Chapter 1: The Rebirth of a Villainess

Chapter 1: The Rebirth of a Villainess

The first thing Lily noticed after waking up was the overwhelming scent of expensive perfume, the cold touch of silk sheets against her skin, and—oh, right—the fact that she was lying on a giant bed in a room that could fit three of her old apartments.

Great. She was in the body of a spoiled villainess.

Not just any villainess, though. She was now Vanessa Winters, a woman whose name was synonymous with drama, chaos, and scandal. And the worst part? She was supposed to be the one to ruin the main couple in this BL story. She was the jealous ex, the manipulative fiancée, the one who would stop at nothing to tear the two lovers apart.

Lily—no, Vanessa—groaned. She didn't want to be a villainess. She didn’t even want to be a part of this absurd love story. She just wanted to live her life in peace and maybe enjoy some cake. Instead, she had been tossed into a mafia drama where two dangerous men were in love with each other, and her job, apparently, was to destroy that love.

Except… that wasn't going to happen. Lily had other plans.

“Well, if I can't stop them from falling in love,” she muttered to herself, “maybe I can make them fall in love with me instead.”

It was an absurd idea. Ridiculous, even. But at least it sounded more fun than being the villainess everyone hated. Lily glanced around the room. The walls were lined with dark, sleek furniture, and there was a painting of a man—clearly the male lead—staring down at her. She was sure he was probably her fiancé in this world. Yikes.

She had to think. How could she make them fall for her, instead of just staying out of the way like she was supposed to?

As if on cue, the door slammed open, and in walked the two men who would ruin her carefully laid plans. The first was a tall, brooding figure with sharp eyes that looked like he had just stepped out of a mafia movie. His name? Raphael Blackwood, the dangerous, aloof male lead. And trailing behind him, looking just as fierce, was his boyfriend, the devil-may-care Gabriel Moretti. Of course, the two were practically inseparable.

They stared at her for a long moment, their expressions unreadable.

“Well?” Gabriel asked with a smirk, his dark eyes gleaming mischievously. “Are you going to say something, Vanessa?”

Lily froze. She could feel her cheeks heating up. It had been less than five minutes, and she was already messing things up.

“Uh... What do you want me to say?” Lily replied, her voice coming out in a squeak. “Hello? How’s the mafia world treating you?”

Raphael raised an eyebrow, clearly not expecting this awkwardness. Gabriel, however, laughed.

“Guess we’ll just have to figure this out together, huh?”

Vanessa—no, Lily—suddenly felt the weight of the situation sink in. They were both staring at her, and for some strange reason, it didn't feel like they wanted her gone. It felt… dangerous.

Maybe her plan to make them fall for her wouldn’t be so crazy after all.

Chapter 2: Mafia Bosses Are Too Flirty

Chapter 2: Mafia Bosses Are Too Flirty

Lily sat frozen in place as Raphael and Gabriel continued to stare at her. Their gazes were intense—too intense. She could feel the sweat forming on her back.

Stay calm, Lily. You’re in a BL novel. They are in love with each other. You are just a side character. A villainess who is supposed to mess up their romance. BUT YOU WON’T.

She cleared her throat and gave them her best innocent smile. "So, um… what brings you two lovely gentlemen here today?"

Gabriel smirked and leaned against the wall, arms crossed. "Lovely gentlemen? That’s new. Usually, you scream at Raphael and throw expensive vases at me."

Lily gulped. Right. Vanessa was supposed to be a crazy jealous woman. Not good.

Raphael narrowed his eyes. "Are you feeling sick?" He took a step forward, towering over her. "You're acting… different."

Crap. Think, Lily, think!

"Oh, you know," she said, waving a hand. "Self-improvement! Therapy! Yoga! I’ve decided to stop being a toxic ex-fiancée and become a peaceful, enlightened woman. Inner peace and all that."

Gabriel let out a low whistle. "Wow. So last week, you tried to sabotage our business, and now you're meditating? Impressive character development."

Lily laughed nervously. "Yep! Totally reformed. No more evil schemes. In fact, I fully support your relationship! Love is love, after all!"

Silence.

The two mafia bosses just stared at her.

And then, to her absolute horror, Gabriel grinned.

"That’s cute," he said, tilting his head. "But I don’t believe you."

Lily’s smile twitched. "Excuse me?"

Raphael, ever the silent and brooding one, suddenly leaned in closer. Too close. His expensive cologne mixed with the faint scent of gunpowder. "You’ve been trying to separate us for months, Vanessa. And now, you’re acting like an angel?" His voice was low, suspicious.

Lily swallowed hard. "W-Well, people change?"

Gabriel chuckled. "Or… maybe you’ve finally realized something."

"R-Realized what?"

Gabriel took a step forward, trapping her between him and Raphael. His dark eyes sparkled with amusement. "That we’re more interesting than you thought."

Lily’s brain shut down.

Wait. WAIT. This isn’t how the story is supposed to go. THEY’RE SUPPOSED TO LOVE EACH OTHER, NOT—

Her thoughts were cut off when Raphael suddenly reached out and tucked a loose strand of hair behind her ear.

"Be careful, Vanessa," he murmured, voice deep and dangerous. "If you’re not playing games anymore… then what do you want?"

Lily’s heart was about to explode.

