It is totally impossible not to like Senpai. She is always available and so smart that she doesn’t take no for an answer. I always admire how she carries herself and make time for her classmates, friends and most of all, me. I am Akira Wang and this is the story of my crush, Senpai Nika Khan. Senpai grew up in Korea and I, in Japan.

Though she hails from India, her popularity with the girls are really something to be proud of. She never gets old with her charm, good looks and handsome beauty as king of sports, straight A genius not to mention her numerous array of awards representing our school for academic contests, maybe it be for spelling, mathematics or science college quiz bees or the sports festivals. You name it, she got it. But what’s more interesting is how she hides herself and thoughts to everyone, which is my line of expertise, by the way. She doesn’t know it but I secretly capture every glimpse of her on my camera since I dreamed of becoming a famous photographer and influencer after college. I made it a point to make Senpai my subject for my portfolio. But she doesn’t know it.

How do I know things about her? Well, I am not a stalker but I know guys and gals who know her and hang with her. And with their stories or information, I get what I need about Senpai, well, I have given a handsome money just to have those valuable details spitted out from her close friends and buddies.

Yet, it’s not much so one colleague of mine in our digital photography course advised that I personally ask Senpai about her story. And this is what I am planning to do until a girl named Clair Dan came to disrupt Senpai’s life and mine too.

Clair liked Senpai and she has been stalking her or let’s just say annoying her for quite some time now. That Senpai would try to run or hide from her when she’s around.

Senpai, I don’t think hiding from her would do you any good. How about trying to tell her that you don’t like being mugged or whatever?, I said when I met with her hiding on one of the book shelves in the library one time. And this is a great opportunity for me to get to know her better for the sake of my portfolio and future. Or so I thought!

Well, you see, she is my mom’s goddaughter and I can’t do that. We almost grew up together and she literally sleeps at home ever since we were little!, Senpai said now standing and confidently smiling at me. Wow! she definitely preceded my expectations. Her teeth is so white and shiny, her hair tucked on a neat pony tail is awesome and her face which is so tiny and cute is now blushing since I caught her red handed. And now she owes me for saving her against the vamp Clair. Hihi! Now is my chance to get closer to Senpai and yup!

Senpai, why are you hiding there? I have been looking for you everywhere!, Clair shouted and was shushed by the librarian and I gave her a snob.

Senpai is busy and she will be tutoring me today! What si your business with Senpai, anyway? Hmm!!!, I added and Clair gave me a fake grin then raised her brow. She looked at Senpai and gave me a snout sound then walked away saying she’ll see Senpai around, later.

Thanks, ah…!?, Nika said touching her head and rubbing it. She is so cute  (my mind said)and…eherm! It’s not a big deal! Senpai, so, since you owe me one, can we me friends and eat together in the cafeteria?, I added and Senpai just smiled. Sure, hehe! I really owe you, big time!....

Then that was the day that Senpai and I became close. So, portfolio for EuroVision Scholarship Contest, here I come!...

I am Akira, 15 years old and best friends to Senpai Nika who is 18, now. She accepted my friendship proposal and now we are close to hip thus always together ever since we met last summer, that was a year ago and so.

I am not your typical teen ager and always love my alone time. I can be funny or talkative but very blunt when talking to anyone. I can be sweet if I want to but brutally honest when I need to. I have a secret crush with Senpai but Nika always say that if I am open to it, she can be my girlfriend if I wanted to.

But I don’t like the hassle of having the trouble to exert effort in a relationship. I don’t like fighting, the jealousy or being dominated by someone. I always catch Senpai looking at me because even though I have glasses on I have long black hair, very serious when it comes to my studies especially my course. I have a slender body and at 5 foot 8 inches, Senpai is taller than me by a few inches at 5 foot 11 inches. I have 36 A cup breast size and Senpai I think has 35 B cup but I don’t really know since I only saw her take out her bra when she was so sweaty after a basketball game with her team one time at the gym. I accidentally saw her boobies that she flaunted until I ran out of there and brushed off the idea of her getting naked in front of me. And she was so proud of what she did. Oh, my virgin eyes!, I told myself but felt my heart beating so fast due to that unforgettable incident.

