Tere Bin 2!
Tere bin ( Summary)
Anvi was lovely, sweet, pure, and full of life, she believed in the power of love and dreamed of a fairytale romance. Harsh, on the other hand, was her complete opposite. He was calm, reserved, and introverted, struggling to express his emotions. Their arranged marriage was a union of opposites—while Anvi showered Harsh with love and care, he remained distant, his cold demeanor often pushing her away.
Anvi never gave up on him. She tried every possible way to melt the walls Harsh had built around himself, expressing her love through small gestures—cooking his favorite meals, leaving sweet notes in unexpected places, and ensuring his life was filled with her vibrant energy. Yet, Harsh, unable to articulate his feelings, often left her efforts unappreciated.
Over time, Anvi's unwavering patience and kindness began to chip away at Harsh’s emotional armor. Deep down, he cared for her deeply, but his inability to express himself created a chasm between them. Life threw several hurdles in their path—misunderstandings, arguments, and moments of despair. The biggest blow came with the unexpected return of Anwesha, Harsh’s first love, who he had long buried in the past.
Anwesha’s presence was a storm that shook the fragile foundation of Harsh and Anvi’s marriage. While Harsh maintained that Anwesha was just a part of his past, Anvi couldn’t ignore the tension her presence brought into their lives. The way Harsh acted indifferent but avoided confrontation only deepened Anvi's insecurities. She felt like she was competing with a ghost—a version of Harsh that Anwesha had once known.
The misunderstandings multiplied. Harsh, on the other hand, was torn between his inability to communicate and his fear of losing Anvi. The situation spiraled out of control until one day, Anvi, exhausted from the emotional turmoil, decided to leave. For the first time, she chose herself over her love for Harsh.
As Anvi started focusing on her life, trying to reclaim her lost sense of self, she stumbled upon a shocking truth—Harsh had a congenital heart defect, a hole in his heart, and his condition had worsened. He had known about it but had kept it hidden, unwilling to burden her with the truth. The revelation shattered Anvi’s resolve to stay away. Despite the pain he had caused her, she couldn’t abandon him in his time of need.
A donor was found, and the couple had a week of bliss before the surgery. For the first time, Harsh lowered his defenses and confessed his love to Anvi. They spent those days like a couple madly in love, cherishing every moment. But fate had other plans. On the day of the surgery, the donor backed out, leaving them devastated.
As Harsh’s condition deteriorated, Anvi made a heart-wrenching decision—she would give her own heart to save him. She knew the risks, the pain, and the heartbreak it would cause, but her love for Harsh was selfless.
She believed that Harsh had a lot more to live for and deserved a second chance at life. She left a letter for him, pouring out her love and her reasons, hoping he would understand someday.
The day Harsh learned the truth, he fled the hospital, unable to face the reality of Anvi’s decision. He drove aimlessly, his heart heavy with grief, until he lost control and crashed into a tree. The accident left him injured, physically and emotionally shattered.
The question loomed—would he survive?
And if he did, could he ever forgive himself for what Anvi had sacrificed?
And would Anvi’s love, the one thing that had sustained him, be enough to guide him through the darkness that now engulfed his life?

Ooh my god , I love this question 😂😭
Two years later!
The grand banquet hall was alive with the hum of celebratory chatter and clinking glasses.
The party was in full swing, with business magnates, journalists, and well-wishers gathered to honor Harsh Kapoor as the "Businessman of the Year."
The man himself, however, stood at the edge of the room, his eyes distant and hollow.
Nupur watched him from a corner, her heart heavy. Her son, once reserved but still approachable, was now a shadow of his former self.
Nupur kapoor (ML 's mom)
"Our son is gone with anvi , dev . Because this harsh always act like strangers with us ."
Devansh Kapoor (ML's dad)
"Nupur you know na his condition"
Nupur kapoor (ML 's mom)
"But was about us dev"
Devansh Kapoor (ML's dad)
"Soon he'll come to us , have faith in your son"
He had shut himself off from everyone, even his own family. Conversations were reduced to monosyllables, and smiles had become an artifact of the past.
The loss of Anvi had done something irreparable to Harsh.
The only time a flicker of warmth touched Harsh's face was when Raj’s daughter, Pihu, ran up to him.
The little girl, with her innocent chatter and boundless energy, was the only one who could momentarily soften his icy exterior.
Harshwardhan Kapoor
"Yes, my princess"
Harshwardhan Kapoor
*chuckled*...."You too looking pretty princess"
pihu
*blushing*...."Thank you"
The evening reached its highlight when the host announced Harsh's name for the award. Applause thundered through the hall as he walked up to the stage. His strides were steady, his face impassive. As the award was handed to him, the crowd awaited his speech.
