Aadhya's father wanted a daughter but after her birth they didn't treated her good. There is no specific reason her mother didn't wanted a daughter but just a son she treated aadhya badly but her father never said anything. Her brother loves her but he is abroad for studies.

It was a lovely morning. Sun was peeking through the windows of the room. Birds were chipping. And a handsome young man was sleeping shirtless. But his peaceful sleep got disturbed by the sunlight falling on his handsome and flawless face.

Suddenly he heard a voice

" Aaransh wake up you are late again. Get your lasy ass out of the bed."

'Maa sone do na'. Aaransh said in his morning voice.(maa let me sleep)

It was his mother Aarvi yelling at him like everyday to wake up . But the situation is same as everyday.

"Uth jao varna mein paani phek dungi Aaransh. It's already 10:00"

(get up Aaransh otherwise I will throw water on u it's already 10)

WHAT

AARANSH woke up with a jolt.

"Maa pehle kyu nahi uthaya Mera gym session aur office bhi Jana hai." Aaransh said.

(maa why didn't u wake me up early I still have my gym session and i also need to go to the office)

he said complaining

"Janab aap uthoge tab na. Jara time dekhiye khudse ."

(only if u wake up look at the time by yourself)

He looked at tha clock it was 6:00 a.m.

'Maa abhi toh bas 6 baj rahe hai aapne hamse jhoot kyu kaha.'

(maa it's only six why did u lie to me)

" Janab agar aapse jhoot na bolte toh aap uthte. Jaldi kijiye I want u at breakfast table till 9. Aur haa khabardarr phirse soye toh!"

( sir if I didn't lie to u will u wake up)

'Ok Maa. Btw good morning!'

Aarvi replied 'Good morning!

now get up. Mein Jaa rahi hu. Kon kahega ye vahi ladka hai jisse sab darte hai.' Aarvi shook her head and left the room.

(who will even say that this is the same person whom everyone is afraid of )

Aaransh was about to lay down again and sleep just then he heard his mother's voice.

Aarvi ' *Aaransh phirse sone ki sochna bhi ma**t jii maa*'. Aaransh replied.

(aaransh don't even thing of sleeping again)

He reluctantly got off bed and left for workout at their home gym. After that he took a bath and got ready for office.

Downstairs In dining hall

Aaransh came down the stairs in dining hall where everyone was present. He touched his parents and grandparents feet took their blessings and greeted them and said good morning to his brother. Then settled on the chair for breakfast.

Just then Aarvi said ' sub log suniye divansh ke liye rishta aaya hai.'

(everyone listen we have got a wedding proposal for devansh)

"Aare waah"his grandparents and father said happily.

(wow great)

Divansh said ' Maa par abhi meri age hi kya hai. Mujhe abhi shaadi nahi karni.

(maa I'm not that old I don't want to get married right now )

Aarvi replied to him ' beta aapki shaadi ki age ho chuki hai. Shaadi kabhi na kabhi toh karni hi nah abhi ladki dekh lijiye. Phir dekhte hai. Ya apko koi aur pasand hai .'

(son it's your age to get married. U need to get married someday. Just see the girl for now then we will see or do u like someone else)

Divansh immediately replied

'Nahi maa aise baat nahi hai aap keh rahi hai toh thik hai.'

( no mom it's nothing like that but if u are saying then it's okay)

Just then Aaransh who was quite all this time said ' yes Bhai already aap 32 ke hoo chuke ho. Karlo shaadi badme ladki nahi milegi.'

(yes brother you are already 32 years old get married otherwise u won't find any girl )

Aarvi gently hit him on the head saying 'ye ladka bhi na kab sudhrega'.

(when will this boy even grow up )

Facepalming herself.

Aaransh replied 'kabhi nahi'.

(never)

Everyone laughed

Aarvi asked Aaransh to come with them to visit the girls family on Sunday. Aaransh refused but then agreed as maa ko na nahi keh sakte hai janab. Aur kehna bhi nahi chahiye.

(no one can refuse to their mother sir, and we should not even try to refuse )

Just then devikiji asked aarvi to tell them about the proposal and who the girl is.

As Aaransh was getting late he excused himself and said bye to everyone.

Aarvi 'beta be careful thik se jana'

Aaransh 'hanji maa'.

(yes maa)

Aaransh left without hearing anything. Divansh also left for his collage thinking he can give it a chance.

         So let's start the chapter

It was night. A beautiful girl with dark black brown hair which were moving with the breeze. Was sitting in her balcony holding with  her diary and pen lost in her thoughts. She looked at the Moon and started writing something.

