Trapped: Prologue
She could only watch as her village burned 'the only remaining thing of her own'.
Her eyes dulled without any light of life in them staring ahead without blinking, she could no longer feel anything...
Everything burned right in front of her and she...
She could do nothing her strength drained, courage snatched, her dignity destroyed....
She was just the remaining shell of a person now.
Just then a person came and stood beside her, he was wearing the royal clothes as a crown was placed in his head, sword in his hand, his eyes were menacing with a satisfied glint in them looking at the burning fire.

"We should leave now" his voice was arrogant as he looked down at her

"I don't want my beautiful wife to have a heat stroke you know" he touched her cheeks

She finally looked at him, her beautiful blue eyes blankly locking into his

He felt anger rose within him, grabbing her jaw he harshly jerked her towards himself twisting her lean hands behind her

she hissed as he twisted her hands more, she took some deep breaths before whispering firmly

And a king gets what he wants right?

A new born's cry was heard all over the second queen's room

Nurses were running here and there as they attended the queen properly before handing her the baby
she looked at the bundle of joy in her hands feeling overwhelmed that a part of her own life was in her hands now
'Her hope of survival' she thought
the liitle boy's blue eyes were staring right back at her blinking

She was lying in the ground her head on top of her son's lap, her breaths were haggard blood flowing from her mouth, her blue eyes were filled with tears as she raised her hand to touch her beloved son's face

He caught her hands placing them on his cheeks, his blue eyes were blankly staring at her, but his shivering body and trembling lips were enough to tell the pain he was going through
Watching his mother die before his own eyes....
His mother was gone, her body lay limp in his embrace, her eyes dulled, her lips shut..
His blue eyes were blazing with fire and hatred as he glared at the king and queen who were presenting themselves to the people of their kingdom
It was a festival but for him, it was the start of his revenge!
He vowed to destroy this kingdom
"The crown prince of the Lorvil Kingdom will be arriving soon" the servant announced bowing before the king
Just then the gate of the court house opened revealing a handsome prince he was wearing his royal attire his dark brown eyes were scanning the whole court as he stood in front of the king
he greeted the king bowing before him, he made his way towards his chair when his eyes finally met his blue ones....
His brother... Who was also staring right back at him from the shadows
The kingdom of Lorvil was burning
A punch landed on his face sending him flying, his back landing on the tree, he coughed wiping the blood from his lips
His blue eyes met with those brown ones which were blazing with anger, he chuckled
"What? Brother isn't the view enjoyable?" he mocked
"How could you!" he grabbed him by the collar jerking him up
"How could you destroy the whole kingdom!"
"There were innocent people in them! They did not deserve this!"
"So?" he drawled blinking his blue eyes
"I got my revenge Dear crown prince!"
"That's what matters to me"
"The life of people living here does not matter to me" he spat voice filled with venom
Another punch landed on his face blood flowing from his nose and head still he felt no pain...
He was too numb to feel anything
The crown prince gritted his teeth" You've gone too far for your so-called revenge"
"Now it's time for your punishment!"
"You will die the same way you have killed these people" he said in an authoritative voice

he looked down, The cover page of the book had a black and blue mixture of background and on top of it was printed a half face which had blue eyes and tears of blood was flowing from it beside the face was written the title of the book
Startled he looked towards his phone as he closed the alarm quickly standing up

The hall was heavily decorated with white and red flowers giving it an elegant and beautiful look many guests were present there chatting, laughing and Waiting....

Just then the door of the hall opened revealing 'him' as he huffed heavily his both hands were placed in his knees

He had literally ran from the library to his changing room, quickly grooming himself for the wedding!
When kook felt everyone's eyes on him, he coughed, before showing them his bunny smile walking towards the eile
As he stood in his place his gaze quickly met his father's, who was glaring daggers at him
Kook waved his hands at him excitedly

His father turned his face away as he moved towards the bride's parents, his brother also following his father totally ignoring him
now they were waiting for the bride to show up!

He quickly stood up from his place moving towards the table the book was still glowing and...
It was the same book he had been reading in the library this morning!!
Kook reached his hands towards it as he tried to pick it up but just as he touched the book his hand burned
The book fell down now glowing even more brightly, kook gasped the light was burning him he rubbed hand trying to move back, but he couldn't the book was just glowing more and more and suddenly.....

"AAH!!" he screamed
He felt unbearable pain in his head his knees buckled up as he fell down near the book, his consciousness slowly leaving him....he blanked out
The glow of the book slowly-slowly left the surroundings but now...
the book was blank white!, there was no cover page on it! There was no title on it...it was as if everything got deleted or...
The book 'His kingdom' never existed...
He blinked slowly regaining his consciousness as he rubbed his forehead which was throbbing like hell

He felt lost, darkness clouding his vision while his body burned he felt as if was in extreme heat
He woke up with a gasp huffing badly while clutching his head, he felt dizzy
Everything hurts his stomach was churning, he felt nauseous his throat dry
"Wa...water!" his voice came out choked
When suddenly he felt a warm hand supporting his head as a glass of water was placed in front of his mouth, he quickly started to gulp it down as his body started to relax his nausea leaving him slowly
He sat up looking at his surrounding head still heavy
"In your room" a deep voice reached his ears from beside him,
He looked beside him and his eyes widened, his body shook as he launched himself at the person beside him
"Hyung....!" he cried out
(So all that was a dream? I was dreaming all the time)
(please...! let it all be not real!) he begged
"Jarrel!" came a shirked voice
Startled he looked up, a woman came rushing towards him taking him in her arms as she hugged him rubbing his head
"You scared us all so much!" she cried out
"Mother! Please calm down" the man from before spoke
He felt dizzy again (what was happening?)
He shook his head detaching himself from her
"Who are you?" he asked weakly
They froze, and looked at him blankly and he retreated backward flinching a little when the women took a step towards him again

They all turned towards the voice and there stood the man of the house
A tall man, very handsome and regal the aura surrounding him screamed dominance and obedience, his dark eyes held a mysterious glint, but a warmth can be seen in them as well just for his family maybe…?

Lyra made her way towards Ace taking his coat in her hands as Ace kissed her forehead

He sucked in a deep breath, gods were really playing with his head
He slowly stood up moving some steps forward

And for a moment he felt as if they froze... Huh? Why? Did he do something wrong?!
He nervously looked around when suddenly a big hand landed on his head, he looked up blinking his eyes, the duke was patting his head!!!

"How are you feeling now Jarrel?" his voice was soft
And kook felt like choking in his own saliva, a... That soft gesture with his father's cold face was...well hard to digest..

Ace held his hand taking him towards the dinning table helping him sit down on the chair as they sat on their own places

Just then kook felt a hard stare directed his way, he looked up just to find his father staring at him deeply

His large doe eyes were suddenly filled with tears of betrayal

He really disliked being called a princess
