It was a cool afternoon, Kyra just got back home from school. She opened the door and steps into the house.
A lady shows up in the living room, coming out of the kitchen.
Carlene
(With a smile across her face) Kyra, how was school ?
Seraphyx
It was okay Mom. And you?
Seraphyx
When I received your text that you were returning home early today, I was worried. Hope nothing went wrong ?
Carlene
Oh, nothing at all sweetie
Carlene
I just felt like I should take a break. And enjoy some me time here at home. Or is that a crime now ?

(softly giggles) Not at all Mom.

I'll be heading upstairs to my room now.

Kyra heads upstairs straight to her bedroom. She closes the door behind her and went straight to her bed to lay down.
She was so tired, she forgot to take off her uniform.

Hmm, so tomorrow is another day in that annoying school.

Wait, the school is just fine. It's the students that are unbearable, but not all though.
Few moments later, Kyra did needful. She went back downstairs for dinner.

Carlene retired to her bedroom.
Kyra felt a strange sensation around her, which picked her curiosity.

Huh ?! What was that feeling just now?
She gets up from her reading desk and heads downstairs for a glass of water. She heard a cat meowing outside her door.
Kyra opens the door and sights the black cat on the other side of the road.
Seraphyx
That's strange. But the cat's sound was so loud that it was as if it was right next to the door.
Before Kyra turned around she felt another sensation. This time it drew her attention towards the cat.
Kyra stepped out of her home completely and head's towards the road. Just as she was about to cross the road, a truck from out of nowhere hits her.
Kyra's mother came running out of their house in her night dress, yelling out Freya's name.
Carlene
(shouting) KYRA !!!
Seraphyx
(slowly closing her eyes) huh... Mom ?
Carlene was on the road holding her dead daughter screaming for help.
The entire neighborhood woke up and ran out of their homes to Carlene's aid.

What Kyra didn't realize early was she was in another reality or rather another world.
She hears a man's voice, who was standing next to the lady who was holding her.

Hmm, it seems we've gotten another cursed demon but this time it's a girl.
Lilith
You're right honey. Oh my, Phenex is going to be so happy to have a sibling that is just like him.
The person who just finished talking was Agares's wife; the lady who is holding Kyra.

The doctor left the house, leaving Agares and Lilith alone with their newly born.

Seraphyx POV: A few years has passed, I'm now 7 years old. I've finally realized that I was actually reborn into another world but as a demon. But I don't understand why though, from the point why I didn't reincarnate as a human in my previous world, to why I'm a demon and as well as why I still have memories from my past life ?, it's all so strange. I'm the daughter of a retired demon general which is my dad; Agares Ragnarson and a mage which is my mom; Lilith Ragnarson. I have three older brothers, the two oldest sons are twins; Forneus and Flauros while my said to be older twin brother as my mom says it; Phenex, he is a cursed demon, just like Likewise, I am. I haven't really understood why we are referred to as cursed demons but what I do know is cursed demons are born with white hair.
Agares was out on the field training Forneus and Flauros. When Seraphyx grabbed one of the swords and started playing with it.
Agares
Hey Seraphyx drop that sword, you could hurt yourself with it.
Agares collects the sword from Seraphyx's hand.
Seraphyx
But papa I wanna train to with big bros.
Agares
You'll train with them once you're of age my dear but as for now keep studying your books.
Seraphyx leaves them to their training and enters inside their house.
Seraphyx POV: In this world I'm referred to as Seraphyx, it's my given name by my demon parents. It's also quite surprising how demons that are known to be monsters which are ruthless and uncivilized can be so sweet and loving like my family and every other demon I've encountered.

Seraphyx POV: I have to act like I'm a normal 7 years old demon child if not questions would be arising like last time when my mom was worried why I always acted matured. But they were somehow cool with the fact that I started reading when I was just 1 year old, our maid Mariya was scared of me and still now.
Seraphyx sighted a black cat outside her window.
Seraphyx
*isn't that the same cat from my previous world ?*
She runs outside to find it, but before she could reach it, her mother pulled her from the ground.
Lilith
Where are you off to Seraphyx ?

