Chapter 1: A Sudden End, A New Beginning
“Oi, wake up, man! You’ll be late for class!”
I groggily lifted my head from my desk, blinking at the blurry figure of my best friend. Ah, right. I pulled an all-nighter gaming again.
“Relax, bro. I’ve got plenty of—”
HONK!
Before I could finish my sentence, a sharp, blaring horn filled my ears. Then—impact.
Pain. Darkness. Silence.
Am I... dead?
A strange sensation surrounded me, like I was floating in warm water. My thoughts were hazy, but one thing was clear—I definitely got hit by that damn truck.
So this is what dying feels like? I always thought I’d go out in some epic way—saving a cat, fighting off robbers—something cool. But nope, I became another statistic in the “Death by Truck” club.
Just as I was about to mentally curse my luck, a voice echoed around me.
“Your time in that world has ended. You have been chosen for rebirth.”
“Huh?” My voice sounded... weirdly soft? Higher-pitched?
Before I could process it, my body suddenly felt heavy—like I was being pulled down by gravity. Light flooded my vision, and suddenly—
I was awake.
But something was wrong. My limbs felt different. My chest felt... weird. My hair tickled my shoulders. And when I looked down—
“WHAT THE HELL?!”
I was definitely not in my old body anymore.
I scrambled to my feet, only to stumble over the oversized pink pajamas I was wearing. My hands shot to my chest—definitely bigger than before. My hair? Long. My voice? Soft and girly.
“What kind of sick joke is this?!”
Before I could even process my new reality, the bedroom door slammed open.
“Lilian! You’re awake! You scared me to death!”
A girl with short, bright hair rushed toward me, hugging me tightly. Wait, who?!
“Y-You... Who are you?!” I stammered, my heart racing.
The girl pulled back, looking at me with wide eyes. “Huh? What do you mean? Lilian, are you feeling okay? You don’t remember your own best friend?”
Lilian? Best friend? Oh crap.
I wasn’t just reborn—I was reborn as someone else in a completely different life. And judging by this girl’s teary-eyed worry...
I was now a girl.

Great! Here’s Chapter 2 of the story.
Chapter 2: Welcome to My New Life... as a Girl?!
I stared at the girl in front of me, my mind struggling to process everything. Okay, let’s go over the facts.
I died.
I woke up in a new body.
That body is a girl’s.
This girl thinks I’m someone named Lilian.
What the hell is happening?!
“Lilian? Are you okay? You look pale!” The girl grabbed my hands, her eyes filled with concern.
Crap. Think, think! I can’t just scream, “I used to be a dude, and I don’t know you!” That would make me sound insane.
So I did what any normal person would do—I faked it.
“I-I think I hit my head or something... I don’t remember much,” I lied, rubbing my temple for dramatic effect.
Her eyes widened in shock. “You don’t remember anything? Not even me?”
I hesitated. “Um... no?”
She gasped. “Oh no! You lost your memory! Should I call a doctor? Wait—maybe I should call your girlfriend—”
Wait, WHAT?!
“G-Girlfriend?!” I choked.
She nodded rapidly. “Yeah! You and Selena have been dating for a month now! Don’t you remember?”
My brain short-circuited. Hold up. I HAVE A GIRLFRIEND?!
As if things weren’t chaotic enough, another voice suddenly called out from outside the room.
“Lilian, are you awake?”
The door opened, and in walked the most beautiful girl I had ever seen in my life.
Tall, elegant, and absolutely drop-dead gorgeous, she had long, silky black hair, piercing blue eyes, and an ice-cold aura that made her seem untouchable. She was wearing a sleek black dress, her arms crossed as she gazed at me with a cool, unreadable expression.
“Selena!” my ‘best friend’ squeaked. “Lilian doesn’t remember anything! What should we do?!”
Selena’s sharp eyes landed on me. She took a slow step forward, her heels clicking against the floor.
Then, she gently cupped my chin and leaned in way too close.
“If you lost your memories,” she murmured, “then I’ll just make you fall for me all over again.”
OH SH*T.

Chapter 3: My “Girlfriend” is Too Hot to Handle?!
System error. Brain not found. Please restart.
That’s exactly what my mind felt like as Selena’s cold fingers gently tilted my chin up. Her icy blue eyes locked onto mine, and I swear my soul nearly left my body.
“W-Wait a second!” I yelped, scrambling backward until my back hit the bedpost. “Y-You can’t just say something like that out of nowhere!”
Selena arched a perfect eyebrow. “Why not? We’re dating, after all.”
WHAT KIND OF WORLD DID I REINCARNATE INTO?!
My supposed best friend, who was still standing by the door, clapped her hands together. “Selena’s right! Even if Lilian lost her memories, feelings can always be rebuilt! It’s super romantic!”
Romantic my ass! I was a dude just yesterday!
I took a deep breath, trying to remain calm. “Uh... okay. Can someone please explain what kind of person I was before? Because I feel like I’m missing something important here.”
Selena narrowed her eyes slightly. “You were stubborn, playful, and annoyingly charming.”
“Sounds about right,” I muttered before realizing—wait, she called me charming?!
My best friend (who still hadn’t told me her name, by the way!) grinned. “You’re Lilian Summers! A popular troublemaker, but also one of the smartest students at our university! You recently started dating Selena, and the whole school was shocked because she’s known for rejecting everyone. But for some reason, she chose you!”
Okay, wow. Past-me had serious game.
Selena crossed her arms. “It was troublesome at first, but you were persistent.”
I gulped. “Define ‘persistent’?”
Selena’s gaze darkened slightly, and a small smirk tugged at her lips. “You don’t want to know.”
...I absolutely DO want to know, but I’m also scared.
Before I could ask any more questions, my best friend gasped. “Ah! I forgot to introduce myself! I’m Emily! We’ve been besties since middle school!”
“R-Right. Nice to meet you... again?” I said awkwardly.
Emily giggled. “Don’t worry, we’ll help you get your memories back! And who knows? Maybe you’ll fall for Selena all over again!”
I forced a laugh. Yeah, sure. No problem. It’s not like I’m secretly a reincarnated guy freaking out about being in a GL romance or anything.
Selena leaned closer again, her cool breath brushing against my ear. “You should rest for now. I’ll pick you up for class tomorrow.”
Before I could react, she straightened up and left the room like a graceful villainess.
Emily sighed dreamily. “She’s so cool, right?”
I stared at the door. My heart was still racing.
This is going to be a long, long life.
