Morning bloomed with a gentle grace, as if the world was awakening from a peaceful slumber. Sunlight filtered through the windows, casting a warm glow on the quiet room.

As his eyes flickered open, he stretched, yawned, and rubbed the sleep from his eyes. He lay there for a moment , looking at the ceiling and let out a sigh , thinking about yesterday's night....the usual fight with his husband.

He threw off the covers and swung his legs over the side of the bed and went to bathroom.

As he stood before the mirror, the glass reflected an exhausted  face ,a dim eyes . His gaze wandered, lost in the haze of his own thoughts.

It was an arranged marriage. But one year ago when he married Taehyung, he had many hopes about his life with Taehyung,his love.....but everything shattered eventually . Now he got used to this life  which is reduced to a dull routine.

Jungkook walked downstairs, hoping that today would be different  But the sight that greeted him in the kitchen told a different story. Taehyung sat at the table, a glass of wine already half empty in front of him, his eyes fixed on his phone.

"You're drinking already?" Jungkook asked, trying to hide his disapproval.

"What is it to you?" Taehyung replied, his voice laced with irritation.

"It's none of your business what I do." Taehyung said, his eyes narrowing.

"None of my business?  ....I'm concerned about you, Taehyung.... it's not good for your health"  Jungkook said, looking at his husband in concern.

“ Concerned ?...Get out of here with your fake concern.” Taehyung scoffed, before looking at his phone again.

Jungkook sighed in defeat.

“Be ready-”

“Again that boring dinner with your so called family? ...” Taehyung said, looking at Jungkook with droopy eyes.

“your parents will be there too-”

“okay!...now go...”

Jungkook shook his head and walked outside.

“I hate this” Taehyung muttered, pushing past Jungkook and stomping into the dining table .

Jungkook followed him,  knowing that dinner was going to be so long . Jungkook's parents and Taehyung's parents were already sitting there, smiling at them. Taehyung didn't look at anyone and sat on one of the empty chairs.

Jungkook greeted everyone and sat next to his husband.

"So Tae, dear, how's work going?" Mrs.Jeon asked, looking at Taehyung.

"It's fine."

“That's great! What about you Jungkook? ” Mr.kim asked with a sweet smile.

"everything's great, dad" Jungkook replied, smiling at them.

“We're just so proud of you both, aren't we, dear?”  Mrs.kim said looking at her husband.

“Absolutely. They're a great couple and there companies are doing great too” Mr. Kim said proudly, looking at them.

Jungkook smiled, looking at their happiness...but  his smile faltered, thinking about the reality.

"So, when are you two going to start a family?" Mrs.Jeon asked, breaking the awkward silence.

Taehyung gritted his teeth to control the anger he is feeling.

"Mrs.Jeon,  we're not ready for that yet." Taehyung said , looking at them blankly.

“Nonsense! You're perfect for each other. You should have kids soon.” Mrs.kim said, narrowing her eyes.

“We'll think about it, mom” Jungkook said, feeling the tension.

Taehyung became silent after that. His eyes filled with tears but controlled his emotions effortlessly.

“Tae...What's wrong, dear?.” Mrs.Kim asked, looking at her son with worry.

“I don't want kids...I hate this ...I hate everything...!” Taehyung said, making the parents worry.

“let's not be dramatic...son” Mr.kim said in a joking way. But that angered him more.

“Dramatic? Yes... I'm the dramatic one here...." He mumbled, trying to hide his anger.

"Hey, let's just calm down, okay?" Jungkook said , recieving a glare from taehyung.

"No, I won't calm down. I'm sick of this.... I'm sick of everything...!” Taehyung snapped and pushes his chair back, stands up, and looks at them with tears in his eyes.

"I'm out of here.” Taehyung said and walked away, leaving the dinner table in an uncomfortable silence.

His parents and in-laws looked at each other, shocked and unsure of what to say or do. Jungkook apologized to them , standing up and followed Taehyung.

"Listen Jeon, I don't want kids, okay? Make your parents understand that?.... let's forget about the kids ... I don't even want to live with you ....I hate you" Taehyung's every word hurt his heart.

"why?" Jungkook's red , pain filled eyes locked with Taehyung's glossy eyes.

"Huh?" Taehyung frowned, looking at Jungkook's face which is now filled with anger.

"why are you hating me ? What did I ever do to you?....SPEAK!" Jungkook shouted as he threw his coat on the couch in anger.

Taehyung flinched and his eyes filled with tears.

"I ...I ..no reason...I just hate you" Taehyung said, looking down...his heart beating loudly , making him almost dizzy.

"No reason? Great!....then why don't we take the next step....?" Jungkook asked, looking at Taehyung with an emotionless face.

"w-what?" Taehyung's teary eyes locked with Jungkook's tired eyes.

" Divorce " That seven letter word made Taehyung stumble.

"D-Divorce?....Umm.....Okay...do it" Taehyung said , making Jungkook to let out a sarcastic chuckle.

"yeah...we should get a divorce.." Jungkook mumbled, looking at Taehyung who is fidgeting with his fingers.

" Tae.....Eat something.... You're working for hours...just take a break." yoongi said in worry.

" I'm not hungry, Hyung.... could you bring me my meds." Taehyung said in a tired voice.

"I will ..but eat something before the meds, Taehyung-ah" yoongi said, making taehyung sigh.

"okay"

Yoongi's face lit up hearing that.

When yoongi walked outside the office to bring him food and medicine, he took out his phone and opened his photo gallery and clicked on his favourite photo. His eyes filled with tears as he caressed the photo gently.

"I love you " He whispered as a lone tear made its way down his face.

He wiped his tears abruptly as he saw yoongi coming towards him with food .

"Here...have this..." yoongi said, placing the food infront of him.

Taehyung nodded, looking at the healthy food.

"You've a meeting at 9 with the marketing team and then that meeting with Jimin."

"Okay" Taehyung nodded as he eat the food, making yoongi smile fondly at him.

Taehyung walked towards the conference room with yoongi. As he opened the door, his blank eyes locked with a familiar eyes.

"Good morning, Tae..." Park Jimin said, smiling widely.

" It's Taehyung for you, Mr park...." Taehyung said, ignoring the pain in Jimin's eyes.

"Taehyung , I want to talk to you " Jimin said, looking at Taehyung who narrowed his eyes.

"Talk about business... nothing else" Taehyung said blankly.

"Taehyung, can you give me a chance to explain my-"

"Mr.min ,next time I don't want anyone to step inside my company just to waste my time.... keep that in mind " Taehyung said as he stood up from his chair and walked out without sparing a glance at Jimin.

"Sorry Jimin...you know-"

" It's okay yoongi Hyung...I deserve that" Jimin said with a sad smile and walked away.

It was almost 8 pm......Jungkook's

exhausted eyes blankly stared at his wedding photo which is on his office table.

"I thought one day everything will be alright between us .....my love...but you said you h-hate me...I will free you from my life Tae...I Just want to see you happy "
