. But to the rest of campus? It’s basically a love story.”

Yoongi groaned, grabbing a pencil and throwing it at him.

By the time lunch rolled around, Jimin was tired of hearing about it.

As he walked toward the cafeteria, he could hear whispers and giggles from nearby students.

“Did you hear? Min Yoongi bought him coffee.”

“Do you think they’re secretly dating?”

“I heard Yoongi calls him mochi.”

Jimin groaned loudly, rubbing his temples. “This is getting ridiculous.”

Before he could escape, a familiar voice called his name.

“Mochi.”

Jimin whipped around, eyes widening. “Yoongi?! What are you doing here?”

Yoongi stood near the cafeteria entrance, holding his usual cup of black coffee. He looked mildly annoyed, probably already aware of the rumors.

He raised an eyebrow. “Why do you look surprised?”

Jimin grinned. “Because you’re a hermit. You don’t do cafeterias.”

Yoongi sighed. “Namjoon dragged me here.”

Jimin walked up to him, smirking. “Aww, did you miss me, cat-face human?”

Yoongi stared at him, looking unimpressed. “What did you just call me?”

Jimin giggled. “Cat-face human. You know, because you always look like a grumpy cat.”

Yoongi took a slow sip of his coffee, staring at Jimin like he was reconsidering his life choices.

“I regret buying you that drink.”

Jimin looped his arm around Yoongi’s shoulder, grinning. “Oh, come on, kitty. Don’t be like that.”

Yoongi shrugged him off immediately, sighing. “You’re impossible.”

Jimin laughed. “Relax. But seriously, you might want to clear things up. People actually think we’re dating.”

Yoongi choked on his coffee. “What?!”

Jimin nodded, enjoying this way too much. “Mmm-hmm. Apparently, buying someone coffee is a love confession.”

Yoongi groaned. “I hate people.”

Jimin patted his back. “There, there, kitty. You’ll survive.”

Yoongi shot him a glare. “Call me that one more time—”

Jimin skipped ahead toward the lunch line, waving. “Love you too, kitty~!”

Yoongi sighed deeply, rubbing his temples. “I’m never buying him coffee again.”┐( ˘_˘)┌
