He sees a girl dressed up, and her hair left open, and she is trying to climb out of the window.

The girl is trying to fit in the frame of the window with her full-blown gown. A wedding gown perhaps.
Somehow, she made it half way and looks around the messy room of clothes and boxes spread over.
Suddenly, the door opens with a thud.
