A 16 year old Abi is seen sitting in her class talking to her friends when a girl with red hair hit Abi's table and scattered her books to the floor.

" You bitch,what the fuck did you tell your dad about me I know you hate me but did you have to do that to my dad", The girl shouted as Abi stood up and scratched her ears stretching her body.

"I didn't tell anything to my dad about you,your dad was a traitor who was taking the company information to the enemy and the PR found out and did you really think i care for you",Abi snickered and kicked her chair yo the back as she stood in front of the girl.

"Is it because I've been silent these days,She chuckled, thinking you can come over here and say shit about my dad when the real shit is your dad",Abi said and started to walk away .

"You bitch",The girl shouted and grabbed Abi's hair as they started fighting each other.

The principal called the two girls to his office as he started scolding them and instructed them to bring their parents the other girl looked nervous while Abi looked relaxed since all the evidence points to the other girl.

"Make sure you tell your parents Avery",Abi smiled and left.

Avery eyes turned red from anger as she sniffed back her tears,"I hope one day you lose everything including your family".

Abi turned back when she heard Avery's word,"Nothing of a such will happen to my family and even though it does I wouldn't be a screaming bitch like you",She smiled and left.

Few hours later it was the closing time all the students were going home in their expensive cars and scholarships students are taking the bus while some who couldn't afford the bus walks to their respective houses.

"You are a very annoying bug you know",A girl with short wavy hair said as she adjusted her bag on her shoulder.

"What can I say,I'm very attracted to Plain Jane like you so",Abi shrugged and smiled while the other person looked at her with a frown.

"Don't you have a family dinner to attend?",The girl said.

"It's not a family dinner it's somewhat a business dinner and I'm not interested',Abi said.

The girl eyes lit up when she heard business dinner,"So that means you would see young and handsome business guys".

"Hmm I think so, do you want to come along it's not yet time we can set out if you change your clothes",Abi said.

"Really, then let's hurry",The girl grabbed Abi as she started walking fast to the point of running.

After waking for minutes the two finally arrived to the girl's house and she wore her dress as quickly as possible not to be late for the dinner meeting.

"Calm down Arya,I know it's not because of the dinner meeting you are following me it's because of my brother and let me tell you beforehand he's bringing his girlfriend so don't put your hopes high",Abi said.

"I know he's girlfriend is coming I don't want to focus on my first love anymore I'm a senior in college damn it",Arya said and applied mascara adding a final touch as she smiled and stood up to adjust her dress.

"Awnnnn,my adorable little Arya has grown up I really miss the once lovestruck Arya she was always cute and stupid",Abi laughed as Arya as she glared at her.

"Let's go",Arya said as they both went out and left the house after Arya closed the door.

One hour later they both got to Abi's house which stood like a castle compared to other houses in the estate.

"I'm seriously nervous to see your mum she doesn't like me at all",Arya said nervously and rubbed her hands together.

"What can she say?,Just enjoy the party and the flow Arri don't give a damn about her and point of correction she's not my mum",Abi said as they both walked to the main door and enter the house.

What they were expecting was totally different from a normal business dinner it looked like a party for business.

"This wasn't what I was expecting from a business dinner",Abi whispered to Arya as the two girls struggled to walked freely from the brooding eyes of the guests.

The two girls got to the dining and saw Abi's parents with a few people surrounding them.

"Let's go to my room",Abi said and the two girls went to her room upon getting to her room as soon as she opened the door she caught sight of her brother and his girlfriend having a quick sex by her bed.

"What the fuck Lez",Abi shouted and locked the door in hurry locking Arya outside because she didn't want Arya to see the scene.

Lez and his girlfriend both stopped their s*x and wore their clothes in a hurry.

"I'm sorry Abi",Lez said flashing an apologetic smile as he hold his girlfriend by the waist.

"Thank goodness Arya didn't see you I don't want her to think or cry about you",Abi said not minding his girlfriend and Lez looked a little shocked before he got his composure back.

Removing his hand from his girlfriend's waist and letting her leave as he followed behind her and when the girl opened the door and left Lez looked at Arya who was standing beside the door.

"Hey",Arya smiled hiding the pain that showed in her eye.

"Hyy hmmm you can go in now",he smiled and left cause it was getting awkward.

Arya entered the room and sat on the bed but when Abi told her that he had sex with his girlfriend on her bed she immediately stood up and walked to the couch and sat down.

 "We should have just continued to be friends why did I have to tell him about my one-sided crush", Arya said as she rested her head on the couch head.

 "I warned you,now that you've seen it, are you still in love with him?",Abi asked.

