In the most Secluded area of the Outer town, An asylum for Mentally ill was Situated.
The Chains clashed against each other.
A Young lady was Chained in the innermost part of the Room, more of a cell.

A look towards the Room Cum Cell and well there was nothing like a chain only shattered iron dust.
