The Blue Moon Resort was dazzled with fairy lights and the wide open space was filled with tables and chairs for guests. A small stage was built and the ceiling was decorated with flowers and a big chair was placed for sitting.  A grand buffet of various food items along with drinks was arranged for the guests.

In the room Reyansh was dressed in a three piece suit and his eyes fell on the ring in the box which was on the table in front of him. All he could think about was Vaishu's innocent face and her eyes that held so much pain as she screamed to take care of him and protect him. That smile of that little bundle of joy that lit up her world. All those moments spent with little surprises broke his heart and he wanted nothing more than to yell at everyone and ruin all the arrangements to run back to his home where he could have spent his time seeing Vaishu And could play with the little kids with their muffins.

Reyansh: It's been just a few hours and I'm already missing you and the little ones but what should I do. I'm doing what's right for all of us but I swear to be there for you and my muffins. I can't do this but I have no other way...

He was awakened from his thoughts by a knock on the door, he came running inside and realized who was at the door. His best friend Mithun came in with an angry face and threw some papers in front of Reyansh.

Gemini: Vaishu has found a venue and was planning the event. I think it's for everyone's good that she leaves. Do I need to remind you that your muffins will also go with it..

Reyansh grabbed Mithun by his collar and pulled him towards himself and clenched his teeth.

Mithun shook his head but Reyansh sighed and adjusted his hair and blazer before picking up the ring. After seeing Mithun for the last time, Reyansh went out of the room.

At Reyansh's house Vaishu was crying and her hands were trembling with fear and stress. She looked at her child Ishaan who was sleeping on a child's bed on the floor. Hearing the doorbell, she ran and opened the door. On seeing Asha, Reyansh's maid and caretaker, Vaishu hugged her and started crying bitterly.

Hearing this, Asha got scared and started crying with him but she immediately took out her mobile to call someone. Vaishu: Who are you calling? Asha: Reyansh..he will find our Ishika. He'll go crazy if we don't tell him.

Vaishu: Asha Maa, today is her engagement. Please don't disturb him. Let us go to the police station and take their help to find Ishika. Please don't disturb him.

A huge crowd of press and media along with cameramen were present in front of BM Arcades, a three-storey building owned by Reyansh. He conducted all his business operations from BM Arcade, although he also had several other offices where he had staff to handle each of his businesses.

Some policemen were present at the gate to stop them from entering the building and were trying to contact any of them to know what was happening behind the closed doors of the office for two days.

There were reports around that Income Tax officials were still on their duty to complete their work and release the findings of the raid. One of the officers knocked on the door of Reyansh's room and his best friend Mithun opened the door with a very friendly smile.

Mithun: Hello officer, it is good that you have come yourself. Briyani for me and Creamy Mushroom Pasta for my friend. No need for dessert, just a Coke is enough for both of them. We had a light lunch and it's already too late for dinner so grab it quickly.

Officer: Mr. Mithun, we have completed our work and need Mr. Reyansh's signature on the documents.

There was a girl on the road whose forehead was bleeding. Reyansh bent towards her and got lost in those beautiful eyes which had nothing but pain. Those eyes pierced his soul and his heart wanted him to protect her. She didn't know what was happening to her and she felt a tug at her heart and her hands started trembling as she touched her forehead.

Her trembling hands reached his face and the tips of her fingers touched his cheek, breaking his trance. She heard a painful whisper from her lips "Help" and tears flowed from her eyes as she lost consciousness. For the first time she felt that her heart was beating for someone and she caught hold of his hand which was falling downwards and touching her cheek.

"Did Mithun's wish really come true? Has Reyaansh found the love of his life and will he hold her hand forever?".

Reyansh's heart skipped a beat for the first time and he caught hold of the hand that was touching his cheek. He got scared seeing her unconscious and tried to wake her up, but was again shocked to see her fully developed baby bump.

Ignoring the pain and swallowing the lump in his throat, he carried her to his car and placed her in the back seat. Sitting on the driver's seat, he started driving and also called his doctor friend to be ready to examine the girl.

