Mia Lu is a famous artist, she has won many awards. She is also going to become the CEO of her father's company.

"Miss Lu, your father has been calling you since morning" Mia's secretary Jolly said calmly.

He would not call if it's not related to his own good. He must have some business deals. If my mother didn't tell me to respect you, I would have left everything behind and just focused on my job as an artist.

Mia Lu said in her mind and got furious.

She answered the call, after talking to him her time stopped, The call was about her marriage with the CEO of a well known company. Mia already told her father that she won't marry except her senior James. But James doesn't have any background hence Mia's father was against their relationship.

Mia went to look for James after the call, she was in a hurry to see him.

James is from an ordinary family, He is a doctor but doesn't have any family background.

Mia is from the richest family in the whole country.

James and Mia fell for each other from their high school and they were together till now.

When Mia saw James, she rushed towards him and hugged him. She started crying and said, "I don't want to marry anyone else except you."

James comforted her and asked her about everything. She told him about her marriage alliance with the CEO.

He became stiff, his hands were trembling but still he didn't show it to Mia. They loved each other for so long that it was hard to separate them.

Mia's father came suddenly and pulled Mia away from James. Mia's father brought many guards with him and he asked them to surround James.

Mia tried to stop him but then he pointed his gun towards James. Mia became surprised as she collapsed on the ground, she begged her father to spare his life.

"Unless you agree to marry Mr. Su, I won't do anything to this bastard" Mia's father said to Mia coldly.

She agreed for the marriage but asked her father to promise her that he would not harm James.

Mia's father took Mia to his car and made her sit inside.

She was quiet and didn't look back towards James.

"Take this money and leave my daughter" Mia's father threw the bag full of money on James' face and said to him to leave.

James looked at Mia, but she didn't look at him.

He took the money and said with a bitter smile, "Please take care of her."

Mia's father grabbed James's collar and said as he got furious, "You don't have to teach me, how to take care of my own child."

James laughed at him. And said, "Your own child? did you ever come for her when she needed you?"

Mia's father pushed James and went inside his car angrily as he couldn't argue further.

He said to Mia, "Don't ever get near him unless you want him dead."

Mia gritted her teeth but didn't say anything.

She looked behind through the side mirror, James was giving a bitter smile to her which made Mia cry. but she endured it, she didn't want to cry in front of her father.

Mia's father locked Mia in her room after arriving at their house.

Mia cried a lot that her eyes were swollen. She came down after two hours. Her father was not at home.

"Aunt Liu" Mia said and hugged her when she saw her down.

After her mother, Aunt liu took care of Mia since she was a baby.

She hugged Mia back and said, "It's okay my child, eat something first." She made Mia eat dinner.

Aunt liu is a housemaid and also nanny of Mia.

Mia ate her food after Aunty Liu insisted.

Later she went to her room and fell asleep.

"Master, welcome back" Aunty Liu said as she bowed.

"Where is she?" Mia's father asked her with a cold voice.

"My lady is sleeping." Aunty liu replied.

Mia's father went upstairs to Mia's room.

He went inside, the lights were off but he could hear the sound of sobbing.

He came out after hearing her cry without making a sound.

"Don't let her go anywhere" Mia's father said to Aunty Liu.

"Master, please think twice about the marriage" Aunty Liu said.

He glared at her and said, "What I'm doing is the best I can do as a father." He said and went inside his room.

The night was not so long, it became morning soon after.

The chirps of birds woke up Mia. She got up and saw the time.

She went to the bathroom and took shower.

After some time~

Mia came down and saw her father, he was sitting and having his breakfast.

She turned around and was about to go back to her room but then he called for her.

"Mia, come down."

She was surprised, it was the first time that he called her by her name also with a gentle voice.

She came down and sat on the dining chair for breakfast.

"Today, your driver will take you to meet someone" Mia's father said to Mia with a stern face.

She stopped eating and said, "Is it the same person with whom I'm going to marry?" She asked him as she clenched her fist.

"Yes" he said with a serious expression.

She stood up and said, "I have no appetite now."

After saying, she walked upstairs towards her room.

Aunty Liu tried to call her but she ignored.

Mia banged the door of her room, and flopped on the bed.

"Why? I don't want to marry him! I can't live without James!" Mia said as she began crying.

Wait...if I meet him, i will tell him to break off our marriage agreement...but what if he doesn't agree....What kind of person is he? I have seen many magazines related to him but never knew his personality.

Mia said in her mind with a grin and went outside.

"Hello, young master Su, my daughter will be arriving there" Mia's father talked on the phone.

I hope she doesn't cause any drama.

He said in his mind and sighed.

Some time later, Mia arrived where her Father sent her the address. It was a cafe shop. Mia went inside. She was looking around, then she saw a hand rising towards her, she walked towards the table.

She stared at him as soon as she saw his face.

He is much more handsome in person. And tall too, he must be 185 since I'm 176 cm. and his cuts and shape of his face is too perfect. his blue greyish eyes and black hair looks good as well wait why am I staring at him like that.....yeah he is handsome But it has nothing to do with me.

Mia said in her mind, at first she got a bit embarrassed but then became calm and cold.

"Please sit" Jung hyuk Su in a gentle voice said to her.

Mia sat down with elegance.

He called the waiter and asked Mia,

"What would you like to have?"

Mia replied in a cold tone, "Nothing."

He then ordered a cup of coffee for himself.

"Listen, I'm not here on a blind date with you" Mia said to Hyuk straightforwardly.

He looked at her and said in a calm tone "I know."

Then why did he agree to marry when he knows.

Mia said to herself as she got annoyed.

"Let's get to know each other" He said to her while sipping his coffee in a serious mood.

She looked at him angrily and asked, "Why do you want to marry me?"

He stopped drinking and said suddenly, "Let me take you somewhere."

He got up and grabbed Mia's hand. She snapped his hand but then again he held her hand with a grip.

"Are you nuts?..let go of my hand" Mia yelled at him while he ignored her.

He took her out and made her sit in his car.

He said to Mia's driver, "I will take her home later. you can go now and inform Mr. Lu." He said and sat in the driving seat.

Mia opened the door but then hyuk grabbed her hand and leaned towards her to pull her seat belt.

Mia was surprised for a moment.

"I will not marry you" She yelled at him.

He didn't care and started driving.

"Let's just act for today and I will do as you say" Hyuk said to Mia while driving his car.

She couldn't understand what he meant, she asked him, "What do you mean?"

He smiled at her and said, "Do as I say."

Mia frowned at him but sat quietly.

After some time later, Hyuk stopped the car and came out.

He opened the door for Mia and stretched out his hand. She got off by herself and said,

"No need to behave like this."

"Wow!! It's beautiful" Mia said after looking around.

Hyuk brought her on the hill where you could see the whole city and since it became evening, it made the city look more beautiful with its lights on.

Mia stood near the fence and was enjoying the sight as she was mesmerized by the view.
