Sitting in class with the most amazing thought of all,finding the perfect dream of all;building the perfect boyfriend or at least finding one. Adelaide was a woman in her early twenties and schooled in the University of Oxford,she grew up in a rich home and spent most of days in her house. Her father is a politician and her a mother is a public relations officer and provided for her every need and infact she was never in need of anything of her entire life. The only thing she ever needed in her life was a guy to call a boyfriend and not just any guy but the perfect one to suit her caliber. 

She never found anyone and her only friends she had had also been telling her all sorts of things to put her in the position where she has no other choice but to quickly choose one of the boys on campus. All the while Adelaide never allowed these things to get to her.

One thing Adelaide never thought of was that,whiles she had been worrying about the perfect guy popping up,she also had no idea that a guy had been admiring her ever since she came to the school. But the question here remains,is that guy the perfect guy Adelaide has been searching for or is he just an admirer? That is a question that she alone can answer because somehow the guy also thinks that he has been fooling around and so there is no ways on God’s green earth that she is going to notice someone like him.

Being but just a lowly admirer who lurks in the shadow of fear of never being accepted,Jericho Adams was the person who considered himself unlucky.He asks himself why he had to fall in love with such a person at all,he does this whenever he is alone and sometimes ends up thinking out loud;speaking out his thoughts and made the laughing stalk in school, and he felt bad for himself because the only thing he could accomplish doing that was ending up on the lips of those gossips in the school.All that was happening was actually not his fault but it started when he started falling for a girl that won’t even turn an inch to look at him,all what he wanted was at least she would look at how wretched he was,but she didn’t and made Jericho seem to be a complete idiot and his friends would say “Life does not give you want you always desire but you still have to make the best out of what it gives you”,they would also say that there are more girls than there are boys in the school and he should rather try searching for someone that matches his status. But there he stood determined to get this girl no matter what,everyone in Jericho’s class knew he was the most brightest student in the class but also the most shy.He then promised to rid himself of any fear and that he was gonna make friends but it didn’t end well.

Adelaide Kingston had a father whose name was popular in political related matters,Mr.McDonald Kingston,an elite man who was running for a seat in Parliament and was was always busy with work,he had something he used to say,”If you don’t play to win,don’t play at all” and that was what earned him the title-Old McDonald but he thought his colleagues say that to make fun of him,what he didn’t know was that its actually the truth and that he can’t hide the fact that he’s old.He had so many quotes,something like,”Worship money and people are going to worship you” and another one,”Keep hustling and a time will come you won’t even give a shit about the price tag”.But with all these qualities that Mr.Kingston had,did he possibly have a secret,well,unfortunately he did and it was one that he was ready to die just to cover it up.Yet Jericho knew and still kept it a secret,he had always wanted to tell Adelaide but he knew it was not a good idea.

The man won’t kill you quickly when he finds that you know too much of what you are supposed to know,but  he will start by torturing you and slowly separating your body parts till you die.It gave Jericho chills anytime he thought of telling her about her father and also he was Mr.Kingston’s right hand man and takes care of his affairs when he’s not around.

Adelaide’s mom was also a nurse,which meant she got to see lots of people and in no time she had started having sex with some of her patients,one of them was Jericho’s father in whom she found interest of having sex the most.The Kingston family was full of secrets,Annie also made sure that her husband wouldn’t find out that she was cheating on him;what she didn’t know was that the man she has been sleeping with is her husband’s main man.But it was all Mr.Kingston’s fault not being home most of the time,he couldn’t satisfy his wife enough which led to her behaviour but through it all Adelaide had only one secret and that was find the perfect guy to spend her time with,a guy whom has exceptional talent or just a guy who can make her happy.

Now it time for Jericho to put his grand action into plan,he had been conjuring that plan for some time now.It was all too simple,the plan,was simple for him but for his friends it was equal to suicide.Jericho’s plan was to help Adelaide whenever she needed so as to make her notice him but the thing was rich girls like her would never ask for help from guys like him.That however didn’t stop Jericho from pursuing further,his goal was made absolute and nothing was going to stop him.

The first attempt was when Russel,a guy who usually stirs up trouble with girls by teasing them,and he usually teases rich girls,Russel walked up to Adelaide and pushed her over to the wall to make her lean against it and then he started coughing out insults.Although most the things he said are not backed by evidence,most of it was true,Russel had a policy that when he is speaking to a rich girl no one should interfere,Jericho though knowing very well that the guy was massively packed with strength,he still went in to defend Adelaide.Then again he was not doing it just for Adelaide but he feared that if Russel should raise his hand on Mr.Kingston’s daughter,he wouldn’t think twice about beheading him,so he also did it to protect Russel and ended up being beaten up but still she didn’t see that and then walked away.
