The sun is shining, and the air is fresh, birds chirping as a scream of anger is heard from a distance away.

"DAMN IT!" a long shout from a man called Akia, and he starts punching the ground as he keeps shouting damn it repeatedly.

After a while he calms down, and he stands up, as he walks slowly Akia conveniently starts talking about the events that happened before the outburst.

(Flashback.)

It cuts to Akia, standing on the ground facing a godly being created by the Mana surrounding Akia when he achieved true power after 10 non-stop years of work as the beings aura Shoots out everywhere.

"So this is the thing that generated because of my training?" Akia extends his hand, but it gets stabbed by a sword from the Being and causing Akia to stagger.

It doesn't hold for a minute and pulls out the sword stuck to Akia's hand and continues striking.

Akia manages to Dodge one and shoot out a lightning beam to send the being far for now to let him heal.

"That should buy me a minute to spare" as he pulled out some healing Vials, but before he could take a sip, the being zooms back to Akia.

But it doesn't stab or strike, instead it extends its hand and six magic rings surround Akia, and it starts draining his power little by little, and Akia starts screaming of pain until.

The being holds Six crystals of different color and Akia falls to the ground, the impact knocking him out cold.

And the divine being flies away and Akia is left in the forest unconscious.

(Flashback Over.)

"That, Thing, what did he even do to me?" as he clenched his fist in the air. But a simple thought popped in his head

"Wait if I recall, that thing held 6 crystals after I felt weak and fell down" but he quickly made a conclusion in his head.

"Hold up, did that THING steal my power?!" Akia shouted with anger and brainstormed ideas on where it could've put it

He gets up and Pat's off the dust on his clothing and walks, but gets lost quickly as he realized he hasn't learned how to navigate without a map.

"Well shoot." Akia said, until he heard a random sound below him, he looked down and saw a slime looking at him curiously

The slime looked at him, and without warning lunged at his head trying to strangle him.

Akia tried to take the slime off and the attempt failed, so he smashed his head against a tree knocking the slime off as he gasped.

"My God what did I do to you?!" before the slime could regain its senses, Akia smashed his shoe killing the slime, and more stomps for good measure.

With all this stalling Akia has done he just started running to nowhere hoping to some buildings.

(1 hour later.)

After what is seems like forever, he saw a familiar looking clock tower in the distance.

"That's the clock tower for kingdoms isn't it!?" Akia then started trying to find the entrance, and when he found it he saw two guards standing in the entrance gate.

"Well, standard security protocol" he shrugged walking to the guards they said as they blocked the entrance "Halt!, state your business"

"The name is Akia, and I'm here to simply enter the capital?" He said not knowing the name of the kingdom, "Hm very well then, you may enter" the knights said in unison as they allowed Akia enter.

As he walked inside the kingdom it's high and vibrant everything looking perfect and happy.

"huh, neat" Walking slowly Akia sees a convenient map of the place with its name.

"Zenithal's Kingdom, Kinda weird sounding but okay," and after some more looking he found a building he needed for gold.

(12 minutes later.)

Akia opens the door, and is greeted with a chair, he dodges out of instinct but also is kind of shocked as a voice speaks to him.

"I TOLD YOU I'LL GET THE MONEY LATER" a man shouts with rage as he picks up another chair.

"Wait wait wait!, I'm not a collector!" Akia spoke not trying to get hurt from the guy.

"You ain't?" the guy said slowly lowering the chair he was going to throw at Akia.

"Yes!, I'm just trying to get a job here" He said still on guard but goes outside and gives the guy back the chair he threw.

"Well, if you say that why are you trying to get a job here?" The guy grabbing the chair Akia grabbed from the outside and placing it in its original place.

Akia sighs and then he says "I just need some money, I just got here, and I have some experience in combat"

"Well of you put it that way" the guy extends his hand out as a sign of a handshake

"You're hired, the names Reginald" He says with a smile

Akia accepts the handshake from Reginald with confirmation and says.

"Well my name is Akia" he said also with a smirk on his face

"Welcome to the Anomaly Exterminators, your first job starts tomorrow early in the morning, by the way don't worry, I'll book you an Inn"

The Sun is shining and the Kingdoms people start walking for work.

And Akia is heading towards the building where he recently got a job.

"Good day," As Akia opens the door, but it's met with a loud uproar caused by an unfamiliar face.

"Listen here Reginald, you haven't paid your property ID in weeks, if you don't start paying by Thursday, I'm going to get this place REMOVED!" the person shouts.

