Anna rattled off the last few words of the history assignment, closed the book and dropped it on the table.

On the table there is bunch of scattered papers with words written on it, a pair of spectacles and a lamp standing right beside the laptop. Anna picks up her phone and got engaged with scrolling through it. A knock on the door interrupt her, she walks up to the door and turn the knob and open it, standing right in front of her is Carla her best friend beaming with smile.

"Am I no longer allowed in?" Anna step aside while Carla walks in and get herself sited on the bed. Anna close the door and sit down on a chair right in front of her bed.

"What is up with you?you are smiling way too much for my liking "Carla chuckled putting her hair behind her ear.

"Had a long night yesterday, I hit it up with someone last night, and he was amazing girl I can't put it in full details you know"Anna nods, so much for been Carla always having the best of her life. She has always been lucky with men but not me, how frustrating it has gotten.

"Yeah yeah whatever you say, so what brought you here?"Carla cross her legs with her two hands on the bed.

"I wanted to check up on you couldn't find you in the sitting room, what is up with you?"

Anna lean back and sigh, probably thinking about her boring ass life, wishing she could have a good time for once.

"Nothing just rounding up my assignment"Carla scoffs.

"Why stressing over this assignment girl go out and have fun"Anna smiles, Carla never cared about things she just wants to enjoy life.

"Well I have nothing else to do not like I have a choice"

"You know what I have a party I am going to tomorrow, and you are coming with me, you should find yourself a man"

"Okay whatever you say "

"Right I have a date bye love you "

Anna sigh, well I hope things get better.

Anna struggles with the tons of books, Dress in a big pants and shirt with her spectacles to go. Her hair tied up in a messy bun, due to her trying to hold on to the books she bumped into someone who clearly wasn't paying attention either.

"I am so sorry i did not....."OMG is he real? Right in front of her is a man looking so good with a black hair, green eyes as green as a Chinese jade, lustful lips and a good face structure. He is dressed in a tuxedo which brought out his body structure.

"Hey are you okay?" Anna snaps out of it and nod, his got a nice voice too.

"Umm..... I am good and you?"

"Fine"He bent down and pick up her books and stretch them out to her while she keeps staring at him again.

"Your books"

"Huh?" Anna blinks her eyes confused.

"Don't you want them?" He points at the books in his outstretch hand.

"Oh, thank you"She felt embarrassed, she collected the books from him while he walks off.

She stood rooted to the floor thinking about him, he is good-looking, and she can't seem to stop looking at him until she couldn't see him again, she smiles and walk away.

Carla is busy putting on makeup getting ready for a date. She is sitting on a sofa, crossing her long sexy legs. Anna walks in and sit beside her resting her head on the sofa.

"Why are you stressing yourself busy reading this boring books you look terrible"

Carla drops the makeup equipment setting them back into the makeup kit. She picks up a magazine about to open it Anna stops her.

"Wait OMG this man "Anna collects the Magazine from Carla, she runs her hand through the magazine it is really the man she bumped into this morning, what a small world.

"Do you know him? "Carla looks at Anna with an invoking questioning look.

"Well not really I bumped into him today, he was looking so good with those green eyes"Carla scoffs, she grab Anna's hand.

"He is not the easy type, you shouldn't get yourself involved with him, he is way out of your League "Anna pout her lips, drops the magazine and lean closer to Carla who held her and pat her on her back.

"I know, but he seems different maybe you're right, I am getting ahead of myself "Carla nods, She stands up and picks up her bag.

"I have a date to catch bye"she pecks Anna and walk out.

Anna sighs the house is going to be boring now.

"Do I have to go? I mean that party will definitely be so boring "Anna groans, Carla has got her dressing up for the party, and it is annoying.

"Come on it's going to be fun, there is going to be a lot of hot guys tonight"Carla wriggle her brows while Anna smiles getting fully ready. Carla is dressed in a blue sleeveless short gown clamped to her body which brings out her shape. Anna is dressed in a red sleeveless knee gown not too tight but gives her a good look.

At the party, Couples dancing waltz playing. Carla is busy dancing with a man while Anna is busy looking around. This party has a code everyone is putting on a mask one could hardly recognize anyone.

