The beautiful sea was calm ,and on the surface ,the humans could be seen playing on the beach , children giggling as they played with the sand..

It was fun on the surface,but underneath the sea, fishes of different breeds were swimming Fishes like sharks looking for there prey.the area was calm when suddenly the surrounding sea horse scattered noticing movements...

"Woah..!come on Talia this is fun"A cheerful voice a mermaid could be heard..

" Melissa wait up"Talia chuckled swimming after Melissa both girls giggled slapping there tails together before diving deeper into the ocean back to there coast...

" Talia am so hungry,is there seaweeds please"Melissa soft voice cooed as Talia gave her a side glance.

" You and food,shoo away even if you eat the entire seaweed in the ocean,you won't every get fat"Talia said with annoyance.

" Well..but I like my statue like this,it's just perfect "Melissa grinned making Talia scoffed,both girls continue gisting entering the coast.

" So can I come "Melissa asked....

" Thanks Talia your the best"Melissa gave her a side hug before swimming towards her own little sea shell,and Talia who was still smiling suddenly had a grim look on her face as her lips pressed into thin lines,her eyes looking towards the direction of Melissa's house with complications...

" Mel...I hope you forgive me "Talia said silently before swimming away.

The dark stone in the corners make the passage way look creepy since there was no light...

"Am here,I have what you want"Talia said when she swam towards the passage way staring warily at the place before two mermaids swam out to meet her....

" Oh dear Talia ,you sure know how to do your work,does Melissa know you betrayed her..hmmm?"

Sofia a mermaid with black hair taunted Talia who gritted her teeth...

"She doesn't belong here in the first place"...

" Yeah,sure outcasts Like her aren't welcome or they are going to steal your loved ones with there innocent facade"

Gaya another mermaid with green hair scoffed...

Talia only frowned before passing an object wrapped up in a leaf to Gaya who collected it..

" No one must hear of this or else ..."Talia said slowly making the girls scoff in displeasure.

" Relax we know how to do our job,unlike you who could backstab her friend,oh!sorry ... childhood friend?Sofia said with sarcasm as she continued.

" Stabbing your childhood friend because of jealousy,but no worries no soul will learn of this unless you let your mouth loose though"...

Sofia taunted further....

Talia mumbled a curse before swimming away to avoid suspicious,the two girls looked at each other and giggled evilly.

" Poor Melissa unknownly had to fall under Talia's scheme because of jealousy"Sofia said as the girls moved further along the passageway.

" Who told her to unconsciously captured the prince's heart,now she has to face Talia's wrath"..

" Anyways what's has it got to do with us,the girl is getting on my nerves anyways and it's time she was put in hed place,an orphan and outcast like her doesn't deserve to live among us here, she's nothing but a filthy pollution "

After meeting with the director who had signed the contract with the company,Jared decided to spend his weekend in the hotel,he had gave a contact to his friend Chris telling him of his arrival to his hotel.

After getting ready,Chris who was buttoning up the hand if his sleeve turned to the side to see his phone screen after hearing the sound of notifications.

"Ting"

He checked the phone and saw a message from Jared.

"I will be there in thrift minutes .be ready".

Chris looked at his phone with annoyance really wishing to punch his arrogant face.

He sighed before grabbing his coat,and phone going downstairs.

"Mr Chris would you like to have breakfast now or should I package it for you "

" Sure Nanny G "Chris said smiling at the older woman who nodded before walking to the kitchen.

Chris sighed softly wearing his coat,and sitting on the dining seat.

"Don't be late "

Chris scoffed reading the message from Jared before he stood up mumbling under his breath he ordered the Nanny to deliver his food to work through his PA,as he left for the hotel..

Melissa had justed finished eating some seaweeds and was preparing to go visit Talia.

Melissa swam a bit from her little seashell bed when she saw Talia swimming towards her..

"Talia "Melissa called out cheerfully to Talia who gave a forced smile..

" Come on let's go"

Talia said in response and both girls swam towards the direction of the main coast..

" Uhmm...Talia didn't you said we were going to your house?what are we doing in the main coast?...

Melissa asked warily with confusion.

"...I..ehmm wanted to get something from someone,could you please accompany me "....

Talia lied, Melissa gave one look of weariness to the coast walls before nodding and they sawn deeper...

Talia gave a side glance at Melissa grinning at her stupidity before looking ahead,she didn't realize Melissa giving her suspicious glances too..

" She didn't do anything to offend Talia,then why was she giving her those

" weird look".

Melissa just shook her head," maybe I was thinking too much,Talia won't hurt me "...

They passed through the coast and Melissa saw the people strange look of accusations,fear and disgust making her more confused and when she turned to tell Talia her observation she freezed...

Four merman guards were encircling her out no where and Talia was no where to be found,and Melissa was telling herself that Talia didn't just frame her up but the guards next word broke those thoughts..

"Melissa you're under arrest by the law of the oceans for colliding with the humans and swimming to the surface and also bringing a dangerous substance to harm the sea and it environment".

" What??

