The story opens with Taehyung working late at a cozy art studio. His quiet world is one of sketches and solitude, filled with shades of loneliness despite the art that surrounds him. He’s delicate and lost in his own thoughts, pouring himself into his work to escape his haunting past.
One rainy evening, as Taehyung closes up, he hears footsteps behind him. He turns, startled, and sees Jungkook—a face he’s never seen before but somehow feels an eerie connection to. Jungkook stands under the dim light of a streetlamp, watching him intently, his eyes dark and intense.
Their eyes meet for a brief moment before Jungkook quietly turns and vanishes into the shadows, leaving Taehyung with a lingering sense of curiosity mixed with unease.
The next day, Taehyung mentions the encounter to Jimin, who laughs it off but can’t help noticing that Taehyung seems strangely drawn to the mystery. At first, Jimin dismisses it as just a passing fascination—until Jungkook appears again, this time at the studio.
Jungkook introduces himself with a calm smile, almost too calm, and Taehyung, feeling an odd pull, invites him in. They talk, and Jungkook’s charm makes Taehyung relax. The conversation feels natural, and Jungkook appears genuinely interested in Taehyung’s work. But beneath his polite words, there’s an intense gaze that doesn’t go unnoticed by Jimin, who catches Jungkook glancing possessively at Taehyung.
After Jungkook leaves, Jimin confronts Taehyung about the encounter, warning him to be cautious. But Taehyung, brushing it off, laughs about Jimin's "overprotectiveness." He thinks Jungkook is just misunderstood, someone who needs a friend—perhaps like him.
As night falls, Taehyung’s thoughts keep drifting back to Jungkook. Little does he know that Jungkook is already planning their next encounter, obsessively replaying every moment, every glance, every word. To him, Taehyung is perfection—something he has no intention of letting anyone else get close to.

Outside Taehyung’s window, Jungkook stands in the shadows, watching, with a smile that doesn’t reach his eyes.

Taehyung goes about his usual routine, but he finds himself strangely preoccupied with thoughts of Jungkook. The way Jungkook looked at him, intense yet calm, left an unsettling feeling that Taehyung can’t shake off. He convinces himself it’s just curiosity. Yet, every time he starts to sketch, his hand drifts to recreate Jungkook’s face, his piercing gaze staring back at him from the page.
Meanwhile, Jungkook is equally fixated. He spends hours scrolling through Taehyung’s social media, memorizing every little detail of his life. He smiles at each post, imagining himself in every memory, standing beside Taehyung. His obsession grows with each passin

The next evening, Jungkook shows up unannounced at Taehyung’s studio. Taehyung, though surprised, feels a thrill seeing him again. There’s something magnetic about Jungkook, something he can’t resist despite the nagging unease at the back of his mind. Jungkook brings him coffee, perfectly tailored to Taehyung’s taste—down to the exact amount of sugar, which Taehyung finds odd, but he brushes it off.

As they talk, Jungkook’s behavior becomes slightly more intense. He leans too close, his gaze lingering on Taehyung’s lips a bit too long. Jungkook asks personal questions that feel intrusive but oddly flattering to Taehyung, who finds himself sharing things he normally wouldn’t. It feels as though Jungkook sees through him in a way no one else has. But there’s something possessive in Jungkook’s gaze, a darkness just beneath the surface.
Before leaving, Jungkook insists on walking Taehyung home. Taehyung, initially hesitant, eventually agrees, feeling safe in Jungkook’s presence. On the walk, they encounter Taehyung’s friend, Jimin, who immediately senses something is off. Jimin watches Jungkook warily, his protective instincts kicking in as he pulls Taehyung aside.
"Be careful with him," Jimin warns under his breath, casting a sharp glance at Jungkook. Taehyung brushes it off, laughing nervously, but deep down, Jimin’s words stir something in him. He assures Jimin that everything’s fine and parts ways, not noticing the flash of