Senpai says that I have beautiful eyes with long eyelashes that she want to look at all the time. She said that she finds peace and love inside them, which I don’t really understand how she could say such things about me and my eyes. Clair is always on the look-out that whenever I am away or busy with my photo sessions, she would creep in and bother Senpai who wouldn’t brush her off or any other girl since she is that nice and gentle with everyone. That is what I like about Akira and this is the most difficult friendship I have with her. Because, even if I always avoid the fact that I like her too, she knows how I feel about her.

The more I brush her off or my  feelings’ aside, Senpai seem to recognize how I feel and would always joke around that she likes me more than a friend. She would even move closer to smell my hair or appreciate my art work every time I take her photo wherever we are or in after events at school.

Haa…this is crazy. I need a little breather and ….., I said to my mind, when Senpai ran to my rescue, once again, seeing a tiny crack on the pavement that eventually made me trip, my heroine automatically caught my body and hugged it to protect me from falling.

Now, with this scene, there’s no doubt that when my face met hers, and our lips suddenly touched, Senpai couldn’t believe her eyes when she saw mine, which are colored green. She caressed my cheek and looked closely on my flickering eye balls. She was mesmerized by them and smiled then kissed me gently on the mouth.

I was completely shocked and pushed her since this is not the typical Senpai I knew who would just joke around and let me be. Sen…pai? Ahhhhh……..wtf!

Sorry, excuse me, sorry….ahh, please, ahh!!!, I said when I was about to check my class schedule at Akita College and now I am a full pledged college girl at the age of 14 years old.

I am Akira Lazo Wang and my aunt Vera isn’t happy about me leaving home since she wanted me to pursue my fashion design course at Boston College.

However, even if she is the most popular designer in the world, I made it to Akita because of my efforts and countless days of studying for the entrance exams, so kudos for my hard work and I deserve to get accepted here and live in the most sentient and colorful place on earth, Japan. Haha…..I am so happy I….., I said when a young woman bumped into me that my schedule and passport flew from me and fell down on the floor but luckily the girl quickly grabbed my arm and held onto it so I won’t totally fall, after all. She is tall, beautiful with her hair, straight and long. She is hot, since, wearing an executive attire, with light blue long sleeves, sleeves folded in two, then black fitted pants where the top is tucked in them finished with cool elevator boots. Amazing! Pretty and hot! Wow!, was what I said after seeing the most beautiful girl in the world for me, I guess!

 Why thank you!, the girl said and smiled at me. I think I lost my panties and my soul melted away from me just seeing her sexy smile like I am seeing an angel falling from the heavens. Ah, you are welcome, but please watch where you’re going and you can take your hands off me now!...

Yes, my bad, sorry! Here let me help you! I am Nika Khan by the way and you are?, she said and extended her hand to shake mine.

Thanks for helping me! Yes, okay, good luck!, I said bluntly. This is what I am really and a lot of my classmates hated me for being cold and uneasy with people. Nika laughed and said that she likes me. Cold but pretty. Sensible and smart. Anyway, it’s nice meeting you, Akira Wang and I am happy we have met, see you at school! Mwah!

Hmm…where in God’s name did she find out who I am….ah sh*t\, my class schedule….and she… has…. It…. with her! Hey\, stop\, that’s my schedule\, I have yours with me\, you\, you… b*tch! Hey! Come back!

What am I going to do with this?...ah number, room dorm and ….ah right her cell number! Dialing….ringing….ringing and nobody’s answering. Haa…I guess I need to attend the ceremony for new students. Haa…what a drag!, Akira thought and walked like she is literally dragging her feet to go to the school auditorium.

Hmmm….wait, you, ah….what’s her name again, right, Nika, ah…Ms. Khan, I have your schedule and you have mine….so we need to swap ‘em and….Well that is swell, she didn’t even heard me calling her and now she is on the podium to….haaa…

Good morning girls and boys. I am President Nika Khan of the Student Council. Though you  might be seeing me regularly here or out at the gym, I will be the one responsible on signing your schedules in and out from here on. So see you all and welcome to Akita College!, Nika said and smiled that almost all of the girls in the auditorium are screaming from their lungs admiring our president. This is awkward and now I need to talk to her…, Akira added and when she was about to look up Nika is already standing in front of her.

Yeah, I mistakenly took your paper so here it is and thanks for bringing mine!, Nika added and smiled that sweet, innocent smile which the girls around me sizzle and now all eyes are at me, piercing like needles trying to kill me out of jealousy, I think.
