Currently Luca is in his rental apartment looking through the window towards the bustling city. His lease is going to expire, soon so he had been searching for a new place to live from the last 5 days.

It was already very hard to pay the rent for this apartment. But now that the landlord has increased the renting price.. I don't have a choice but to search some other apartment where the price is cheap.
