Julia POV

Ringgg...Ringgg...BAM!

I slammed my stupid alarm "stupid morning" I grumbled and got out of bed "(yawn) welp gotta get ready before I get scolded again" I muttered as I went to my wardrobe, selecting some clothes when my door burst open revealing my two crazy besties, Isabelle and Valentina. "Sup bitch!!" Isabelle yelled loudly giving me a side hug. "cool, and you guys?" I asked "we're doing great" Valentina said checking her black painted nails "so, why are you here? I told you not to come cause my landlord really hates you, you guys cause a lot of ruckus every time you come" I said with a glare mainly pointed at Isabelle "sorry, but what can I say? Trouble is in my blood. Plus...". She trailed off "I heard there's a big party down town, wanna come and have some fun? Or should I say 'cause trouble?'" she asked with a raised brow "um...I don't know?" I dragged my words while taking my clothes to the bathroom"aw c'mon please" Valentina begged batting her lashes with puppy eyes "ugh! I'll think about it" I said and Isabelle gave me a big hug "yay!"she exclaimed "great! Now, we'll be on our way, see ya sis" Valentina said "no, I wanna stay a little longer" Isabelle whined Valentina pulled her by the ear "not happening, Mr. Stanford would be down any minute so we have to go" Valentina said pulling her ear harder leaving"bye sis, see you at the party" Valentina said before the door closed.

I chuckled,'those two' I thought. Soon, I heard beeping, it was my phone "Oh Shit!" I yelled, ran to the bathroom, took a quick shower, brushed my teeth and got dressed. I checked my phone again "9:58 shit! I am so dead meat!" I said out loud as I ran to the cafe where I worked. I tried to sneak into the dressing room but I met Him. Mr. John who is also my boss "you're late, again" he growled glaring down at me "I'm sorry, it'll..." he cut me off " thats what you always say. And it Always end up unfulfilled" he said glaring harder, leaning a bit close "come to my office.... NOW!!!" he yelled and went in while I followed "so let's get this straight. Julia Floyd, You're fired" he said plainly "WHAT!!!!" I yelled in shock "yes, you are fired. You've been rude to my customers, you skip occasionally and you always end up late. Party freak, like your two bitch ass friends" he said. My eye twitched as my heart was about to burst "Don't You Dare Talk About MY Friends Like That! Just Because You Are My Boss Doesn't Give YOU The Right To Talk ILL About MY Friends You Son Of A Bitch!!!" I yelled at his face giving him a good slap before leaving.

Chapter Two

"that bastard, who does he think he is? A god? Fuck him, his cafe and his life!" I growled.

Soon I got blinded by a paper. I pulled it off and read it. My heart beamed in joy, it was a job offer for 300$ every month as a personal assistant "it must be my lucky day! Whoo!" I screamed in happiness. I got weird glances from people but I didn't care less. I heard my phone dinged, it was a text from Isabelle and Valentina.

Isabelle: the party starts by 8pm sharp so let's get some outfits at xxxx store.

Valentina: sounds purr-fect

I giggled and text them back

Julia: ok. Plus I got news, see ya lol🤩

then turned off my phone. I didn't look where I was going when I bumped into someone and fell on my butt"oww! Watch where you're going, you moron!" I yelled as I stood up, dusting myself. When I looked up at the person I bumped into all the air went out of my lungs. He wasn't handsome, he was gorgeous like a fairy tale prince except he was glaring down at me "sheesh how many glares do I have to put up with today" I thought rolling my eyes.

"watch where You're going missy, you were not born blind" he said and intentionally shoved my shoulder. My heart was about to burst. I ran to him and swatted his arm "listen, I had a very bad day so don't make it worse. Trust me, you do not want to see me when I'm mad. Now apologize" I said as people's attention directed to us "(scoff) yeah sure, and how do you intend to do that?" he said leaning to my level and eyed up and down "(snicker) shorty" he added and my cheeks turned red from anger "like this" I said and kicked him right on his groin, he fell on his knees holding that area in pain. I pulled his ear "I warned you. Now listen up, I'm Julia Floyd, no one messes with me. So the next time you see me run. Do you understand?!" I yelled in his ear as people took pictures "y-yes" he stammered "apologize" I ordered but he kept silent so I pulled his ear harder "apologize this instance or else" I said "i- I'm sorry please let me go " he said and I did not without giving him a kick on the spine and left.

Suddenly, some men In suits came running towards us and so I ran to who knows where. When I stopped I found myself in an alley. But I heard the men coming, I hid in a corner and heard one of them say "spread out, look for the girl and master Edward" I thought 'who's Edward?' but suddenly got dragged by a super hot guy who pinned me to a wall"sorry honey" he whispered and slammed his lips on mine. My eyes widened that was my first kiss. I sqwarm but held me firm and pushed deeper. I couldn't help it, I moaned. As if that wasn't enough, the unknown man grasped my butt and I gasp. The men in suits heard it and one said "let's move, don't disturb these lovers" and left.

When they left that's when the idiot let me breathe "than-" I cut him off by my fist meeting his cheek "What the fuck!!" he exclaimed holding his cheek groaning in pain"Who gave you the god damn right to kiss me? Huh? You bastard! Who do you think you are?" I pounced on him giving him multiple slaps and kicks. "please, I'm sorry. No more " he begged"hmph" I left satisfied.

I reached my apartment in due time. seeing Isabelle and Valentina there staring wide eyed at the TV screen"okay, what's going on?" I asked they didn't answer. I went to the TV and saw what was on the news.

My eyes widened "t-the p-p-president I stammered in fear.