She wanted them to fall in love with each other. Not flirt with her! Not turn this into some weird love triangle!

But looking at their smirking faces, she had a terrifying realization.

Oh no. They’re BOTH falling for me.

How was that? Want me to continue?

Chapter 3: Mission BL is Failing Miserably

Chapter 3: Mission BL is Failing Miserably

Lily wanted to scream. Not in fear—okay, maybe a little in fear—but mostly in frustration.

This was NOT how things were supposed to go! She had one goal: make sure Raphael and Gabriel ended up together, and somehow, she had managed to make them interested in her instead.

This is a BL novel, dammit! Not some reverse harem story!

She forced a laugh, stepping back—only to realize she was completely trapped between the two dangerously attractive mafia bosses.

"Ahaha, you guys are so funny!" she said, clapping her hands like an awkward seal. "But let’s not joke around, okay? We all know the real love story here."

Gabriel arched a brow. "Do we?"

Lily nodded aggressively. "Yes! You and Raphael! You’re soulmates! Destined to be together! Lovers meant to—"

Raphael cut her off with a sigh. "Vanessa, you really think that after everything we’ve been through, we’d still believe in fate?"

Lily opened her mouth, then closed it. Fair point.

Gabriel smirked. "Besides, aren’t you supposed to be obsessed with Raphael?"

Lily choked. "W-What? No! Absolutely not! I mean— I WAS. But that was before I found inner peace!"

Gabriel snickered. "Inner peace, huh? And what brought that on? Love? Maybe… forbidden love?"

"YES!" Lily blurted out before thinking. "I mean, NO!"

Gabriel looked at Raphael. "She’s not making any sense."

Raphael simply stared at her, his sharp gaze making her skin prickle. "She’s lying."

Lily's soul nearly left her body.

"Lying? M-Me?" She let out a weak laugh. "Why would I lie? I’m just a poor, innocent woman caught up in a tragic mafia love story!"

Raphael’s gaze darkened. "Exactly. And the only way to survive in this world…"

He leaned in, voice low, dangerous.

"…is to pick the right side."

Lily gulped. "And… what side is that?"

Gabriel grinned. "Ours, of course."

Lily's brain short-circuited.

No. No, no, no. I am NOT becoming the love interest of two insanely dangerous mafia bosses. I refuse. I REJECT THIS FATE.

But when Gabriel threw an arm around her shoulders, and Raphael’s intense gaze didn’t waver for a second, she had one terrible realization.

Mission: Get the Male Lead and His Boyfriend Together… is an absolute disaster.

Chapter 4: Help! The Mafia Boyfriends Are Malfunctioning!

Lily sat stiffly between the two most dangerous men in the city, feeling like a rabbit that had accidentally wandered into a den of wolves.

On her right, Raphael sat with his usual brooding expression, arms crossed, looking like a mafia boss straight out of an action movie. On her left, Gabriel lounged lazily, his sharp eyes filled with amusement as he twirled a knife between his fingers.

Why am I sitting between them?

Oh, right. Because Gabriel had dragged her onto the couch and declared, "She’s ours now," like she was some lost puppy they had decided to adopt.

Lily was not a lost puppy.

She was a woman on a mission. A mission that was failing spectacularly.

"So, Vanessa," Gabriel drawled, breaking the silence. "Tell me. If you’re not trying to sabotage us anymore… what are you trying to do?"

Lily stiffened. "W-What do you mean?"

Raphael’s sharp gaze locked onto her. "You’ve suddenly stopped interfering in our relationship. You’re acting suspiciously nice. And now, you’re pushing us together."

Gabriel smirked. "If I didn’t know any better, I’d say you were trying to set us up."

Lily’s soul left her body.

They know. THEY KNOW.

She forced a nervous laugh. "W-What? No! That’s ridiculous! Why would I do that? Haha! I mean, who does that? Not me!"

Gabriel flicked his knife into the air and caught it effortlessly. "You’re a terrible liar, princess."

Lily’s eye twitched. Princess?

Raphael leaned forward, his piercing gaze making her feel like a criminal on trial. "Tell us the truth, Vanessa. What exactly are you trying to do?"

Lily was sweating.

She had two options:

Continue lying and risk these two terrifying men actually suspecting something.

Tell the truth and hope they don’t think she’s insane.

She took a deep breath.

"You really wanna know?" she asked.

Both men nodded.

Lily clenched her fists. "Fine. I’M TRYING TO MAKE YOU TWO FALL IN LOVE!"

Silence.

The kind of silence that made her wonder if she had just signed her death warrant.

Gabriel blinked. "…What?"

Raphael frowned. "Come again?"

Lily, now running purely on adrenaline, pointed at them. "You two are soulmates! You’re supposed to be together! I was supposed to be the jealous villainess trying to break you apart, but I refuse! I am now your number one supporter! So stop looking at me weird and just kiss already!"

More silence.

Then—

Gabriel let out a low chuckle. A very dangerous chuckle.

"You hear that, Raphael?" he mused. "She wants us to kiss."

Raphael’s lips curled into a smirk. "Interesting."

Lily suddenly felt like she had made a terrible mistake.

Gabriel leaned in, voice teasing. "And what if we want you instead?"

Lily choked on air.

Mission Failed. Restarting from last checkpoint.