It's that cat from my world, mummy...

(realizes her mistake) *Shit*... Umm, I mean... Mama, it's a black kitty over there, I wanna get it .
Lilith

Phyx POV: Another few long years has passed, and now I'm 13 years old. Finally, old enough to attend the prestigious Mephistopheles Demon Academy, MDA for short. My older brothers are already studying there, and I'm to join them there this year. I began training with dad when I was just 10 years old but my magic and spell lessons with mom started as soon as they realized I that I could read and write, cruel right ?. Any way the last time I saw the black cat was when it showed up on my 9 years old birthday since then no sight of him. I've started to take a liking to this world even though I wished I was born in the AOT world, Attack on Titan world. It's an anime where titans terrorize humans, though I would have been eaten by a titan but at least I would try to survive and possibly get married to Levi Ackerman like in the chat story; Twisted Fate [Attack on Titan](Levi X Y/N) by Banuri sky, who is a great and nice author by the way. I never got to finish the story because I died in my previous world.
Seraphyx and her Father where both training when Seraphyx loosed balance and fell down.
Agares uses the hilt of his sword and hits her on her head.
Agares
Focus Phyx. What are you thinking of ?
Seraphyx
(in pain, she holds her head) ouch, what was that for ?
Agares
You're zoning out. What's on your mind ?

(gets back up) it's nothing dad.
Agares cuts her at her side with his sword.
Agares
(calmly) do not lie to me Phyx.

(holds her rib) seriously dad, I didn't see you going around cutting Forneus, Flauros and Phenex, did you now ?

No I didn't. But I can do it to you with pleasure because you can heal your self quite quickly. Your regenerative abilities are far faster than even Phenex's.

Seraphyx POV: it's been three days to my overly anticipated entrance exam and finally tomorrow I'll be heading to the capital city for it all. Dad hasn't been giving space at all to breath, and what's even worse is him starving me. He says it's a survival technique, but as a demon I need to eat, I have a huge appetite that can never be compared to me in my previous world. I also realized how my personality has drastically changed. I was usually reserved and always calm, judging from the fact that I'm an introvert but in this world... Well in this world, I'm surprisingly bold, and I make use of a lot of insulting words, I don't know if I'm still an introvert, but I do know that I'm relaxed and active at the same time, it's so weird. I'm also slowly becoming a savage, but I won't deny how gorgeous I am in this world. OMG, I look like I'm coming out of an anime universe.

Seraphyx got her things ready and got into a carriage. Agares and Lilith as well as the staffs of the Ragnarson manor all waved her fare well, and so did she in return.

The oral interview was over and Seraphyx moved on. The next activity was a written exam.

After the written exam, all the applicants moved into a hall where each of them were called into a room to take their magical affinities.

*hmm, finally, the last activity and then they'll decide who gets to be their students. A large number of people has already left.*

Low-ranking demons; D-rank.
Mid-ranking demons; C-rank.
High-ranking demons; B-rank.
Top-rankin demons; A-rank.
Demon nobles and intermediaries; S-rank... Which is mom, she's an intermediary.
While there is Demon Lord(s) and Demon knights;A+ rank... Which is Dad, he's a demon knight since he was a general before.
And finally The Cursed-ranking demons; me and Phenex my older brother. Cursed demons are ranked SSS (triple S). They are seen to be in between S-ranking demons and A+ ranking demons. They're MANA level is extraordinarily high by 10×. It's an amazing ranking. It also goes as far as I and Phenex increasing our ranks up to A+ but we can be deranged as well. And one significant way to recognize them is with their white hair.

All the activities were over and this time all the remaining applicants were gathered in the largest hall of the school where the Dean of the academy mentioned the applicants that were granted admission.
Students of the academy who were interested in watching the listing were also present, as well as Seraphyx's brothers.
Seraphyx POV: about a 100 applicants were present for this exam and we dropped to 20 applicants. But it wasn't all who entered. 10 applicants gained admission into the school, which also included Sitri Belphegor and I as well. I'm shocked, all what everyone was saying turned out to be true. I got into the academy with ease.
