A calm and peaceful morning for me.

Got out of my bed,brush my teeth,wash my face,made breakfast,got ready for work.

Staring at clock I said, ‘It’s already 8am I gotta go’.

Waiting for my train I saw a couple and their kid,they were looking happy.

‘I wish I had atleast my mom with me’

‘No,mom I want to cross it myself’

‘Kaoru!don’t run’

‘See Mom, I told you I can cross it’

Suddenly a truck was coming towards me at high speed.I was scared,I couldn’t move.

Suddenly my mom pushed and saved me.

The first thing I saw after getting pushed was my mom lying dead on the road.

‘MOOOOOOM!’

I woke up,another memory,another sad dream.

‘Next stop,Kasukabe’

‘Next stop,Kasukabe’

The train driver announced.

After work I came home,a peaceful and calm night for me again.

As I was entering my apartment,I saw light from the apartment next to me.‘Looks like I’ve got a new neighbor’,I thought and entered my apartment.

...8pm...

Sitting and watching a TV programme,I heard a knock at the door.

'Knock,knock!'

‘Is anybody home?’,a voice of a girl.

‘Who could it be?’,I thought.

When I opened the door I saw a cute girl with short black hair,her eyes ocean blue,and kinda short in height.

^^^(In a soft voice)‘Hi....’^^^

‘Hi...’ I replied.

^^^‘I’m your new neighbor,nice to meet you’^^^

‘Nice to meet you too’

^^^‘My name is Hina,Aoi and yours?’^^^

‘My name is Kaouru,Masashi’

^^^‘I actually wanted to give u this’^^^

...(Handing me over a bag)...

^^^‘These are cakes that I bought’^^^

‘Thanks’

^^^‘No problem,I just wanted to greet my^^^

^^^neighbor properly’^^^

‘Oh,thanks for the cake again’

^^^‘No worries,see ya tomorrow,Masashi-Kun’^^^

‘Yeah,goodnight’

‘See you tomorrow,huh?’,I thought.

‘Why am I so excited for tomorrow’I thought

I was never excited for a single time since my mom died but that night it changed for the first time.

...(That night for the first time I felt excited to see someone again)...

A cold,calm and chilly morning,It’s was just another day but something was different.

I woke up as always,brushed my teeth,washed my face,made breakfast and my lunch,checked my phone,called my grandparents and said,‘Hi’...

I don’t know but it felt good to talk to my grandparents after a long time.

I checked the time,thinking it would be 8am,because every time I checked it after my morning work it’ll always be 8am.

But as I looked at the clock it was still 7:15am.Time was slow today.

So,in the mean time I watched a TV programme,after that it was 7:55am,so,I got ready for work

As I was closing my apartment door,I heard another door closing,I looked to my right and saw that it was the girl who came yesterday to greet me.

She saw me,

...(With a smile on the face she looked at me and said)...

I replied,‘Goodmorning,Aoi-san’

(I was so nervous for the first time)

^^^‘Are u going to work?’^^^

‘Yeah,and you’

^^^‘I’m also off to work’^^^

‘Oh,well then wanna go together’

^^^‘Yeah,it’ll be great’^^^

She said she had to go by bus to work so I walked her to the bus station and went to catch my train.

I was 30mins late for work.

My boss scolded me for my late coming but I didn’t heard any of his scoldings,because on my mind Aoi-san’s good morning was on my mind and it made my day.

...(For the first time I was really happy the whole day and I didn’t know why or maybe it was because of Aoi-san)...

...Saturday...

Morning time is peaceful as always,but lately my heart’s been beating fast.

‘Why is it though?’.....I thought

I got up,washed my face,made breakfast,watched the news.It showed about a girl whose been killed in an accident by getting hit by a truck.

It got into my head,and my memories of that incident started to haunt me again.I switched off the TV and went into the bathroom and washed my face again.

Then I heard a knock at the door...'knock,knock'

‘Masashi-Kun,are u there’

It was Aoi-San’s voice.

‘Yeah,I’m coming!...I shouted a little

I opened the door.

‘Uh...nothing’

^^^‘The reason I called you is because I made a cake and I wanted someone to taste it’^^^

‘You want me to taste your cake?’

^^^‘Yeah,if u want to’^^^

‘Of course,I can taste it’

(Looking at the cake and thinking about it)

‘Is this cake over cooked?’

^^^‘Please taste it’^^^

‘Let’s dig in’

...(After eating the cake)...

(Making a weird face on inside but I just said):

‘It’s good and I can eat it a lot of it’

‘Hmp....’

^^^‘Please don’t lie just to make me happy’^^^

‘Oh,I’m...I’m sorry’

^^^‘No you don’t have to be,because it was me who baked it’^^^

‘Yeah....but I’m sorry to lie’

I felt so sorry for lying and making her feel bad.

Suddenly an idea cross my mind.

I asked Aoi-san what type of movies did she liked.

^^^‘Well...I love romance and action movies’^^^

‘Okay’

(I got off by butt,leaving her place and went in a hurry to buy the new and latest movies)

I got back and I showed her every movie I bought and told her to chose any movie.

^^^‘Ah!..I like this one’^^^

‘Alright,take it and watch it’

‘It’s my way of saying thank you and sorry’

‘I’m heading home’

‘Yeah....’

^^^‘Will you watch it with me’^^^

‘Ummm.....,Okay’

So we watched the movies all day long and talked for long hours.

...And I realised...

Spending time with her made me so much happy,it was like I needed her in my life forever.

It was like seeing the world by a new perspective.

‘Oh,it’s already 3’o clock,I’ve got to go’

‘Well,I’m going so bye’

‘Yeah,what is it?’

‘For the first time I’ve been invited to someone’s place to eat dinner.....,(getting frustrated)and I freaking don’t know what to wear’.

The night today is going to be freaking exciting for me.

I knocked at the door and heard her voice saying,

‘Coming’

I wore the best clothes I had.

(Just a normal Shirt with normal long pants)

The door opened.

‘Thanks,I didn’t know which t-shirt one to wear so I just wore a shirt and came’

We talked about so many thing today but we’re still talking about other things.

‘Everyone ignored me like I never existed,so I did the same to myself and ignored my life,I made my self distant from everyone,I know they ignored me because I didn’t had parents and everybody thought I was not raised very well’

Today day I felt very happy because someone said that I am a good person except by grandparents.

We both laughed and enjoyed,for the first time I was happy with someone,before her my life was nothing but after she came I found myself.

(I found myself wanting her to be the first person I saw every morning)

As I was thinking I saw a advertisement of a new amusement park and I got an idea.

‘Do you want to go to the new amusement park with me’

And it was decided we would go to the amusement park.That night felt amazing even though it was still freezing.This Sunday was going to be exciting for me.