Melissa yelled in shock staring wide eyed at the guards who rough handled her taking her prisoner to the prison and the other merfolks jeared pointing figures making Melissa bow her head in shame...

...behind the sea of crowds that block Melissa captured sight,Talia , Sophia and Gaya could be seen..

" Good work guys ,I will settle you with your payment later"Talia said with a sly smile.

" You better,else you won't like the consequences "Sofia hissed before she and Gaya left Talia alone to watch the scene of her backstabbing her friend.

" Am sorry Melissa but no one can take prince Derek's heart expect for me,any other mermaids would have to be eliminated"....

The reason why Talia was so hell-bent on making Melissa image tarnished was that,prince Derek's was on a trip and God knows when he would be back.

With this thought in mind,Talia smirked before swimming away from the place back to her home.

Melissa was taken captive to the palace prison and placed into one of the cell room,she didn't struggle knowing it was useless.

She still refuse to believe the fact that Talia stood her up ..but for what?..she knew not..

"What's going on exactly!!.. Melissa thought before swimming towards the dark corner of the cell room and sitting on the ground,her back resting on the wall.

" Anyways she's was just a nobody easy to get rid of,she wished Prince Derek was here at least".

She sighed again before succumbing to the darkness falling fast asleep.

The alarm blared loudly as Antonio but It to shut it off,he groaned tiredly before seating up on the bed, resting his head on the bed board...

"So tired...."

He murmur,he opened his eyes slowly squinting it due to the rays of sunlight peeking through his window.

Blinking twice he finally opened his green eyes which stared blankly at his room before his gaze turned to look at the calendar.

" When will mom be back from that vacation of her's anyway?..

"Whatever..."

He lifted the sheets,his feet Patting the floor as he went towards the bathroom to take a shower.

About twenty minutes, Antonio came out of the bathroom wrapped In a black robe,a towel in his hand as he dried his hair...

Antonio opened his wardrobe and stared for three minutes before he sighed and pick out a black shirt and trouser.

" I need more clothes, can't believe I forgot most of them in Australia"He hissed wearing his cloth before putting on his eyes glass,his bag strap on,his phone In his hand as he came out of the room locking the door.

He came face to face with Jared and his already bad mood turned worst.

" Hiss"..

Antonio didn't even give him a response when he passed by Jared who reeked of alcohol.

"Yoh! can't you greet or are you blind"Jared said in a drunken tone making Antonio eyes twitched violently with annoyance .

"What was this silly human thinking,why was she blushing".

Derek shook his head helplessly in his mind.

" Okay sir"the waitress squeak walking away to get his order.

Melissa had woken up and staring at the cell wall blankly when she sighted two merman's guards sharing food for the prisoner's.

They stopped in front of her cell, looking at her with distain.

" Traitors like her should be executed".

" More like it,heard the judgement will be passed down tomorrow ".

Melissa heard this and frozed,her blood turning cold.

" Ex...did she just heard execution".she shivered with fear.

"Nah!...what do you expect from an outcast"the guards jeered swimming away from her cell not passing her any food.

Shivering with fear,she laid on the ground slowly crying herself to tears,shinny white pearls fell on the floor, getting hidden by the sand.

" Why?just why?what exactly was her offense,now even Talia wasn't showing up making everything all messed up".

"Was this how she was going to die without knowing the cause"Melissa scoffed sadly laying on the ground too weak to move.

But behind the corner a sea horse was watching her every move before it swam away to deliver some messages to it owner...

The birds singing beautiful woke up the woman lying on the bed,her black hair scattered on the bed,the duvet was carelessly thrown wrapped around her body.

"Sophia...

Mr Gold started only to see his wife sleeping peacefully on the bed.

He smiled helplessly seeing her sleeping posture before closing the door gently and walking towards the bed.

"Honey.."

Mr Gold called out softly but the sleeping Sofia couldn't hear him,he gave her a light kiss on her forehead.

He had kids in the united states' they couldn't be here with him because of his job and his chaotic family especially his grandparents who didn't approve of there marriage and was still finding ways to break them apart..

Sofia used to come spend some times with him,which he cherished and selfishly wanted more but knew he couldn't keep her here,she wasn't safe.

" Honey..one-day I'll get a chance to be with you and the kids,I promise"he said hurt evident in his voice,he kissed her lightly on the lips before leaving the room.

In the darkest depth of the coast the seahorse swam towards the direction of the place before sliding into a corner.

The seahorse swam further sighting a bright up cave hidden by sea weeds, corals and other stuffs.

" At long last little friend you're here how did it go"Medusa the evil witch and a mermaid chuckled darkly seeing the sea horse swimming in.

"Did you find her,great then my plan is working perfectly after she gets banished or worse,anyhow it goes make her come here understand".

The seahorse nodded in response and Medusa grinned evily.

" Excellent go back and watch her,relay any useful message,now go!..

The sea horse turned back swimming out of the cave back to the direction of the coast.

" Finally when I get what I want,am going to destroy that coast of there's and take the throne for myself hahahaha"

Medusa evil crackles echoed through the cave giving chills as the surrounding fishes fled for safety.
