The Fractured Identity

Chapter I { A Simple New Beginning}

Freya Angel Dela Saryo, known to her friends and family as Fey, lived a simple life in a small town. She had just graduated with a degree and was now preparing for her board exam. To increase her chances of passing, Fey had signed up for a review center in the city.

As she packed her bags, Fey's mother, Maria, couldn't help but feel a mix of emotions. She was proud of her daughter for taking this big step, but she was also worried about Fey's safety in the city.

"Fey, be careful, okay?" Maria said, her voice trembling. "Take care of yourself and don't forget to eat well."

Fey smiled and hugged her mother. "Don't worry, Mom. I'll be fine. I'll study hard and make you proud."

Maria handed Fey a small bag filled with snacks and a bottle of water. "Here, take this. And don't forget to call me as soon as you arrive."

Fey nodded and took the bag. "I will, Mom. Thanks."

As Fey was about to leave, Maria called out to her. "Fey, wait!"

Fey turned around, expecting her mother to say something important. But instead, Maria just smiled and said, "I love you."

Fey smiled back and replied, "I love you too, Mom."

With that, Fey left for the city, excited for her new adventure. She arrived at the bus station just in time to catch her bus, but as she was on the road, the bus got stuck in a traffic jam.

Fey sighed and looked out the window, watching as the cars inched along the road. She was going to be late arriving at her dorm.

As the bus finally started moving again, Fey pulled out her phone and sent her mother a text. "Hey Mom, just a heads up, I'm running a bit late. Traffic jam."

Her mother replied almost immediately. "Okay sweetie, be careful. Can't wait to hear from you when you arrive."

Fey smiled and put her phone away, feeling a little better knowing that her mother was worried about her.

After what felt like an eternity, the bus finally arrived at the terminal. Fey grabbed her bags and stepped off the bus, looking around at the unfamiliar sights and sounds of the city.

She hailed a taxi and gave the driver the address of her dorm. As they drove through the city, Fey couldn't help but feel a sense of wonder. The city was so different from her small town, with towering skyscrapers and bustling streets.

The taxi finally pulled up in front of Fey's dorm, a tall building with a sign that read "University Dormitory". Fey paid the driver and stepped out of the taxi, looking up at the building.

She took a deep breath and picked up her bags, walking into the dorm. The lobby was bustling with students, and Fey felt a little overwhelmed.

She approached the front desk and introduced herself. "Hi, I'm Freya Angel Dela Saryo. I'm a new student here."

The receptionist smiled and handed Fey a key. "Welcome, Fey. You're on the third floor, room 314."

Fey took the key and thanked the receptionist. She made her way to the elevator, feeling a sense of excitement and nervousness.

As she stepped into her room, Fey was relieved to find that it was clean and comfortable. She dropped her bags on the floor and looked around, taking in the small bed, desk, and closet.

Fey spent the rest of the evening unpacking and settling into her new room. She called her mother to let her know that she had arrived safely, and then spent some time exploring the dorm.

For the next two weeks, Fey settled into her new routine, studying hard for her board exam. She made friends with some of her classmates and started to feel more at home in the city.

But as the days went by, news began to spread that human traffickers were on the loose again. Fey's mother called her, worried sick.

"Fey, be careful," Maria said. "Don't go out alone at night, okay?"

Fey reassured her mother that she would be fine. "Don't worry, Mom. I can take care of myself."

But as the days went by, Fey began to feel a sense of unease. She tried to brush it off, focusing on her studies instead.

...****************...

Three days later, Fey was walking back to her dorm late at night, exhausted from studying. As she was about to hail a taxi, a white van pulled up beside her.

Before she could react, someone grabbed her from behind and covered her mouth. Fey tried to struggle, but she felt herself getting dizzy.

Her vision began to blur, and everything went black.

Chapter I.I { A Simple New Beginning}

Fey's world went dark, and she felt herself being dragged away. She tried to struggle, but her body felt heavy and unresponsive.

As she was dragged, Fey's mind flashed back to her mother's warnings. "Be careful, Fey. Don't go out alone at night."

Fey's thoughts were interrupted by the sound of a door sliding open. She was thrown onto a hard surface, and she felt a wave of nausea wash over her.

"Where am I?" Fey asked, her voice shaking.

One of the men laughed. "You're in a place where no one can hear you scream."

Fey's eyes adjusted slowly to the dim light, and she saw that she was alone in the van. But she could hear the sound of voices outside, muffled by the walls of the van.

"Who are you?" Fey demanded. "What do you want from me?"

The man who had laughed earlier spoke up. "We're just trying to make a living, sweetheart. And you're going to help us."

Fey tried to struggle, but her body felt weak and unresponsive. She was dragged out of the van and thrown onto the ground.

As she looked up, Fey saw a group of strangers staring back at her. They were all men, with rough faces and cold eyes.

"What do you want from me?" Fey asked again.

One of the men sneered at her. "You're going to be sold to the highest bidder. You're going to make us a lot of money."

Fey's eyes widened in horror. "No," she whispered.

The man laughed again. "Yes, sweetheart. You're going to be our ticket to riches."

Fey tried to struggle, but she was no match for the men. They overpowered her, and she was dragged away, deeper into the heart of darkness.

