Chapter 1: A Chance Encounter

 cindy, a wide-eyed freshman, nervously adjusted her backpack straps as she stepped onto the bustling college campus. The towering buildings, the endless sea of unfamiliar faces, and the hum of activity were both exhilarating and intimidating. She’d always dreamed of college life, but now that it was finally here, a wave of uncertainty washed over her.

Her first day was a whirlwind, and the constant fear of getting lost. As she wandered through the maze of corridors, she accidentally bumped into a tall, taned,whos eyes were mesmerizng black in colour,dark-haired guy. Books scattered across the floor.

“Oh, I’m so sorry!” cindy exclaimed, her cheeks flushing with embarrassment.

“No worries,” the guy replied, his voice was warm and reassuring. “I wasn’t paying attention.”

As they bent down to gather the scattered books, their fingers brushed. A strange tingle shot through cindy. She couldn’t quite place the feeling, but it was undeniably pleasant.

“I’m cindy,” she introduced herself, feeling a bit awkward.

“Jay,” he replied, a friendly smile playing on his lips.

They exchanged a few more words before parting ways, but Cindy couldn’t shake the feeling that something special had just happened. Little did she know, this chance encounter would mark the beginning of a journey that would change her life forever.

So after that she went to her classroom she was foreign to this new atmosphere she sat somewhere where she could see the board clearly and the lecture train started she was busy listening to the lecturer she glanced at jay who was attentively listening to the lecturer

After the lecture was over

IT WAS BREAK TIME

A huge crowd of girls and guys were surrounding him they were his friends

Cindy was alone by herself she ate her tiffin by herself and was on her phone nobody approached Cindy as she was new

After that the days went by, and they didn't talk to each other and some people starting to acknowledge her like these people weren't her friends they only knew her and would talk to her sometimes

There was a debate in their classroom in the English lecture the topic was Introverted vs extrovert people, so the students parted into two teams and the debate started Cindy was in the introverted people team she wanted to speak but was scared anxited for some reason she was still not used to this environment jay saw her and said GO CINDY GO TALK YOU CAN DO IT COME TALK Cindy felt butterflies in her stomach she was happy that her CRUSH knew her existence he was talking to her, so the lecturer called her, and she spoke about her thoughts about that topic she was feeling happiness but was still anxited her legs were wobbling because of talking in front of people who were her new classmates people clapped for her because they approved her point about that topic she was happy she got the courage to talk in front of people soon vacation started she was going to her native place with her parents

The train was moving rapidly it was night the scenery outside the train was worth looking at the trees racing with the train the moon shining brightly in the night sky and the atmosphere in the train was silent the same as outside

In The train

Cindy was busy talking with her bestie on twistagram as she was talking with her Bestie she had an idea why not just message him said stacy.

Gurl are you kidding?? do you want me to die out of stress girl i can't talk wIth him I am scared said cindy who was scared and anxious to talk to jay

Stacy said why not just use your fan account just change the name and PFP

Nah, girl i am not doing that that's a bad idea said Cindy who was scared of texting jay for some reason

Gurl then just text him from your real acc just do it just try being his frnd like start being friends with him first later yk what comes after friendship hahaha omggg Stacy said to Cindy who was excited for her friend

Ok fine;

And then Cindy found that jay guy's twistagram, and then she messaged him hi when she typed that message she was scared like what she was having thoughts like what if he thinks I am weird? What if he didn't reply to my text what if what that etc. she was overthinking after 10 min

Jay texted her hi and asked who is it?as she didn't have her PFP on twistagram it was a cute cat on her PFP

When Cindy saw his message she was shock and felt a lot of emotions at the same time

Cindy: hey its me........ Cindy yk we met in the hallway when it was our first day in our university

??!

Jay: oh yea it's you hi was supp btw I forgot what you look like? i am not being rude or anything its just yk we haven't talk much after that debate day

Cindy: yea that's ok.

Jay: btw that cat is cute is it yours the pfp I meant ?

Cindy: uhh no I took that pic from pinterest it has a lot of cute cat pics

Jay: btw did you have your dinner?

Cindy: yea I am on the train with my parents we all are going to our native place

Jay: that sounds cool I am not going to my native place this year for some reason

Cindy : ohh

After that they both talked for hrs and like it was 3 am, and he was still texting her they started texting at 12 am IDK why he was awake for some reason, but he was giving replies to her texts actively

But after that she stopped texting him at 3 am because she fell asleep

The next morning she woke up at 9 am they are still on the train and their destination is on the next stop they got out of the train when they arrived at the destination

And reached their native place home at 11 am
