The bustling halls of Crestwood central college were alive with the sounds of laughter ,chatter and the echo of lockers slamming shut.
Fl made her way out of the feeling like an outsider in the sea of excitement . As she passed a group of students laughing loudly by the lockers, Emma's friend called her

Oh hi ,i didn't notice you
maya (fl's bff)
You coming to the game tonight?
Maya asked her eyes sparkling with enthusiasm
Emma hesitated glancing back at the group
Emma Carter (fl)
Oh, i don't know, i have a lot of reading to catch up on
maya (fl's bff)
You always say that! Just once, come hang out with us you might actually have fun

As she walked away, Emma felt a pang of regret. She loved Maya but often felt more comfortable with her thoughts than with large groups of people. She preferred the quiet solace of her favorite place—the school library.
Once she reached the library, Emma pushed open the heavy wooden door, a familiar creak greeting her.

Ah, there you are, Emma. Looking for something in particular today?"

"Glancing around"Just browsing. I think I’ll check out the local history section

Good choice. Some interesting stories back there
Emma walks to the back, browsing old, dusty books. Suddenly, her eyes catch a small leather-bound diary. She pulls it from the shelf and opens it, reading the first entry.

flipping pages, reading softly "You… wanted to be an artist… but didn’t think you’d make it…" pauses "You didn’t feel like you fit in either… wow."

You really knew how to express yourself… I wish I could meet someone like you.

Oh no I'm gonna be late
The wind picks up outside, rattling the library windows. Emma pauses, sensing something strange in the air.
Emma Carter (fl)
"It’s just a storm, Emma. Nothing weird about that..."
Emma heads for the door, but a small flash of lightning outside casts a glow on the diary for just a moment.

But maybe… maybe it’s a ...sign?
episode 2- the storm's secret

Maya, I’m gonna be a bit late. I… um, I’m in the library📲
maya (fl's bff)
What a shocker! You practically live there. Need me to wait?📲
Emma Carter (fl)
Nah, I’m good. I’ll catch up with you later!📲
Emma walks back to the corner where she left Alexander’s diary. She settles down with it, flipping through the pages again. Outside, thunder rumbles louder.
Emma Carter (fl)
"April 3rd, 1985… Today was rough. No one gets what it’s like to dream big but feel so stuck."
as she was reading the diary Another crack of thunder shakes the room, and a flicker of lightning flashes against the window.
Emma Carter (fl)
"Jumping slightly "Okay, that was… intense.
Suddenly, a surge of energy fills the air. The room dims, and the library seems to vibrate slightly. Emma clutches the diary tightly.
Emma Carter (fl)
"What… what’s going on?"
The lights dim even further, and another flash of lightning fills the room with a bright glow. For a split second, she thinks she hears footsteps and faint voices, like echoes from another time.
Emma Carter (fl)
"This is crazy… it’s just a storm."
She feels an urge to run hand over the pages like something is attracting her towards it
She ran the fingers over the handwriting feeling a strange connection. And then suddenly flash.....silence
Emma Carter (fl)
Wait… what happened to the… the computers? And where are the posters?
Emma Carter (fl)
Okay, this is weird.
Just then, she hears someone approaching. She looks up, expecting Mr. Thompson, but it’s a tall boy with messy dark hair, wearing a faded jean jacket and holding an old sketchbook. He looks like he’s stepped straight out of a vintage photo.

Uh… hey? Didn’t expect anyone else here this late.
Emma Carter (fl)
No way. This can’t be...
ethan hart( 2nd ml)
Sorry? Do… do we know each other?
Emma Carter (fl)
You’re… Alex. Alex blackwood?

"Laughs softly "naah, that’s not me. But… who are you?

This is impossible… but maybe, just maybe, it’s real.

The room falls silent as they stare at each other, She realizes she’s somehow been transported back in time, to Alex’s world.

So Emma...you are not from around here are you?
Emma Carter (fl)
" Laughing nervously "Uh, yeah, you could say that… new in town.
ethan hart( 2nd ml)
"Chuckles "Not many people hang out in the library after school. You a history buff or something?
Emma Carter (fl)
"Nods slowly "Definitely. History is… kind of my thing.
Suddenly, the library door swings open, and two more students walk in: a tall, athletic guy with a cocky grin and a girl with bright red hair and a playful expression.
Nick Lewis(ml's bff)
Hey, man! Still hiding out in your favorite cave?
Lucy harper(ml's friend)
Who’s this? New friend, ethan?
ethan hart( 2nd ml)
Uh… yeah. This is Emma. Emma, that’s Nick, and that’s Lucy.
Emma Carter (fl)
Nice to meet you both.
Lucy harper(ml's friend)
You don’t look like you’re from around here. Where’d you transfer from?
Emma Carter (fl)
Oh, just… far away. Kind of hard to explain.
Nick Lewis(ml's bff)
"Winking at ethan "Hey, ethan, are we gonna hang out later, or are you busy with… other plans?" nudges him playfully"
Lucy harper(ml's friend)
"Leave them alone, Nick. Not every girl wants to deal with your nonsense."
Nick Lewis(ml's bff)
"Hey, what can I say? I’m irresistible
Emma glances around, noting the differences in decor—the posters, the old computers, the clothing. It’s all hitting her how truly different everything looks. She takes a shaky breath, feeling like she’s stepped into a movie.
Lucy harper(ml's friend)
You okay? You seem a little… lost.
Emma Carter (fl)
Yeah! Just… everything here is, uh, really new to me.
Lucy harper(ml's friend)
Well, lucky for you, I know all the best spots in Crestwood. We can hang out sometime. Show you around.
Emma Carter (fl)