When Fey came to, she was lying on a narrow bed in a small, dingy room. The walls were cracked and faded, and the air was thick with the smell of mold and decay.

A figure stood in the corner of the room, watching her. Fey couldn't see their face, but she could sense their gaze.

"Where am I?" Fey asked, trying to keep her voice steady.

The figure didn't answer.

Fey's heart was racing, and she knew that she had to get out of there. But she had no idea where she was or how to escape.

One of the men walked into the room, a cruel smile on his face. "Welcome to your new home, sweetheart. You're going to be here for a while."

Fey's eyes narrowed, and she knew that she had to stay calm and think clearly. She would figure out what was going on and find a way to escape.

But for now, she was trapped.

...****************...

Fey's days blended together in a blur of fear and desperation. She was confined to a small, dingy room with no windows and no way out. The only light came from a small LED light in the ceiling.

She was not alone. There were other women and girls in the room, all of them with the same look of fear and desperation in their eyes.

One of the women, a girl who looked no older than 15, approached Fey. "My name is Sarah," she said, her voice barely above a whisper.

Fey introduced herself, and Sarah told her that she had been there for weeks. "They're trying to sell us," Sarah said. "But if they can't sell us, they...they do terrible things to us."

Fey's eyes widened in horror. "What kind of things?" she asked.

Sarah hesitated, as if she was afraid to say. "I've seen them beat women who don't cooperate," she said. "And I've heard rumors of...of worse things."

Fey felt a wave of nausea wash over her. She couldn't believe what she was hearing.

As the days passed, Fey saw the horrors that Sarah had described. She saw women being beaten and abused, and she heard the sounds of screams and crying coming from other rooms.

Fey knew that she had to escape, but she had no idea how. The room was locked, and the windows were barred. And even if she could escape, where would she go?

As the days turned into weeks, Fey's hope began to dwindle. She was trapped, and she didn't know if she would ever be free again.

But Fey refused to give up. She knew that she had to keep fighting, no matter what.

And so, she waited and watched, looking for any opportunity to escape. She knew that it wouldn't be easy, but she was determined to try.

For Fey, the only way to survive was to hold on to hope. And she was determined to do just that, no matter what horrors lay ahead.

Chapter I.II { A Simple New Beginning}

Days turned to weeks fey was loosing hope, but as she saw sarah geting draged out of the room she knew she had too somehow make a plan to find the exit and leave this place.

Fey sat on her bed, her eyes fixed on the door. She had been waiting for what felt like hours, her heart racing with anticipation.

She had planned her escape carefully, studying the guards' routine and waiting for the perfect moment to strike.

That moment was now.

Fey heard the sound of footsteps outside her door, and she knew that the guard was coming with her food.

She stood up, her hands clenched into fists, and positioned herself behind the door.

As the guard entered, Fey swung her arm with all her might, hitting him on the head with a loud thud.

The guard crumpled to the ground, unconscious.

Fey didn't hesitate. She stepped over the guard's body and out into the hallway.

She had planned to make a run for the exit, but as she turned a corner, she saw a sign that made her blood run cold: "Operating Room".

Fey's curiosity got the better of her. She pushed open the door and peeked inside.

Fey stood frozen in horror, her eyes fixed on the operating table. She couldn't believe what she was seeing.

The doctors were speaking in hushed tones, their conversation a mix of languages. Fey caught snippets of English, Japanese, Chinese, and Russian, but she couldn't understand everything.

"...kidney o arimasu," one of the doctors said, his voice low and gravelly.

Fey didn't know what that meant, but she knew it couldn't be good.

Another doctor responded in broken English, "We get good price for liver. Highest bidder."

Fey's stomach churned as she realized the true extent of the horror. These people were not just killing children, they were profiting from their organs.

She felt a wave of nausea wash over her, but she knew she couldn't give in. She had to get out of there, and she had to tell someone about the atrocities she had witnessed.

As she turned to leave, Fey heard the sound of footsteps coming from the hallway. The guards had discovered the unconscious guard, and they were closing in on Fey's location.

Fey tried to hide, but it was too late. The guards had already seen her, as they were closing in.

"Ah-ah, little spy," one of the guards sneered, grabbing Fey's arm and twisting it behind her back.

"Let me go!" Fey struggled, but there were too many of them.

"You shouldn't have snooped around," another guard growled, punching Fey in the stomach.

Fey doubled over, gasping for breath. "You're monsters!" she spat.

The guards just laughed. "You're just a foolish girl," one of them sneered.

They dragged Fey out of the operating room, beating her mercilessly as they went.

Fey's world went dark as a guard's fist connected with her jaw. She felt herself being dragged away, but she couldn't see or hear anything.

"Take her back to her cell," one of the guards ordered. "We'll deal with her later."

Everything went black.

...****************...

When Fey came to, she was back in her cell, her body aching all over. She groggily sat up, trying to remember what had happened.

The memory of the operating room came flooding back, and Fey knew she had to escape. She couldn't let them continue to hurt innocent children.

With newfound determination, Fey began to plan her next move. She would escape, no matter what it took. And she would make sure those responsible paid for their crimes.
