(his voice a low growl) you've made a mistake, Ember.

(a defiant laugh) we'll see about that.

(typing with a fierce intensity) the city sleeps, but I'm wide awake. the night it my canvas and I paint it with blood.

(a concerned message) Ember, you need to be careful. the authorities are closing in.

(a chilling laugh echoes through the chat) They can't catch me.

(ASHER JUST KILLED ANOTHER TARGET HE PICKED UP HIS PHONE AND MESSAGE SOMEONE)

(with a cold detached efficiency) the target is down clean and precise as always.

(a flicker of annoyance in his tone) I don't care about the clients pleasure. I care about the job. this job and I've done it.
just tell her and give me my payment later.

(a cautious message) oh asher. you know you could be more enthusiastic.

(a chilling calm response) enthusiasm is a luxury I can't afford. my life is a series of calculated movements, a dance with death. there's no room for emotion.
(SOMEONE SAW ASHER ON THE ALLEY WITH A DEAD BODY IN FRONT OF HIM)

(dropped his phone and point his gun at the person who saw him) WHO ARE YOU?! WHY ARE YOU HERE?!