He hit the steering wheel and cursed himself for letting his guard down for a minute and drove towards the hospital, but his eyes betrayed him as he kept looking at her from the rear view mirror. He picked up a hat and mask from the dashboard and wore them before driving to the hospital through the back entrance.

When she was taken to the emergency room, he placed her on the gutter and inadvertently held her hand. She only noticed him holding her hand when she was stopped outside the room and he let go of her hand. His pants and shirt were wet, even one of his hands was wet with some fluid and he didn't know what it was but he ignored everything and stood near the door waiting for the doctor to arrive.

After a few minutes the door opened and the doctor walked out.

Reyansh MV: Who is he? Why don't I leave him and mind my own business? The door opened and a nurse came out pulling a gurney. He saw the girl crying in pain and it broke his heart to see those eyes in so much pain again.

Reyansh: Make sure he is taken complete care of. Give him the best treatment and do anything to relieve his pain. Doctor: We will give him the best treatment but cannot relieve his pain.

This is not possible. She will keep going through this until the children are born. Go, stay with him and give him some support, he needs someone to be with.

The doctor walked over patting Reyansh's shoulder and he entered the ward where the girl was shifted and saw a nurse giving her some injections. He went to the washroom and looked at his hands.

Reyansh: Why wait for him to come? Doctor: I am not a gynaecologist. Be patient and she will be shifted to the ward until she is ready for delivery. You can stay with him till then. You need to sign papers for entry and who is that by the way?

Hearing the doctor's words, Reyansh's throat choked and he wanted to correct him that Vaishani is not his wife, but before that he was shocked by Vaishnavi's cry and he immediately held her hand and when she held his fingers in pain So their fingers joined together.

All he could see was her closed eyes and their intertwined fingers. To be alone with her in the room, to see her crying holding his hand, seemed to him the most precious moment as well as the most painful.

Her whole world went numb when she saw the most amazing and cutest babies, all pink, with short hair, button noses, tiny lips, little raised eyebrows, beautiful eyes looking up at her. He lost all his senses and kept sitting on the sofa and looking at the small children.

The door opened, the nurse laid the babies in the cot and Vaishnavi was taken from the litter to the bed and the nurse helped her sit up, leaning on the bed. Even after giving birth to children, her eyes looked very sad and pained. He didn't know what was happening to him as his eyes fixed on the cradle. Reyansh looked everywhere except her and went out giving her some privacy. Vaishnavi took the child in her lap and started crying after seeing his face. The nurse guided Vaishu and he fed both his boy and girl.

The nurse patted the babies on their backs to induce them to burp and laid them down on the cot. She went out and informed Reyansh to call if he needed anything. Reyansh entered the room and saw Vaishnavi and the kids sleeping. He sat on the seat and looking at her face he was fighting in his mind whether he should stay or go but instead he fell asleep.

Both Vaishnavi and Reyansh woke up at the same time hearing the sound of children crying. She pressed the button to call the nurse but Vaishnavi started sobbing after seeing her crying children. She got tired coming down but he stopped her.. Reyansh: Don't move... I will take them...

He slowly picked up the girl and gave his fingers to Vaishnavi, spreading sparks all over her body. He took the boy in his lap and went out, allowing Vaishnavi to feed him. She wiped a little tear from the corner of her eyes and the boy looked at Reyansh with a smile on his face and blinked sweetly. The nurse walks towards him and Reyansh asks her to help Vaishnavi.

The nurse took the girl from Vaishnavi and gave her to Reyansh and took the boy to Vaishnavi. Nurse: Sir, you have to put him on your shoulder and pat his back gently until he burps. Do the same for the boy. Reyansh did as the nurse said and he heard the sound of burping which made him laugh and he was surprised when in his life he had smiled as much as he did after the birth of the little child.

Reyansh: You are so cute muffin.. He kissed her forehead and saw that she was sleeping. He entered the room and asked permission and laid her down in the cradle. She heard the boy burp and took him from her arms and placed him in the crib, giving him a kiss on the forehead.

He sat on the sofa and looked at Vaishnavi, his eyes were cast down and his fingers were tapping against each other. Reyansh cleared his throat to initiate a conversation with her and she frowned nervously, not even looking at him.
