Amidst the large shelves filled with various books sat Kim Taehyung, a 24 years old Rare Omega with a thick novel in his hands, lost in each and every word written on the pages inside while the autumn leaves outside the library windows rustle softly like subtle whispers of nature
The air was heavy with the scent of damp earth and decaying leaves, a primordial aroma while the latter kept himself engrossed in the book, frowning occasionally
As he reached the last page of the book, he closed it with a loud thud
The sound echoed in the whole room however he cared the least about the noise he produced

He was totally disappointed with the story he just read
He was one who preferred stories, only with a happy ending
Thus, very meticulously, he had chosen this novel to read, "𝘼𝙣 𝙀𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙡 𝙎𝙤𝙪𝙡 𝙒𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝘼 𝙁𝙧𝙖𝙜𝙞𝙡𝙚 𝙃𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙩", expecting another great story
However, it only came out to be a bloody disappointment in his eyes!
"𝘼𝙣 𝙀𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙡 𝙎𝙤𝙪𝙡 𝙒𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝘼 𝙁𝙧𝙖𝙜𝙞𝙡𝙚 𝙃𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙩" was a slow burn romance story with the main character as Kim Jimin and male lead as Min Yoongi
The novel revolved around Kim Jimin, a 26 years old Dominant Omega who was the apple of the eyes of the Kims
A brave and kind-hearted person who had numerous admirers
One of his admirers was Min Yoongi as well
A 29 years old True Blood Alpha and the successor of the Mins, an influential name in the business world
Handsome, famous, rich, he was everything that an Omega ever desired
However, the only one this Alpha needed in his life was just Kim Jimin!
Both the Kim and Min companies collaborated on a project, making it a perfect excuse for both the men to come closer to each other, as days passed by
And, in no time, they had lost their hearts to each other!
Just like a perfect fairy tale, both the men fell for each other, dated a few months, and when they found their bond was unbreakable, they got married, binding their fates together, forever
However, a perfect love story is incomplete without obstacles
And the biggest obstacle in their love story was 𝙝𝙞𝙢!
Ruthless, cold, calculating, dangerous and everything to be called a walking red carpet
Though being the antagonist of the story i.e. the villain, he was one who surpassed even Min Yoongi, when it came to money, power, fame and beauty
A sinisterly sculpted face and body with a sinful and evil mind ; a terrific combination for a spectacular villain
He was one of Jimin's admirers too
However, his admiration crossed all limits, making it an obsession
A 𝙙𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙡𝙮 and 𝙪𝙣𝙝𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙩𝙝𝙮 one!
He wanted Jimin, only and only for himself
This obsession not only suffocated Jimin, but also made him hate Jungkook to the core
His silent yet constant tactics to drift Yoongi and Jimin apart, made him nothing, but an eyesore for them
An enemy against their love!
However, eventually, just one statement by Jimin

My soul would rather shatter into a million pieces than to be trapped with you for eternity ~ !!
Made Jungkook suicide, while Yoongi and Jimin lived happily ever after
However, this part wasn't the reason for Taehyung's dismay

ℕ𝕠𝕥 𝕥𝕙𝕖 𝕣𝕦𝕥𝕙𝕝𝕖𝕤𝕤 𝔻𝕖𝕧𝕚𝕝 𝕂𝕚𝕟𝕘 𝕠𝕗 𝕙𝕖𝕝𝕝 ~
Jeon Jungkook, the illegitimate son of the Mins and Yoongi's half brother, who took his mother's last name, "𝙅𝙚𝙤𝙣", who died when he was just a kid
Jungkook was kept with Mins only as a responsibility and mistake of Min Beom Seok i.e. Yoongi's father
He was never seen as a normal child, who deserved his family's care and support
Whereas, Yoongi, the legitimate son, had a silver spoon in his mouth since birth
Where Yoongi was the pampered one, always laughing and giggling in his family's warm embrace, Jungkook had cried tears of blood, just to receive a whiff of that affection
And thus, from a very young age, he had started to copy Yoongi in every aspect, just to be like him i.e. 𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙛𝙚𝙘𝙩!
He started drinking the bitter black coffee, just because Yoongi liked it, leaving behind his favorite banana milk
Noticing Yoongi wearing shirts and pants all the time, he stopped wearing his own T-shirts, trousers, shorts and his bucket hats
He even changed his career preferences and pursued business studies, just because Yoongi had done so, and perished his passion for photography and painting
He changed his whole personality from playful to a mature person
The Enigma molded himself into a person that he neither was, nor wanted to be
Because for him, that was the only way to fit in!
Being the best at whatever he did and yet being looked down upon by others had become habitual for him
And eventually, he realized that there was no merit in pleasing others
Pleasing others was as good as being someone's puppet i.e. letting others be the master of your life when you yourself become a mere loyal dog
Which was absolutely not accepted by him!
He was an Enigma : the most powerful in the chain of the Alpha, Omega, Beta hierarchy and thus, he too, had an ego and pride
Furthermore, he had partial psychopathy, making his character more complicated, more unstoppable and more untamed
He then built his own company from scratch
Which not only touched the heights of the business world, but also surpassed the Min Groups of Companies
He had become a beast in the name of a successful businessman
A twisted chaos who just knew how to perish anything and anyone who came in his path
However, just then he was arranged to marry Jimin's younger brother, by the Mins
A Rare Omega who possessed the same name as the one reading the novel, Kim Taehyung
Jungkook, who still had a little affection towards the Mins, assuming that perhaps they had acknowledged the latter's hard work, and wanted him to settle down, agreed to the proposal
However, that pinch of trust got broken, as well, when he found out the reason behind the arranged marriage to Taehyung!

