Meet Maribelle White, a 16-year-old girl living in the peaceful neighborhood of Baker Street, London. It was yet another cloudy day but it was already normal for the people there. With a swift motion, Maribelle grabbed her schoolbag and rushed downstairs. There, she saw her parents preparing her breakfast.

"Oh, Mari! Come here and have breakfast with us." Her Mother called out.

Maribelle smiled apologetically, raising her right hand up while her other one gripped the bag over her shoulder. "No, thanks, Mom, I'm already running late for school." She rushed outside. "Bye, Mom! Bye, Dad!"

At school, Maribelle went to her seat. Behind her, there was another 16-year-old, Gordon Jackson, who happened to be Maribelle's classmates since they were 8. The teacher walked in, fixing her glasses and setting down her materials on the desk.

"Good morning, students." She said. "I would like to introduce a transferee to you. Meet Elizabeth."

A pretty girl walked in and smiled, waving her hand at the crowd of students staring at her. "Hello, everyone! My name is Elizabeth and I am 14 years old."

Elizabeth took a seat next to the window, admiring the scenery of the garden outside. It was truly a pleasure for her.

At lunch break, Maribelle went to her usual spot and was just about to eat when Gordon approached her. "Hey, Mari, I just wanted to ask you if you already had the tools we needed for our project in Science?"

Maribelle smiled, taking a bite of her sandwich. "Mhm. We can talk about it right now if you want." Gordon nodded and sat down next to Maribelle.

Gordon sighed. "Listen, Mari, the project isn't really the reason why I came to you."

Confused, Maribelle swallowed a piece of the sandwich, raising her eyebrows. "What do you mean?"

"Well... Listen to what the other students are saying."

"Hm?" Maribelle turned her head around the cafeteria, listening to every conversation as much as she can.

"That new Elizabeth girl kinda looks similar to Maribelle and Gordon, doesn't she?"

"Why does Elizabeth have no surname?"

"Is Elizabeth some sort of fairy girl?"

Maribelle narrowed her eyes and looked back at Gordon. "The people are saying stuff about Elizabeth, the new girl."

"Exactly. What if we try to approach her and befriend her? Even just for a bit?"

"But we don't even know anything else other than her name and age yet."

"Yeah, but-"

A hand suddenly reached out towards Maribelle and Gordon's direction, making them turn to whoever it was. It was Elizabeth. She placed her other hand to her collarbone, smiled and softened her gaze at them.

"Hello, my name is Elizabeth. Nice to meet you guys."

Somehow, those eyes were captivating...

"So, what are the stuff that you guys usually do?" Elizabeth asked.

"Well, we just don't talk to much, we aren't really that close." Maribelle replied, brushing it off with her hand movements like it was nothing.

Elizabeth hugged her knees and placed her chin on top of it. "I see... Do you mind being a trio?"

Gordon tilted his head. "A what?"

"A trio. I really want a trio and you guys seem to be the perfect people to fulfill it."

Maribelle smiled and giggled. "I don't think that's a bad idea. Come on, Gordon, let's be a trio with Elizabeth!"
