"ah, I just don't know why am still alive," Hazel said as he lay on the hospital bed with a drip passing through his hand.

Hazel is a 18-year-old boy who has spent half his life in the hospital because of heart disease, although he is meant to be dead but yet miraculously he is still alive and no one can explain why and how, but he is still suffering from heart disease.

"The hospital is very quiet tonight, did all the night workers go to bed early. Either way I should go and check on her" Hazel thought out loud to himself.

Hazel removed some of the material and machine connected to him for he doesn't give a damn if he dies for he has always expected death. Hazel removed everything on him except the drip.

Hazel walked down the dark hospital hall and he said "this is unusual, why are the lights off, they normally keep the light on for the other clients in the hospital who might still be awake, or have they all gone to bed".

Hazel got to a door and just entered without knocking. " How many times do I have to tell you not to leave your bed?" said a sweet voice from a young, beautiful lady with pink glowing hair known as Miss Ivy. She was sitting on a chair, working on a computer, and seemed to be studying something of importance.

"You know, I just can't stay there. It's too boring, and you didn't tell me you would be on the night shift today," Hazel said to Miss Ivy. "Why exactly do you think I didn't want to tell you? You are not even worried about your condition," Miss Ivy replied Hazel.

"We both know I will still be alive with or without the machine; I am a beloved of God," Hazel said, and Miss Ivy replied, "Very funny. Now go back to your bed, or I won't come to check you tomorrow." "Fine, fine, I am going," replied Hazel.

As Hazel left the apartment where Miss Ivy was staying and was walking down the hall, he suddenly heard a loud noise, like someone was in a fight, coming from Miss Ivy's apartment. Without a second thought, he ran towards the apartment with the drip still in hand, without caring for his health.

Almost getting to the door he started to cough out blood but he didn't let that stop him, he went on ahead and got to the door and getting to the door as he opened the door what he saw was something he had never come across before, it was death also known as the grim reaper.

This grim reaper was holding on to Miss Ivy's throat tightly while backing Hazel as it was obvious that he was about to take her life. Still, Hazel was not ready to watch as he kills her just like that, looking around to see how he could help her he saw a weird-looking blade on the floor has he rushed to pick it up the grim reaper snapped Mis Ivy's neck and Hazel was furious by this. As the grim reaper turned to look back with no time for the grime reaper to react he was stabbed by Hazel straight to the heart giving him a fatal hit which was certain that he was going to die but the grim reaper was not ready to go down without a fight and with the last bit of strength the grim reaper could muster out of his body he also stabbed Hazel and Hazel fell to the ground. In contrast, the grim reaper fell out the window for he was close to the edge of the window and death called their names.

 Hazel was losing consciousness slowly and he said in his thought "I don't mind dying but I wish I could at least save Miss Ivy for she was the only one who was there for me when my parents weren't, even when they stopped paying my bills she covered up for me". Xin said as he stared at her dead body he gripped onto her clothes has his eyes shot.

"calm down first" the doctor urged Hazel, but all Hazel wanted was to see Miss Ivy, the doctors finally got Hazel to calm down and they told him what he wanted to ear so bad, "I hate to break it to you but Miss Ivy is no more" the doctor said with a gentle voice and a caring tone, "am really sorry". Hazel busts in tears. "come on stop crying look at the bright side your heart disease is gone although we do not know how that happened" the doctor said trying to calm Hazel.

 "We would like for you to explain to us exactly what happened so we can carry out a further investigation," the lead officer among the others said to Hazel, but suddenly every one round the world got a system message saying

 "what the f*ck is this now again," the head officer said and immediately they left Hazel and went to face the serious matter that is on ground.

 Everyone around the world is choosing and some did not because they don't believe it is actually true. After Hazel had calmed down, by this time it was only 20 minutes left before the monsters brake out, so Hazel decided to pick a job for himself, but he was not allowed to. Whenever he tries he always gets a notification saying

So he went up to the doctor and said "Please can I go see Miss Ivy one last time". of course, the doctor let him for everyone in the hospital knows their strong connection, so he was let to see her with only 5 minutes left.

