"Blood & Desire "
The Hunter & The Hunted
The penthouse was silent, the kind of silence that only came before death. Justin crouched in the shadows, gun steady in his hand, eyes locked on the man sitting comfortably in a leather chair—Kim V, the infamous mafia kingpin.
The mission was simple. One bullet. One dead king.
His earpiece crackled. "Are you in position?"
Justin
Justin exhaled. "Obviously."
Lee jin
A familiar voice scoffed. "Then hurry up and take the shot before he gets bored and kills you first."
Justin
Justin smirked slightly. "Appreciate the confidence, Jin hyung"
Lee jin
"Appreciate it after you get out alive."
Justin rolled his eyes and steadied his aim. One shot. Done.
The unmistakable press of a gun against the back of his head.
Justin froze.
kim v
"Tsk, tsk." A low, amused voice. "You should know better than to try and kill me in my own home."
Justin didn’t hesitate. He spun, knocking the gun aside, raising his own—only to find himself face-to-face with Kim V, who looked infuriatingly amused instead of threatened.
kim v
Fast," Kim V mused, tilting his head. "I like that."
Justin
Justin scowled. "You’re enjoying this."
kim v
V smirked. "Should I not be? You went through all this trouble to meet me, after all."
kim v
Justin barely had time to react before V moved—disarming him in a blink, pressing his own gun to Justin’s chest.
Before Justin could answer—
A gunshot shattered the tension.
Lee jin
"Oh, for the love of—" Jin’s voice exploded in Justin’s earpiece.
Lee jin
Justin, did you seriously just let him disarm you?! You had one job!"
kim v
V raised a brow, clearly entertained. "Friend of yours?"
Justin
Justin clenched his jaw. "Not for much longer."
kim v
V chuckled, pressing the gun just a little harder against Justin’s chest. "Shame. I was starting to enjoy our little moment."
Justin
Justin glared. "I’ll kill you."
kim v
V’s smirk deepened. "You can try, sweetheart."
do or die
A sharp blade pressed against Jungkook’s throat.
kim v
V leaned in, his breath warm against Jungkook’s ear. "You're good," he murmured. "But not good enough to kill me."
Jungkook’s pulse pounded in his ears. His body screamed at him to fight back, but V’s grip was like iron.
And his eyes—**those damn eyes—**held something dangerous. Something too amused, too intrigued.
Justin
I will get another chance to kill you ."
kim v
V’s smirk deepened. "Oh, I know."
The door burst open as Yoongi’s men stormed in.
Jungkook reacted on instinct, using V’s momentary distraction to flip them over—now it was him pinning V against the wall.
kim v
raised a brow, clearly entertained. "Kinky."
Justin
Jungkook scowled. "Shut up."
More gunfire. No time.
Jungkook had two options—fight his way out alone or take the risk of aligning with V.
V must have read his mind because he smirked, tilting his head toward the exit.
Jungkook hesitated. This was a terrible idea.
But right now? It was the only way to survive.
He exhaled sharply, grabbing a fresh gun
Justin
"Fine. But after this, we’re not done."
kim v
V’s grin was almost wolfish. "I’d be disappointed if we were."
With that, they charged into the chaos together.
A Deal with the Devil
Gunfire echoed through the abandoned warehouse.
Jungkook moved like a shadow, dodging bullets with ease, his sharp eyes scanning for an escape. He wasn’t supposed to be here—not trapped in Kim Taehyung’s world, fighting beside him instead of killing him.
Yet here he was.
V, on the other hand, looked completely unbothered, as if dodging death was just another Tuesday for him. His movements were precise, calculated—a man who had never feared for his life.
Jungkook hated him for it.
Justin
How many men did you piss off?" Jungkook growled, shooting down an enemy.
kim v
V smirked, effortlessly dodging an incoming blade. "Hard to say. I have that effect on people."
Justin
Jungkook scowled. Cocky bastard.
More men swarmed in. Too many.
Jungkook reloaded, but before he could react, a bullet grazed his arm. Pain flared through him.
Shit.
Before he could recover, a strong grip yanked him backward—V’s grip.
kim v
"Careful, sweetheart," V murmured, shielding him as he fired a shot. "I’m starting to think you need me."
Justin
Jungkook ripped his arm away, ignoring the heat that curled in his stomach at the nickname. "In your dreams."
kim v
V only chuckled. "You’d be surprised."
Jungkook had no time to unpack that, because Yoongi’s men were closing in.
Escape. He needed to escape.
V suddenly grabbed Jungkook’s wrist, pulling him toward a side exit.
Justin
Jungkook yanked back. "Why the hell should I follow you?"
kim v
V exhaled through his nose, looking slightly irritated for the first time. "Because if you don’t, you’ll be dead in less than sixty seconds."
Jungkook clenched his jaw. Damn it. He hated this—hated being backed into a corner.
But for now?
He had no choice.
With a curse, Jungkook ran after him.
They burst into the alleyway, the cold night air hitting them as they sprinted toward a waiting car.
Jimin was already inside, engine running
jimin
"Move, move, move!" Jimin yelled.
V slid into the passenger seat with ease. Jungkook hesitated—one wrong move, and he was walking into enemy hands.
kim v
V tilted his head. "You can stay out here and die, or you can get in. Your choice, assassin."
Jungkook’s fists clenched. This was a terrible idea.
But he had one goal—finding out the truth about his past. And right now? V was the only one who had answers.
With a growl, Jungkook climbed into the car.
Jimin stepped on the gas, tires screeching as they sped away into the night.
V leaned back, looking completely at ease. Then, he turned to Jungkook, eyes dark with amusement.
kim v
"Now," he murmured, "let’s talk about that deal."
