I woke up with a start, my heart pounding in my chest. My breath came in quick gasps as the remnants of the nightmare still clung to my mind like a shadow that I couldn’t shake off. In a dream, I had been lost, surrounded by thick, dark woods, with voices calling my name in the distance but never reaching .The trees whispered secrets that I couldn't understand, and every step i take only seemed to pull me deeper into the darkness.
When I finally managed to open my eyes, the bright sunlight streaming through the window directly focus on me. Than I lay there for a long moment, staring at the ceiling, and my body frozen on the bed. It was just a dream, I said to myself , but the feeling of anxiety lingered, suffocating the thoughts.
The morning passed in a blur. I just wanted to get out of bed, to face the day, but every time l tried, the image of the forest crept back into my mind. I don't want to leave the comfort of my blankets, the only place where I can felt safe. The idea of facing customers at a shop, talking, or even going outside seemed impossible.
I sat on the edge of my bed, hugging my knees to the chest. The world outside seemed too bright, too loud. I just wanted peace, but it felt as though the storm inside my mind wouldn’t let me have it. However, I say to myself, it's impossible to stay at room and letting the bad dreams lingered again and again. Then I get up, drink hot water and carry my side bag, than I walked to the shop at a city Thimphu town. I arrived after an hour refreshing my mind from the lingering dreams.
As I followed my usual routine—cleaning, mopping, and arranging the dresses—hoping for customers to come through the door. But, as always, no one arrived, and the day ended with zero profits. At 7 pm, I locked up the shop, feeling defeated. I walked to the bus stop, and after just a minute, the bus arrived. With a quiet sigh, I boarded and made my way home, uncertain of what tomorrow would bring.
After arriving home, I washed my feet and took a long, refreshing shower to wash away the exhaustion of the day. Once I was clean, I sat down to a comforting dinner, lovingly cooked by aunt. The warmth of the meal and the familiar presence of my cousins brought a sense of calm, offering a brief respite from the struggles of the day. For a moment, I felt a quiet peace, surrounded by the simple comforts of home. Then I connected to Wi-Fi network and I enjoyed the mobile legend Bang Bang game for two hours. Finally, I charged my phone and I made a bed for my two cousin then I comment them to sleep, so they can wake up early and can go to school at time.
end of the day.......