"I wish I could have saved you, you should be alive instead of me" Hazel said sorrowfully as the time for the apocalypse was close.

A loud noise of explosion and panic caught people around the world as they realised it was not a bluff, it was actually happening, monsters were recking everything and destroying and killing but Hazel was yet only worried about Miss Ivy as he stood by her dead body, then he received a notification from the system saying

After saying yes, Miss Ivy's lifeless body disappeared, and her same body appeared slowly coming out of the ground. It had a kind of symbol on it and she was filled with life. She was in a black-pink dress and had a sword also the same colour, matching her dress and hair.

 Hazel was in shock.

"Your wish is my command master", said by the person formally known as Miss Ivy and now known as the Blossom Queen as she knelt before Hazel.

"Miss Ivy" shouted Hazel out of joy and happiness to see her well again he jumped to hug her but he was getting no response or reaction from her and this made Xin sad as he those not understand why Miss Ivy wouldn't greet him back. He stepped back to look at her face to understand what was going on but her face was as emotionless as that of a robot.

"Miss Ivy what happen" Hazel asked in a sad voice and Miss Ivy replied, "am perfectly fine master please call me Blossom".

"Do you remember anything from when you were alive?" Hazel asked in curiosity of the desire of wanting to know what happened exactly and why the grim reaper was after her but Blossom replied" No am sorry, my memories seem to be sealed my lord, if I can't serve the purpose that you have revived me for then let me do the honour of sending myself back to join the dead". Blossom pulled her sword and was about to slay herself for not being able to provide Hazel with answers but Hazel stopped her immediately after stopping her blossom said "Do you not wish for me not to kill my self" in reply Hazel said "Never try to kill your self ever, am I clear" "yes my lord" blossom answered in total submission.

Hazel in thought thinking about what is going he wiped his tears and thought to himself "I need to find out what is going on, and to do that I need her memories unsealed as fast as possible.

BOOOOM! Another loud explosion outside the hospital.

"If I want to survive first I need to understand what's going on, first let's start with the system," Hazel thought to himself.

Hazel thought and believed that he needed to know more about his skill and weapon and how everything worked before he went into battle.

"Wow this is really cool" Hazel said as he held the weapon. Hazel started to swing the weapon and it was like he had been using the weapon for years, he felt so good with the weapon and he said, "It's time to head out".

Hazel left the room with Blossom and they headed towards the exit of the hospital, everywhere in the hospital was destroyed but from the inside it seemed that monsters must have gotten in. As Hazel and Blossom was walking down a stairs that lead to the reception which is where you will find the exit, he saw a very short-looking monster which held a knife in its hand and he said to himself quietly" according to what I have read on webnovel am guessing this is a goblin.

The goblin immediately spotted them then it made a funny sound and this sound seem to sound like a laugh and suddenly it jumped towards their direction to try stabbing them then blossom asked Hazel "my lord will you like me to kill it" and Hazel replied" No leave it to me" and once the goblin got close enough Hazel used the scythe to cut it into two it body was sliced in half. It felt like a very easy kill to Hazel and he said are these things really this weak.

"Well I guess now am getting a little challenge, blossom take the goblins I will go for the big guy" Hazel said.

Without any complaints or suggestions blossom obeyed and went to attack the goblin while leaving the commander for Hazel

Blossom was surrounded by the goblin but she felt no fear instead she used her skill blossom spiral slash to cut off the five goblin heads all at once

Hazel stood in front of the goblin commander and it showed on his face that he didn't fear the goblin commander at all and the commander charged towards Hazel and started to attack but Hazel found it easy to avoid its attacks because he could see the goblin commander movement easily

The goblin commander got angry then he made a loud monsteric roar it attacked swinging both his axes downwards where Hazel was but Hazel dodged easily and he used his scythe to cut off the goblin commander's hands. After cutting the goblin commander's hands it realized it was no match for Hazel so it decided to run as it was running Hazel threw his scythe and it cut off the goblin commander's head and the goblin commander died.