"May I have this dance?"Anna turns around, a man dressed in a tuxedo with his hand stretch out in front of her, she drops the glass of wine and slide her hand into his awaiting hand. They moved to the dance floor"What is your name?"he asks staring down at her, his height makes her feel little.

She looks up at him, his eyes reminds her of the man from the other day. She sucks in her bottom lip "Anna and you?" He smiles.

"Rico, tell me a little about yourself"Anna blink her eyes, why does he want to know about her? It is really not necessary they would not meet again.

"I don't really have anything to say about myself other than me been in my final year" he lean close.

"Still a student wow you don't look like one"Anna could hardly breathe, he is way too close.

"I don't?" He lean back focusing on his steps and the music end.

He grab her hand, and they walk out of the party.it is night, the star shines brightly in the sky.

He pulls off her masks "Take it off"He points to his mask, Anna stretch out Her hand and pull his mask off Shocked it is him. He holds her by the waist and pull her closer, Her heart beat fast she could hear it loud and clear. Furthermore, he move closer staring down at her lips, Anna close her eyes and hold her breath.

He smirks and lean back, Anna felt empty what was she expecting, she just met him and does not know anything about him, but she wants to be kissed by him.he slid his hand off her waist and slid his hand into his pants pocket.

"You are quite interesting, i wasn't going to kiss you that will be inappropriate"He smiles and walk away while she stares at his figure until she could not see him again.

She exhaled freeing the air seized in her throat. What the hell just happened? I can't believe I really wanted to be kissed by a stranger.

She stares up at the sky feeling relaxed, she walks back into the party Everyone is having a good time and Carla is not on the dance floor not again.

Finally, left the party Carla and Anna lay on the bed facing the ceiling. Anna open up to Carla about her encounter with the man.

"I don't know but I just can't seem to stop thinking about him which is weird I mean I have only met him twice on a short time"

"Well let me enlighten you he is not what you think he is in fact you should probably avoid him"Anna turns to her side and face Carla.

"What do you mean?do you know him?" Carla sits up while Anna did the same.

"Of course I do, who doesn't know the Almighty Rico Baldwin he is freaking rich, good-looking, and he is a Mafia boss more reason you should avoid him"Anna smiles

"Oh really he is? "Carla nods

"Yes he is"Anna laughs, Carla is always looking out for her. She is not thinking of a relationship i mean she just met him, and she only wants to know more about him.

"Well I might probably not meet him again okay so let forget about it"Anna lay back down on the bed, maybe she does really want to see him again,, but that does not guarantee anything between them.

Anna decides to go to the mall and look around maybe she might find something she needs because she cannot really think of anything. The mall is full of people today, it is meant to be like this but she does not really like been around too much people.

A necklace caught her attention, and she walks towards it, She looks down to the price tag Damn that is a lot she definitely cannot afford that.

"What are you doing?"she jolted, probably one of the employee who thinks she is staring at the necklace for quite some time now and thinks she can't afford it well she can't. She turns around, and it wasn't an employee but Rico yes she remembered his name.

"Uh... nothing really just taking a look at it"He laughs, Anna sucks in her bottom lip, and stare down at her feet. He lifts her chin up with his hand"you don't have to feel inferior, and I am not going to hurt you"She nods.

"Are you busy?"

"Not really "

"Do you mind coming with me? I don't bite"

She nods and they walk out together. He took her to his car, and they got in, he drives while she looks out of the car.

He brought her to his house, they got down and walk into the house. She is not thinking straight why is she here? What is going on?she wants to turn back but her legs seem to off her but rather walking in with him. She followed him into his bedroom, sit down on the bed he offers her a glass of wine which she collect from him and sip it.

"What were you doing staring at everything but doesn't seem to want something"Anna drinks the wine in one go and drops the glass of wine on the table beside the bed. She clamps her hands together sucking in her bottom lip and stares down at nothing.

"You don't want to say anything?" Rico drop his glass of wine and held her head up.

"You like me?" Anna nods, why is she acting stupid and why in the hell is she admitting it. He lean close to her and smash his lips on hers, his hand roam through her exposed back. He loses her dress which falls exposing her blue bra, he lay her down on her back and pull her dress to her stomach.
