Abandoned
Jin knew instinctively that something was wrong. Regardless he ran towards her.
Was she finally moving on? He thought to himself.
As soon as he arrived in the living room where she was sitting. He saw her beautiful face lit up with a smile. This was something beautiful and yet an uneasy feeling was haunting him. He wasn't sure how to feel.
He smiled back and moved towards her.

Let's go out with dad today.
He always wondered if she could actually see him or was just pretending to make herself feel better.
Jin's dad has been dead for more than a year. He died in the acolypse saving his family.
The acolypse engulfed almost the whole world. Many families were lost. His died too but Jin wasn't upset after all he had to be strong for his mother.
Even though he was an omega who is considered the weakest of humans he was still determined to protect his mother.
She didn't really care for his answer. She just grabbed his arm and walked hurriedly in her car. Little Jin had to run to keep up with her pace.
She drove in unfamiliar places.
The place where they were heading to sure was far. Jin was feeling sleepy, yet he didn't dare fall asleep as he was feeling very uneasy.
Where was she taking him? He wanted to ask this question, but he was scared that she might get angry and beat him again.
After several hours, the car finally stopped moving.
I got off the car. This place had a creepy vibe. There were huge trees on either sides of the road. Though it was late afternoon the sunlight was barely visible. Then Jin suddenly noticed that the only one who got off the car was him. He tried opening the door but to his horror it was locked. He banged on the car window.

Please let me in. Please! Please! Please! Please! Please!
Tears streamed down his face fiercely as he continued shouting and banging.
Along with the tears streamed down the rain. As if crying for him.
The window on which he was banging so hard moved down. Maybe his mother finally pitied him. He thought.
Ren Seo
Forget that you ever had a mother.
Jin was horrified. Forget that he has a mother? He was feeling confused and frightened. What did she mean? The tears on his face continued to flow.
She pushed Jin hard enough to make him fall. His arms were scrapped badly, his legs were scratched and his back pained him but not more than his mother's words who had now left without looking back.
Words can't describe what he was feeling. He confused, sad, angry, scared, helpless and what not.
He lay there on the road hoping some vehicle would pass over him and he would be reunited with his dad.
His little body couldn't handle the physical pain and the mental torture. He lost his consciousness lay there.
Rescued
Jin slowly gained his consciousness again. It was now dark. Jin knew that he was now alone in this world. He wanted to get up, but his body wasn't strong enough to do so. He failed to get up no matter how much he tried.
Suddenly he noticed a car approaching towards him.
Jin Seo
If so I will accept it.
He mumbled. His eyes were too tired to see. He lost consciousness once again.
Jin gained his consciousness once again but this time he was on a bed.
The place where he was looked like a hospital.
He murmured. His throat was sore. He then noticed that his injuries were dressed. He noticed another man sitting beside his bed.
The man then noticed him too.
He shouted so loudly that it made little Jin flinch.
Louise Caroline
You're not supposed to shout here.
Said another man calmly while entering. Then he checked Jin.

He's fine now.
Not a word came out of Jin's mouth.

May I know what am I doing here?
Ronan
Such a polite child.

While heading for our date we found you lying in the middle of the road.

You were injured and it was raining. We couldn't leave you there all alone. So, we brought you to our hospital which was nearby.
So the car belonged to them.

He felt hollow. His eyes were watery yet he didn't let a single tear fall. The word 'abandoned' was.....
He didn't know how to describe it.
Both men looked at each other.
He said while patting Jin's head.

There are a few water bottles and fruits in case you need them.
After weeping for about an hour he grabbed a water bottle. He drank some water and then kept the water bottle aside.
Had he survived the acolypse just for this? Was his father's sacrifice a complete waste?
Jin Seo
I shouldn't entertain such thoughts.

Life will only become harder this way.

He is a doctor. He is Louise's omega(dominant).

He too is a doctor. He is Ronan's Alpha(recessive).

He is an extremely dominant omega. He has not awakened yet. He needs an alpha who will awaken him. Can't go in heats or sense pheromones until then.
The next day
Jin woke up early the next morning despite staying up late.
He didn't know what to do. So, he stayed still in his bed despite being awake.
After a few minutes, he heard the door open. He looked at the door, it was Ronan.
He responded after a few seconds in a low voice.