         चाँद के पास सितारे होकर भी वो तन्हा है

     मुझे भी तन्हा होकर भी इस जिंदगी में जीना है।

        ये दिल इतना अकेला है की जीना ना चाहे

इतनी बाते संभाल के रखी है किसीको कहना ना चाहे।

            इस अकेले पन का चाँद ही सहारा है

अकेले है हम, अकेला है चाँद फिर भी सुंदर नजारा है।

(Translation : moon has stars but he is still alone, even I have to live these life being alone. These heart is so alone that it doesn't want to live. Have so many feelings stored in it but can't share to anyone. Now only the moon is support of my loneliness. I'm alone the moon is alone but the scenery is still beautiful )

She kept her pen down and closed her diary. Again looked at the moon and  closed her eyes just then she heard a knock on her door. She kept the diary aside and went inside her room

To open the door. She open the door and her parents entered the room. Her mother gave her a angry look and said

' kuch batana hai chup chap sunna aur muhh mat kholna Samjhi!'

( We are saying something just listen and don't open your mounth)

Her father interrupted and said " we have fixed ur marriage. They r coming to see u this Sunday u better be ready and don't create and drama."

She was shocked. How can they say this. How can they take such important dicision without asking her. Her life was never in her hands but deciding her marriage without asking her is something she never thought they will do. She finally opened her mounth and said.

"What marriage?I'm not ready to get married. And u know I have a dream of becoming a Cardiologist marriage is not in my plans."

Her mother interrupted and said

' we are here to inform you not to ask ur permission do u get that. Ur not allowed to say anything.

Her father said

"haa aur kya cardiologist. Mbbs toh karne diya na toh aur kya ab. We can't keep u as our burden anymore."

(What cardiologist. We have allowed u to do mbbs it's enough )

She just nodded her head and her head and her parents left the room.

She just sat on her bed without any emotions on her face. Just then her aunt entered her room. And hugged her.

Meera ' Aadhya beta I know what happened. Ur uncle and I tried to stop them but kuch nahi kar baye ( can't do anything) They just said hamari beti hai aapki nahi. Hum kuch nahi bol paye beta.'

(She is our daughter not urs.we were not able to say anything )

Aadhya who was quite all this time silently crying finally said

"Badi maa, aapne aur bade papa ne bohot baar sambhala hai sab kuch.ab kya hi kare. But mujhe shaadi nahi karni hai maa nahi karni hai."

(Aunty u and uncle have already done many things for me now what else to do. But I really don't want to get married.)

She started crying badly  "badi maa, I want to be a cardiologist that's my dream I have been living for. What can I do now."

(Beta, bacch- child)

Meera replied, "beta ek baat manegi, sunegi apni baadi maa ki baat."

(child will u listen to one thing I'm saying)

Aadhya nodded her head Meera said

' karle shaadi apni baadi maa ke liya '

(get married for me)

Aadhya replied, 'Maa ye aap kya keh rahi hai mera sapna aur shaadi mujhe nahi karni hai pls maa'.

(maa what are u saying I have a dream to achieve and marriage I don't want to maa pls)

Meera nodded and said ' bacche pehle puri baat sunle apni badi maa pe bharosa hai na.'

( baby first listen to me u trust me right)

Aadhya nodded

Mera said ' beta karle shaadi, tune inhe  nahi kaha toh  ye dusra rishta layenga aur jabardasti karenge. Aur unhone tujhe aage na padhane ka soch liya hai. Bade papa bhi kuch nahi kar paa rahe hai. Aur mein shadi karne isiliye keh rahi hi kyuki I know Aarvi ji Jinke yaha se rishta aaya hai  maine pucha hai unse. Vo tujhe aage padhne se nahi rokenge. Beta is shaadi se Teri hi bhalai hai kar le apni maa ki ek baat manle .

(Beta get married. If u say no to this they will get u married to someone else. And they have already thought not to educate u further.ur bade papa is also not able to do anything. And I'm telling u to get married because I know aarvi ji they won't stop u from studying further  beta listen to ur maa once.)

Aadhya, 'maa  should I leave the house'

Meera, 'beta u also know u can't do that even if u leave the country ur father have the power to find u.'

Aadhya nodded, 'I know, ok maa as u say.'

Meera said, 'beta don't get sad and sleep I'm leaving.'

She kissed aadhya's forehead and left.

Aadhya pov

Why always me God why

I have never been have now this. Why I came to this world. Why me just why. Wiping her tears she thought

Maa is right I can't run away and eventually not now then they will make me marry someone else in future. I should listen to maa.

Author pov

While  thinking this she laid on bed and again her tears started streaming down her cheeks. She started getting a headache and slept while crying.
