Every person here is working on their dreams to achieve a goal in life and settle down.
Many aspiring people are here to achieve what they once just dreamt of as this city has many opportunities to provide with.
some people achieved what they want while others are still struggling.
Somewhere in Mumbai.... An aspiring lady opened a cafe.
It is her dream to take this café to a higher level.
Sitting on the counter she looks outside where the darkness consumes the city and everyone is in their world.
she smiles thinking about her someone whom she met a year ago, and now he is everything to her.
The love he gave her is perfect or unreal to be honest, and she fell in love with him to a point that he holds the power to shutter everything in her life, but he won't.
He is more than a family to her as never her parents cared this much for her.

narrowing her eyes she tries to search the switch board in little to no light. Later turns on the phone torch.

I remember I paid the electricity bill then why there is no light.
Carefully proceeding towards the Sofa she puts her bag aside, removing heels.

Ahh! Such a relief.
She waits for her maid's response.
Asami (Fl)
it's 10:00 p.m. already, and I am so hungry.
Sighing she stands up walking towards the kitchen.

Why isn't she responding?
open the containers that were on the kitchen counter.

At least the food is ready.
she was about to put the food in a plate.

putting the plate on the table, Asami paces upstairs.
While passing by the staircase her eyes fell on the frames that were hanging on the wall with flower garlands.
A sigh left her mouth seeing the frames.
The flower garlands indicated that the people showing on the frames were dead.

She didn't say anything further and went straight to her room.
Asami washes her face splashing water over her face and wiping it with the towel beside.

she looks at herself in the mirror and her movements stop.

It came out as a whisper as she was reluctant to even blink eyes for a second.
Mustering courage Asami looks back facing the person who was glued to the bathroom wall and blood all over her clothes. There was a deep cut over her neck.
Her maid Aunty was dead, hanging on the bathroom wall.
losing strength Asami holds the wash basin stepping back.
Suddenly she heard someone's footsteps and the sound of Steel scratching over something followed with the increasing intensity of footsteps.
gulping the lump in her throat Asami looks around.

After a year....I don't want to face him.
The sound intensifies indicating the increasing distance...of the approaching danger.

without giving it a second thought she runs towards the exit, and surprisingly she encountered no one.
She steps out of her house, without taking a break she runs continuously to save her life.
She was continuously looking behind and ran as fast as she can. Her bare feet start hurting and got cut because of the concrete road.
She stops being out of breath...her heartbeats high.
She was struggling to breathe.
Her eyes scanned the surrounding place.
As...if she diverts her gaze even for a second it would prove fatal to her.
Gulping saliva down her dry throat, she licks her lips in nervousness.

H-How did he come back?
She doesn't have the energy to run.
Feeling a presence behind her, she went numb...