"Look, look, I PROMISE I'll get the 2,000 at due date, just give me some time will you?" Reginald says with a sweat down his head.

Akia walks inside the place and coughs a little to get the man's attention.

"Excuse me, who might you be?" pointing his finger at the stranger.

The Person's personality switch's almost instantly with a normal voice completely forgetting his anger.

"I'm the kingdoms' collector for the establishments of Zenithal's kingdom" the change freaks out Akia a tiny bit, but he brushes it off

"And why are you currently here I may ask?" Questioning him.

"As the Collector for Zenithal's kingdom I'm of course here to collect this man's property ID"

He said glaring at Reginald slightly as he spoke.

"And, what is a Property ID? I'm new to Zenithal's kingdom, just arrived yesterday" Akia says clueless.

"A property ID is funded by the riches of the king, but you have to pay 2,000 every 4 months to keep your property" answering the question straightforwardly.

"Now, if you must excuse me, I have to get this man's Tax." He says and turning back to Reginald with the same anger from before.

"I give you 2 days before Thursday Reginald, I'll be back and you better have it" With a serious tone and expression

"Yes sir." Reginald says almost instantly

After that He leaves the place nowhere to be seen.

Akia sighed slightly "What was that about Reginald?"

"Haven't paid my ID, the way I get money is from collecting materials from unusual's"

"Huh, I have been wondering, what is this job about?, from the outside it looks like just a hunting guild" Akia said.

"Well, unusual's are monsters that look, act, and are stronger than other monsters, if there's too much to manage they could remove every weaker monster nearby or globally"

Akia listening closely, after the explanation he speaks.

"So what are we waiting for?, let's get hunting"

He said with a small glint of excitement.

"That's the issue, I don't got a weapon and I can't cast magic if my life depended on it"

Reginald said with the expression of gloom.

"Well, I'll do it myself!" Akia placing his hand on Reginald's shoulder.

"Tell me now Reginald, where are they located?" a smile from Akia is seen.

"The last one I have seen is at a nearby swamp at Barack kingdom" Reginald proceeds to pull out a map and points to where Barack is located.

"It's surrounded in a thick poison like fog and only a small few brave ones go there, you might need to enter the backside entrance"

Akia took the map "Understood, I'll be back before the collector comes back" and he exits the building.

The outside before only a few people were awake, and now the kingdom is back to vibrant and cheery talking and merchants everywhere.

"Barack kingdom should be at the far right of Zenithal kingdom…"

"Maybe I can go there by horse?, I should ask some locals" as he closes the map and stores it.

After some asking around it turns out horse ride to Barack is highly dangerous so no one does it.

Akia, disappointed decides to just walk there, but knowing the danger buys a dagger from a merchant with money Reginald gave him.

And he goes on by foot, on the way to the swamp.

2 Hours later.

"Cough, cough, so this is the swamp Reginald said?"

He said, the swamp blocks any and all sunlight, flies everywhere, and the only monsters found are slight larger sized mosquito.

"If Reginald's explanation of unusual's are true then that means..."

Bzz.. Bzz..

"Oh, no" Akia hearing the sound is slightly nervous, but it turns into fear as the sounds get louder and louder in all directions.

After a long time of suspension the sound stops and a 4 legged human sized mosquito, eyes not red but yellow, each limb having razor sharp claws on all fours walks to Akia.

Akia, even with this monster quickly went serious, this isn't the first time his life was in danger.

"Come." He said to the mosquito, showing no hesitation to run away.

The mosquito takes four steps until, it zooms at a speed a normal human couldn't see.

Akia managed to Dodge, only a graze on his shoulder.

"Is that your maximum speed?" the taunt echoed through the swamp.

The mosquito jumper up high and crashed into the ground the water blocking Akia's sight.

A claw swipe connects with Akia, causing him to slide into a tree, but fortunately the force wasn't strong enough to fully smash into it.

Akia pulls out the dagger and inspects the mosquito closely, his glare sharp.

"There!" Akia managed to cut one of the mosquitos claws, but it doesn't falter zooming around at the same speed.

"Your just another pest right?" and he lands another successful slash.

They continue to trade slashes, but a lucky Dodge makes the perfect window to strike its chest.

But the skin is rock hard making the dagger bend slightly, it retaliates by swiping Akia away.

He manages to break his fall but still trips due to the mud shifting.

As he gets up and faces the mosquito in the face, a small smile is seen, and he says with confidence.

"A small set back is nothing."