Would you like to get fresh?
Ronan showed him the way to the bathroom.
Yes seems to be the only word coming out from his mouth today. Jin thought.
Ronan
You aren't supposed to get your wounds wet.
Ronan
Can I help you get fresh ?
Ronan
I'm an omega too in case you're worried.
His voice was gentle. He didn't sound like he had any ulterior motive. He has the same gender too. So, it should be alright but little Jin was a little shy in showing his body. After all his mother often said that his body was very ugly just like his face.
Jin Seo
I'm sorry. I want to bath alone. Is that alright? I'll make sure to not get my injuries wet.
Ronan
You don't have to apologize for basic human rights.
Ronan

Jin gets a little flustered.

I.. I will be going now.
Ronan says in a playful tone.
Ronan
By the way, here is your toothbrush and some clothes.
He says from behind while giving him a plastic bag in which the said items must be. Jin comes out takes the bag and heads back in.
After a little pause he hears Ronan laughing.
Then in what seemed to be like an hour Jin gets ready and goes to find Ronan.
Ronan hisses in his ears.
Ronan
No need to be scared.
Ronan says while giving Jin a pat.
Ronan
Now let's head to the cafeteria Louise is waiting.
Ronan starts moving. Jin follows him without saying a word.
This must be cafeteria Jin thought.
They both entered Louise was already sitting, and waiting.
Ronan
Let's go grab the breakfast.
Louise Caroline
You must be hungry too little one.
Louise Caroline
Finally heard you talking something.
Louise said in a playful voice.
Louise Caroline
Come here, first I'll serve you.
Louise asked him what he wanted (but still put veggies even when Jin said no. Even though he hated veggie, he still didn't complain).
Louise put the plate on Ronan's table hand went to get his own.
Ronan was eating but Jin didn't dare touch his food. Ronan noticed this and asked

Then why aren't you eating?
Jin Seo
I haven't got permission yet.
Ronan
And what do you need permission for?
Jin Seo
Don't i need permission to eat food?
Jin was very confused. He always needed permission to eat food. Eating food without his mom's permission was outrageous. He was once very hungry and ate a peanut without her permission. She got very angry and beat him with belt. She didn't even stop when started bleeding and his skin turned blue. He still has scars from that night. This incident was about half a year earlier.
Ronan
Of course you don't.
This puzzled Jin even more.
Louise Caroline
You can eat now.

Ronan stop bothering him.

All of them started eating.
This food was amazing for Jin. Even the veggies tasted good. This was the very first time he was able to eat to his heart's content.

Your plate's empty. Do you want a second serving?
Jin Seo
You mean I can eat even more ?
Ronan
If you want to. Then, of course.
Ronan said with a warm smile.

I'm actually full.
All of them finished eating.

Jin we have something to talk to you about. Can we?
So basically this world suffered a zombie acolypse. The vaccine as well as the cure was found by scientists. The disease is no longer a threat. Many lives were lost because of this. New government was found and now there were fewer countries. Many countries united. This time no one was preparing for war as this world had already suffered a huge blow.
An organization named UW(United World) was built. Each country helped this organization this time. This organization was formed to protect world peace and help the survivors. More details will be revealed as the story goes on.

-Jin's backstory
Jin's father died during the acolypse. Jin's mother who was a kind lady was grief stricken. Her mental health became unstable and she started hallucinating. She started blaming Jin for everything. As time went by she became more and more violent. Jin stayed by his mother's side no matter what she did. He became very obedient and submissive. He just wanted his mother to be happy. Her hallucinations became worse. Sometimes she'd hallucinate about something and beat Jin. Sometimes she'd hug him and cry for hours. Sometimes she'd even forget about him. She became very controlling. Jin wasn't even allowed to eat, drink, sleep, or use bathroom without telling her. Jin rarely went outside. His mother would just order groceries and other necessities online. She believed outside world wasn't safe. Jin couldn't say anything. If he complained he would get beaten pretty badly. Sometimes even with belt or anything that came in her hand. Then when she came to her senses she'd dress the wounds and cry hugging him. Jin didn't know how to respond each time this happened. He'd just say it doesn't hurt so his mom wouldn't cry.
