In the corner of the beautiful vibrant city, there was a dense forest in the mountains.
On the other side of these beautiful mountains, there stood an ethereal castle, so dreamy it felt just unreal, "The Abditory Castle".

A little girl was lying in bed, her empty eyes lost somewhere..

-Mother: Gloria Royals (died when Addie was born)
-Addie has no siblings
-When Adeline was born, her mother Gloria died. Alexander thought that it was because of Adeline, so he sent her away to the forests, he didn't hate Addie, but he wasn't able to take care of himself let alone Addie, so he sent her away. He lives in London alone now.
Addie was staring at the ceiling as memories of her childhood began to sink in one by one.
She was lost in her thoughts when a soft knock on the door pulled her back.

Amber is Adeline's cousin, Amber is an illegitimate child, so she was sent to the castle alongside Addie, both of them spent their childhood together in this huge castle alone.
They weren't allowed to go out of town or visit the city, Addie's father had arranged a caretaker for them.
So basically, they never saw the outside world, there were robots in the name of security, aside from the caretaker they never saw another face.

Her delicate fingers start to dance across the canvas as she paints a picture of her mind.
After a few gentle strokes she finally finished her painting.
Of course, she doesn't show these paintings to Addie.
Amber keeps them in the basement where Addie doesn't go.
She got up, hid the canvas and plopped on the bed, fighting against her overthinking mind and trying to sleep.
After a few minutes of struggle to stop overthinking, she finally fell into a deep slumber.