𝔽𝕠𝕣 𝕥𝕙𝕖 𝕣𝕚𝕓𝕤 𝕥𝕠 𝕒𝕔𝕥 𝕒𝕤 𝕔𝕒𝕘𝕖𝕤 ~
𝕋𝕙𝕖𝕪 𝕗𝕒𝕝𝕝 𝕗𝕠𝕣 𝕒𝕟𝕪𝕠𝕟𝕖 𝕒𝕟𝕕 𝕒𝕟𝕪𝕥𝕙𝕚𝕟𝕘,
𝔹𝕖 𝕚𝕥 𝕒 𝕣𝕖𝕒𝕝 𝕙𝕦𝕞𝕒𝕟 𝕠𝕣 𝕒 𝕞𝕖𝕣𝕖 𝕗𝕚𝕔𝕥𝕚𝕠𝕟 𝕠𝕟 𝕥𝕙𝕖 𝕡𝕒𝕘𝕖𝕤 ~
Kim Taehyung, a 24-year-old Rare Omega and Jimin's younger brother, who was totally opposite to him
Whereas Jimin was the extroverted, brave and always cheerful one, Taehyung was the introverted and gloomy one, yet had dangerous anger issues
Where Jimin was the obedient and adored one, Taehyung was a rebel, who wasn't liked that much in the family
And thus, him being married to someone had become nearly impossible
Most of the Alphas rejected the idea of marrying him, while the ones who agreed, got rejected by Taehyung
However, just when the Kims decided to drop the idea, a ray of hope came to their doorstep
The Mins had initially came for Jimin to get married to Yoongi ; however, when Kim Seong Ho expressed his problem related to his younger Omega son's marriage, Min Beom Seok, in order to help his friend and soon to be relative, proposed for Jungkook to marry Taehyung
And apparently, the Kims agreed and forced Taehyung in every way possible to get him married to Jungkook
Due to his marriage without consent, the Omega always loathed the Enigma
Taehyung kept his distance from Jungkook, never interacted with him and always looked at him with disgust and disdain
Jungkook too, after realizing the hidden motives of the Mins behind his marriage, treated Taehyung as air
After the marriage, when Jimin's caring and lovely appearance attracted Jungkook in their first meet, he saw Taehyung more like a burden on him
His feelings for Jimin grew and eventually led to his downfall and afterwards 𝙙𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙝!
Taehyung, the one reading the novel, felt as if the author had mocked the villain in the entire story
Even though Jungkook was an Enigma, was superior to the male lead, Min Yoongi himself, built a company that surpassed even the Mins, and had a member of the prestigious Kim family as his wife ; there was nothing but despair and sorrow filled in his life
Being the villain, his fate was bound to be doomed
It had already been decided that he ought to be portrayed as the worst
That, he won't be worthy of love and care and a family
That, no matter how many hardships he had faced in his life, he won't be deserving a 𝙝𝙖𝙥𝙥𝙮 𝙚𝙣𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 like others
Which made Taehyung just too upset!
As a reader, who read novels on a daily basis, he had known many characters with a tragic past
However, Jungkook and his past, both were too complicated and heartbreaking in its own way
Which also made Jungkook his favorite character!

With that, he left the library, walking to his home
To his small apartment, to be specific
There was nothing known as 𝙝𝙤𝙢𝙚 for him
Raised in an orphanage and then left alone to survive in the cruel world, the word 𝙝𝙤𝙢𝙚 held no meaning in his life
The little stable life he was living at the moment was the result of his constant hard work and dedication
As Taehyung kept walking, his mind drifted back to the novel's villain, Jeon Jungkook
There was something about him that shook his heart within
He felt such an emotion which he never felt for any human being, let alone a fictional character
It wasn't sympathy or pity, but a totally different feeling
Perhaps, for how his own life related to that of Jungkook's
How both were alone and had no one to care for them
How both never had a 𝙝𝙤𝙢𝙚
How badly Taehyung wanted to hold Jungkook in his arms and tell him that his sufferings have ended
How badly he wanted to give Jungkook a happy ending
How badly he wanted himself to be the Taehyung who was with Jungkook in the novel
𝕂𝕚𝕞 𝕋𝕒𝕖𝕙𝕪𝕦𝕟𝕘
If only he existed ~
Maybe, the Taehyung who never even got infatuated to someone, fell in 𝙡𝙤𝙫𝙚 with Jeon Jungkook
𝕂𝕚𝕞 𝕋𝕒𝕖𝕙𝕪𝕦𝕟𝕘