 "Yes but now I think it's time to call it quits",She sighed and stood up to adjust her look.

 The two girls spent some time in Abi's room before going down to the dinner. Abi's parents came to meet her when they noticed her and Arya talking to some guests.

"Good evening Ma and Sir your dinner is amazing", Arya said as Abi's dad acknowledged with a smile while the mother forced a smile to appear presentable in front of the business partners.

"We would love to introduce you to some people Abi, do you have a minute sorry Arya we have to take Abi away", Abi's dad said and Arya smiled.

"Ohhh No problem..., Arya smiled and faced Abi, Don't worry I'll be fine I'll just be over there talking to some people", Arya smiled and left Abi's side.

Right after Arya left Abi's mother grabbed Abi's hand and took her to a corner with the father following them.

"What did I tell you about bringing your friend to a family dinner?",

"This is not a family dinner it's a business dinner and besides Arya is always welcome, right dad?", Abi looked at her dad.

"Yeah that's right, Abi the people you are about to meet already met with your siblings now it's your turn you have to act like a matured teen and not like a rebellion and get rid of these bangles they look like some ritual", Her dad said and hurriedly left with her mom as Abi followed them and got rid of the bangles.

"Hello Mr Hill", Abi's father greeted a man and shook his hand.

"Hello Mr Smith I recalled we met few minutes ago right", The man said as he smiled.

"You mentioned last time that you wanted to meet my younger daughter right....., Abi's dad took Abi's hand and pulled her closer, ... Here she is",

"Good evening Mr Hill, hope you are enjoying the party?", Abi asked politely.

"What a delightful young lady I hear from your parents that you are the top of your class I'm I right?",

"Well that's true", Abi responded.

"I would have loved you to see my son he's overseas and currently the top of his grade", Mr Hill laughed.

After a few talks here and there Abi left her parents side and went to find Arya, but she couldn't find her, after few minutes she still didn't find Arya, so she concluded she must've gone home.

"How are you doing?", A soft female voice sounded behind Abi.

"I'm good not like you care", Abi scoffed and took a drink from a waiter passing by.

"My little sister still angry at me?", The other lady smiled and walked closer to Abi as she put her hands on Abi's shoulder.

"What do you want Maya?, you only come back here when you need have something for Dad and that makes me curious what type of business are you doing with Dad that neither I nor Lez know about",

"It's best if you and Lez don't know anything about that", Maya said folding her hands akimbo.

"I hope it's not some drugs business or business that has to do with killing cause I'll fucking run away", Abi said and left.

"I don't want to lose you guys that's why", Maya whispered as she sipped her wine and walked away to meet her Parents.

An hour after Arya left Abi and her parents she went to the garden feeling a little bit tipsy from the wine she took at the party, she rested her back on a tree admiring the night skies until someone came.

"What are you doing here all alone?", Lez asked standing in front of Arya.

"Just go away", Arya said still closing her eyes.

When Arya opened her eyes what welcomed her was Lez standing in front of her wearing new clothes.

"Changed outfits?", Arya asked while her eyebrows raised in question, while Lez scratched his head behind his neck acting shy cause she saw him with his girlfriend not quite long.

"Well my dad's the host so I have to look presentable at least", Arya nodded her head as she tried to take a step only to end up wobbling as Lez caught her hurriedly.

"Hey be careful",

"Thanks", Arya whispered as she stared at him and clutched his shirt in her hands not wanting to let go.

"Arya let...", He couldn't finish his sentence cause Arya suddenly kissed him making him shocked.

Arya kissed Lez with all her might cause she was so angry, jealous and hurt because of what she saw while in Abi's room so she dived deeper into kissing him Arya wanted to stop when she saw no reaction from him but when she removed her lips from his he immediately smashed his lips on her kissing her like they were lovers.

A minute later they both released their selves and was shocked by what happened.

"Woah", Arya said shocked by what happened.

"I'm really sorry Arya I wasn't in my straight mind",

"Then why did you kiss me back? You weren't in your straight mind? Am I such a joke to you huh? Lez tell me the truth have you ever seen me as a potential girlfriend?", Arya asked with her eyes turning red with pain.

"I have a girlfriend I......, Arya cut him off sentence.

"Before you had your girlfriend Lez cause you were obviously single when I told you I liked you, Did you ever like me?", Arya asked.

"No, I only thought of you as my friend", Lez said making Arya burst into tears.

"Then why didn't you say anything that day I told you I liked you, you should have just told me you only see me as a friend nothing more why did you keep my hopes high?", Arya asked as she cried silently.

