Josie is in her room reading the same favorite novel for the fifth time. The plots are predictable by now but she still loves it and continues reading. No one else is at home as always. She's alone.
Josie
Well well... now that I finished all my tasks let me read my book again.
Josie
Is it for the fourth time I'm reading this?
Josie
No it's the fifth. Yes definitely fifth.
She makes herself comfortable as she settles down in her bed to read.
Her three cats snuggles up with her.
She's allergic to pet furs but tolerates her cats and dogs.
Josie
Well if your fur touches me I'll have uncontrollable sneezes.
Josie
No...please don't touch me....

Where's the powder again?
Josie
See...you've done it again.
Josie
You guys are so naughty.
Sits back down on the couch...followed by her cats.
Something falls off the book.
Josie
Oh the paper I got from the old lady's notebook.
Earlier while gardening she had helped pick up a notebook for an old lady who was passing by. The lady had then tore a piece of paper to thank her .
Josie
She had told me to write my Christmas wish list & Santa would hear them...
Josie
Maybe she thought I was a little kid.
Puts it back in the book.
Josie
I can use it as a bookmark after drawing something on it.
The forgotten Apples
Rosy the younger sister comes back from the mall wearing the clothes of Josie from top to bottom. Josie notices & is annoyed but says nothing. She's used to it, saying is of no use.
Rosy
Reading as always huh?
Josie
Did you buy the fruits I told you about?
Josie
Don't tell me you forgot ?

By the way...I met your ex-boyfriend on my way back.

Albert the youngest comes back from playing basketball. He comes back home hungry to drink the milk that Josie has boiled. The milk she had bought and hadn't had the heart to drink yet.
Music is blasting so loud through the speakers.

Straight terror...product of your errors..
Everything in the house seems to be moving with the loud music.
Josie who is reading in her room, annoyed shouts.

But, her voice dies off as the music blasts from the speakers.

So she decides to come down to the kitchen..
Anyway it's high time that she takes a break and have lunch.

There's sandwich in the fridge.
Goes to the stove to see the milk
Sees all the milk gone...
A full litre of milk...all gone.
Josie
Did the cat drink all the milk?
I'm sure the lid was on before...no way it could open it.
Albert
Yeah like there wasn't a lot.
Josie
Was the pot not full?
Josie
I don't mean to the brim.
Josie
How many cups did you have?
Josie
Do you know the milk was for the whole family.?
Josie
And your cup is twice as big as a regular cup. No wonder you said three cups.
With hunger continously stirring in her stomach.
Josie had to cook something for herself.
Josie has a hearty lunch.