Harsh took the microphone, his grip firm but his voice low.
Harshwardhan Kapoor
"Thank you"
He began, his words cutting through the noise.
Harshwardhan Kapoor
"This award... it's not just mine. It's for my wife, Anvi."
The room fell silent. His gaze swept over the crowd, but his eyes seemed to see something far beyond the faces in front of him.
Harshwardhan Kapoor
"Every step I take, every success I achieve, is because of her. Thank you.
He stepped down without another word, ignoring the murmurs of admiration and sympathy that followed.
The party carried on, but Harsh had no intention of staying. He handed the award to Raj without a word, his silent gesture a request to take it home for him.
Nupur tried to stop him, placing a tentative hand on his arm.
Nupur kapoor (ML 's mom)
"Harsh, stay a little longer"
He turned to her, his face expressionless.
Harshwardhan Kapoor
"There's nothing here for me"
He said flatly before walking out into the cold night.
Harsh is alive ? Yes , you can see that isn't it.
What happened that night ?
He pressed harder on the accelerator, his mind too clouded to notice the truck barreling toward him in the opposite lane.
The truck's headlights suddenly blinded him, the intense flash scattering his thoughts.
He instinctively turned the wheel to the right, but the car veered too sharply. It slammed into a tree on the side of the road with a deafening crash
The front glass shattered, shards flying everywhere. Harsh's head slammed into the steering wheel, and a warm trickle of blood began running down his forehead.
He blinked, dazed and disoriented, his vision fading in and out. Pain surged through his body, but it was nothing compared to the ache in his heart.
Harshwardhan Kapoor
"Maybe I'm coming to you, just now how you did...."
As his consciousness slipped away, he whispered one name, barely audible.
Harshwardhan Kapoor
"Anvi-"
Before his eyes closed and darkness consumed him.
Note :- Eklavya is Harsh's bestfriend!
Eklavya's car screeched to a halt when the GPS indicated he was close. His heart sank when he saw the wreckage ahead, Harsh's car crushed against a tree.
He muttered, jumping out of his car and rushing to the scene.
He shouted, pulling open the damaged car door. Harsh was slumped over the wheel, blood streaking his face.
Eklavya’s hands trembled as he checked for a pulse. It was faint but there. Relief flooded him as he gently cradled Harsh’s head.
Eklavya
"I promised everyone that I’d bring you back safe, Harsh"
Eklavya
"Nothing will happen to you"
Eklavya
"You'll be fine! I won't let anything happen to you Harsh."

So much changed yet nothing changed!
The cold night breeze brushed against Harsh's face as he stood by the window of his dimly lit room, his gaze fixed on the moon.
He gaze was fixed on mood while he arms were folded.
The room behind him was a mess—an unmade bed, scattered papers, and empty pill bottles lying on the nightstand.
It was a stark contrast to the once-organized life he had when Anvi was around.
Harshwardhan Kapoor
"Two years"
Harshwardhan Kapoor
"It's been two years since you left me anvi"
He stared at the moon, remembering how Anvi loved it. She used to say it reminded her of hope—always shining in the darkness, no matter what.
But to him, the moon now was just a lifeless, cold rock, much like his heart.
Harshwardhan Kapoor
"How much has changed..."
He whispered to himself, his voice hoarse and cracking.
Harshwardhan Kapoor
"Yet , it feels like nothing has changed. "
Harshwardhan Kapoor
"It's hard to live without you Anvi."
Harshwardhan Kapoor
"I can't sleep every night and when I do , I can't wake up because I know you're not beside me"
Harshwardhan Kapoor
"You should have taken me with you , why you left me here to suffer"
Anvi had been the light in his otherwise dark and monotonous world—a whirlwind of emotions, a burst of colors in his grey life.
Now he was a robot, going through the motions of life with no purpose, no soul.
He had forgotten what it felt like to smile, let alone laugh. Sleep was a luxury he could only afford with the help of sleeping pills.
Each night was a battle against the haunting memories, the deafening silence, and the unbearable guilt that gnawed at his heart.
Harshwardhan Kapoor
"Because of me you're not here anymore. I'm the reason of your death anvi and I can never forgive myself."
His voice broke as a tear rolled down his cheek, glistening in the moonlight.
The wind picked up, rustling the curtains and sending a chill through the room. Harsh didn’t move, didn’t care.
He simply stood there, staring at the moon, as if it held some secret message from her, some shred of hope that she was still with him in some way.
Harshwardhan Kapoor
"I miss you anvi"
He murmured, his voice barely audible.
Harshwardhan Kapoor
"I miss you so much."
Harsh closed his eyes, letting the tears flow freely now.
The pain of losing her still as raw as it had been two years ago.