"Am really not comfortable with this current Miss Ivy" Hazel said as he walked across the road carefully and blossom following at his back.

A loud howl sounded and this loud howl was obvious that it was a sound made by wolfs. Hazel looked around to make sure that they were not close to where he or Blossom was and be exhaled as a sign of relief that they were not but suddenly he felt a presence and Blossom also felt the presence for she took a battle position as soon as the strong presence appeared.

"What is with this intense pressure am feeling from this presence" Hazel thought to himself and immediately he took a battle stance. "Blossom be on guard, it is close" Hazel told Blossom "Yes my lord" Blossom replied as she gripped her sword tightly.

Suddenly something moved so fast that it was not visible for them to see and that thing went straight to attack Blossom, luckily Blossom was sharp enough to guide the claw attack with her sword as she and Hazel saw what they were up against. It was a white wolf much bigger than the normal-sized wolf. "Blossom" Hazel shouted and immediately attacked this wolf by throwing his scythe towards it but it dodged easily by jumping out of the way which left Blossom in the clear of that attack.

When Hazel scythe came back to him like a boomerang he ran and stood beside Blossom and said "Let's take it together".

The wolf's level was indicated just above its head, it was a level 25 monster which makes it stronger than Hazel and Blossom but Hazel believes it should be easy for them to take it if they work together. "Blossom go left I will go right" Hazel instructed Blossom and she obeyed immediately this made the wolf be in the middle while Blossom was at the left and Hazel at the right.

As the wolf wanted to attack Hazel, Hazel guarded it with his scythe and Blossom attacked from the back cutting off one of its legs, this made it fall and when it fell Hazel without a moment to waste cut another one of its legs and then he said to blossom kill it fast but as blossom was about to cut its head off with only two legs it jumped out of the way and blossom's katana was unable to slice it's head off.

"How is it even possible," Hazel said in Surprise, and as he monster landed somewhere else it howled very loud and this made even more wolves come to the rescue of the injured wolf.

"These things are really pesky, Blossom I will injure them it's up to you to kill them", do it fast this time and don't make them call for any more help," Hazel said to Blossom, "ok my lord" Blossom replied

Two of the 4 wolves that came to the rescue jumped to attack but as their attacks were about to land Hazel and Blossom jumped out of the way and immediately Hazel threw his scythe which cut off their legs and without a moment of a second thought blossom sliced off their heads leaving the headless and it leads to their deaths.

The other two saw this and out of what they saw they decided to attack more smartly. One wolf went to attack Hazel and the other attacked Blossom preventing them from working together but Hazel was wise and smart enough to ignore his own attacker and with swift speed, he chopped off Blossom's attacker's legs and this gave Blossom the chance to cut off its head but this action that Hazel took made him put his life at risk for his attacker was about to bite off half of Hazel but blossom who reacted fast enough was able to use her skill spiral blossom slash to cut the head of the wolf monster into two vertically.

"Thanks blossom" Hazel thanked Blossom and Blossom replied by saying "its my pleasure master". Hazel walked up to the hurt and crippled wolf and he instructed Blossom "Finish it" and Blossom killed it.

Hazel and Blossom went into the boutique and started to search for the right clothes that suited Hazel just right. "Ok this should do," Hazel said to himself, then he called Blossom and said, "No need to search anymore, I have seen the right clothes for me, come guard the door and let me change into it".

Hazel entered a changing room in the boutique with the clothes he wanted to change into.

Hazel came out wearing a black cloth up and down with a coat which was also black matching his black hair, he was looking charming and when Blossom saw him she started blushing, Hazel saw this and was shocked because that was the first emotion or expression coming from her since he had revived her and this got him thinking so he asked do you remember anything yet and she replied "no sir" as she got into her submissive form once again then Hazel thought to himself "can I draw out her memory by making her get her emotions active again".

"I will find out, let's go blossom" he and blossom left the boutique and continued their journey to find a place to stay.
