Noah’s breath catches as Ace suddenly strides forward, gripping his chin, forcing their eyes to meet.

Noah swallows hard as Ace finally releases him, stepping away with a lazy smirk.

(Mockingly) “Get comfortable. You’re not leaving.”
Lucas Reed – The Protector
Age: 32
Role: Ace’s right-hand man and personal bodyguard.
Personality: Fiercely loyal, highly skilled in combat, and always watching Ace’s back.
Backstory: A former military specialist who owed Ace his life, now he serves as his most trusted enforcer.
Relationship with Noah: Suspicious of Noah at first but later becomes a silent protector.
Chapter 3 – No Escape
💨 Noah’s chest rises and falls quickly as Ace’s words sink in.

(Leaning lazily against the wall, watching in amusement) “Adorable.”
💀 Lucas doesn’t even flinch as Noah tries to push past him again.
💨 Noah spins, grabbing a nearby lamp and hurling it at Ace before bolting for the window.
⚡ Before he can reach it, a strong arm hooks around his waist, yanking him back.
😵💫 The world tilts as he lands hard against a warm, solid chest. Fingers grip his chin, forcing him to look up.

(Chuckles darkly, tightening his grip) “You have spirit, I’ll give you that.”
Ace suddenly shoves Noah back onto the bed, looming over him.

💢 “You’re insane!”
Adrian "Ace" Knight
😏 (fingers trailing along Noah’s jaw) “And you’re mine now.”
With a final smirk, Ace steps back and leaves, locking the door behind him.
💢 Noah grabs a pillow and throws it at the door in frustration.
