For as long as I can remember I was a devil. Ever since the barrier the angels made broke my mom always warned me to stay away from their territory. It was really tough though... There are several times I come close toward their territory and get chased away. The Angels believed we were their enemies and we thought the same about them. Although I never actually met one I did hear stories about them. Too be honest I hate them. They think they can do whatever they want and get away with no consequences . They will surely pay for it. Those lousy Angels will pay for all the wrongs they did to us. We will exact our revenge. While I was thinking this I saw a guy watching other kids play. I called out to him and he came.

"Hi" I said to him.

He smiled.

"What is your name?" I asked him with a smile.

"My name is Light Yazamaki" he said.

"I am Svitha Shadow" I told him.

"Nice to meet you Svitha" he told me.

We both stood there in silence.

"So why are you not playing with the other kids?" I asked in confusion.

"They kicked me out of the group cause I was different from them" he said sadly.

I understood his pain. Even I was kicked out of the group cause I behaved differently. In fact I behaved more like an angel rather than a devil which is pretty bizarre for other people in my kind.

"How old are you?" I asked him.

"12" he replied with a smile.

"Wow! I'm 12 too" I said in surprise.

He chuckled.

"You act like a 5 year old" he said.

I began to pout.

"I don't act like a five year old" I said.

"Yes you do" he said

"No I don't " I said.

"Yes"

"Yes"

"Yes"

"Yes"

"Told you so" he said.

"You tricked me" I stated.

He just laughed. I laughed as well.

"Your different from the Devils I heard about from stories" he said.

"Well I can say the same for you" I said.

We stood in silence again.

"I know this might sound strange coming from an angel like me but do you want to be my friend?" He asked me with radiant eyes.

"Sure" I said with joy.

I held out my hand to him. He took it and shook it which surprised me for a moment.

"I'll try to visit as often as I can" I said with a small smile,

"And I'll wait right here for you" he said.

I sighed and glanced at the other kids.

"Do you want to come over here?" He asked me as soon as he saw me sigh.

"Can I?" I asked him.

He nodded his head.

"Then I shall" I said.

I checked to see if anyone was watching us and then stepped to the other side.

"Hang right here... I'll be back with a disguise for you so please try not to be found by the others" he said before leaving me.

I wait silently as I watched the other kids play.

"I am back" he said with a smile.

In his hands were fake angel wings and a white gown.

"Wear this" he said.

I quickly hid into the shadows and changed. Then I came out.

"What do you think?" I asked him.

"You're very beautiful " he said while he blushed.

"Thanks" I told him.

The bell rang.

"Let's go!" He said.

"Where?" I asked him.

"To class of course " he said

"EHHHHH!!!" I screamed.

Svitha was pretty shocked when I told her we were going to class. In fact the moment I told her that she asked a ton of questions. She worried so much about going to the same class as me cause she was a devil.

"It will be fine" I said with a smile.

Svitha kept her mouth shut.

"Hey bro who is that hot chick you brought over here?" My friend Sora asked me.

"She is my girlfriend" I lied.

"Oh my I had no idea you would have a girlfriend" Sora said with a smile.

"Well what can I say I am full of surprises"I said.

"You sure are my prince" she said to me.

My heart belated faster when she said that.

"So hot chick what is your name?" Sora asked me.

"Svitha" she said.

"Ok then Svitha if you ever break up with Light then you will have to be my girlfriend" Sora said.

I felt a little angry when he said that.

"That will never happen" I said.

"You don't know that Light" Sora said.

Svitha laughed at us.

"Did you get that Svitha?" Sora asked her.

"Got it" she said.

"Svitha!" I yelled.

"Relax Light I will never leave you" she said.

I sighed in relief.

"That is good" I said.

The bell rang and we went straight into class. As soon as we entered the classroom everybody surrounded us and questioned about my relationship with her. I told them exactly what I told Sora. Everyone became depressed cause they wanted her.

During class...

"This is so boring. I hate this class" she said miserably.

"Well this isn't that bad you know" I told her.

"How?" She questioned me.

"Well now you can learn more about Angels"I said.

Svitha just frowned and nudged me.

"I hate you" she said as she began to pout.

I quietly laughed"Svitha I am glad you came over here" I said in a whisper.

Svitha smiled and turned to me.

"What?" I asked her as she continued to stare at me.

"I am wondering why I even agreed to this"she said to me.

"So you don't like it here?" I asked her.

"It is not like that you idiot I just never expected I might come here one day" she said.

"Oh really?" I questioned her.

"You don't believe me?" she asked me.

"No..." I said.

Svitha turned away.

"Um are you ok?" I asked with concern.

"Yeah..." she said in a unhappy voice.

"I don't believe you" I said.

"I don't care what if you believe me or not" she said.

"I am sorry..." I said.

She chuckled.

"Relax I am not angry she told me.

"You're so mischievous Svitha" I whispered in her ear.

"Of course I am after all I am a devil" she said in a whisper.

"True..." I whispered back.

The bell rang and we left the classroom.

"So what do you think?" I asked her.

"It is tough being an angel" I said.

"Well at least you know now" I said.

Svitha sighed as she walked closer to the other side.

"Light thank you for inviting me to come over here" she said.

"It was my pleasure" I said.

Svitha smiled and hugged me.

"You're really kind" she told me.

"Am I?" I asked her.

She nodded her head.

"You're the same" I muttered.

"What do you mean?" she asked me.

"You are kind too" I said.

Svitha blushed.

"Looks like this is goodbye for now Light. I will see you tomorrow" she said before leaving me.

"I will be waiting for your arrival princess..." I said as soon as she left.