"Please tell Abi I already left", Arya left feeling dejected.

"Shit", Lez cursed and punched the tree.

 Few minutes after Arya left Abi went to the garden looking for her friend then she noticed Lez resting his head on a tree so she went towards him and tapped his shoulder.

 "What are you doing here?", Abi asked as Lez turned to look at her.

 "Receiving some fresh air", he faked a smile and walked away.

 When he took two steps away from Abi she stopped him and walked to him.

 "Have you seen Arya anywhere?, I can't find her",

 "She told me to tell you she was going home",

 "Home?, Why, what happened?", Abi panicked .

 "Why are you asking me, Are you not her friend?, I have to go meet Lena", Though Lez said he was going to meet his girlfriend he decided to retire to his room cause he was confused and tired at the same time.

 After Lez left Abi went to her room and called Arya who told her that she left cause her parents were already home and she had to go since they had test tomorrow.

 "How will I tell Dad that he's needed in school tomorrow this is the tenth time already", Abi whispered after the call ended with Arya as she laid on her bed.

 "That's for tomorrow, As for now I have to go to my dream land", Abi smiled as she closed her eyes and dozed off to sleep.

 The next morning the whole family is seen sitting on the dining table even Maya who wasn't always around was seated with them.

 "This is the first time in five months we are eating together as a family", Lez said as he started eating his food.

 "And guess what Abi didn't cause any trouble in school this week that's a miracle", Abi's dad said and smiled while Abi silently dropped her fork and cleared her throat.

 "Hmmm, Dad actually something did happen at school", Her father sighed and dropped his cutlery.

"Yeah what happened this time?".

"I had an argument with the daughter of the man you fired from your company".

"Why?", Her dad asked seriously as the family stopped eating and dropped their cutlery as they focused on the conversation.

"She said something about you and I got angry I'm sorry", She stood up and bowed her head to her head and sat down back.

"Just tell your principal I will see them next week I have something to do this week so I don't have time",

" Yes dad".

The family finished their breakfast and they set off on their lives. When Abi and Lez got to school the girls from Lez grade and other grade came to surround him.

"Arrgh, this is so annoying I feel disgusted with your smile", Abi said with a disgusted face.

"That's because you are not me and you have a bad reputation of being the bad child and I am the good child so just suck it up", Lez said and waved at some girls who squealed.

"Your girlfriend is here", Lez girlfriend came forward as they both kissed in front of everybody then all the students screamed especially the girls while the guys were booing at them.

"Hyy Abi", Lez girlfriend greeted Abi after the kiss as Abi only responded with a nod and walked away.

"I feel like your sister doesn't like me", Lez girlfriend complained as she poured her lips.

"Well Abi is just like that she doesn't like anyone in particular even I as her brother",

"But she likes hanging out with that scholarship girl, what's her name again?", Lez girlfriend pondered hard but could not guess the name.

"Anyways she's supposed to be moving with people her level not with that poor girl",

"If my sister moves with people her status then I'll also break up with you", Lez said removing his hand from his girlfriend shoulder.

"Why?", She asked confusedly.

"Because your family status also doesn't match my family status so be thankful my family are not like those simple minded people who think money and status matters, I have to go walk yourself to class bye", Lez left leaving his girlfriend in the school hallway.

Lez walked all the way to Abi's class because he wanted to see Arya for what happened the previous night and wanted to apologize that's when he noticed some girls surrounding Arya.

"Don't think because you got Abi behind you, you can escape us or have you forgotten those years in middle school huh you poor thing", A girl said as she slapped Arya head to the side.

"Haven't you guys had enough?", Arya asked.

"Enough?...", A girl with red short hair chuckled and slapped Arya's left cheek.

"Hey that's enough", Lez said and walked closer to them as he entered the middle and noticed Arya's cheek that's red from the slap.

"Why the fuck did you hit her?", Lez said angrily as all the girls who bullied Arya stepped back except the leader.

"This has nothing to do with you Lez so buzz off", The girl said rolling her eyes.

"She's my sister friend and you think this has nothing to do with me you've got to be kidding me and it's like you've forgotten how this bullying got you into trouble with your family especially your abusive father", Lez said seriously while the girl staggered a bit but still maintained eye contact with Lez.

"Should I call your dad's number I mean I have it with me I could just call hime right now you know so why don't you just fuck out of here and find something else to do", Lez said and dialed a number on his phone that went through after two rings.

"Hyy Lez I didn't expect you'd call today", A thick man voice sounded over the phone as the bully left hurriedly with her friend.

" Oh it's nothing sir I just wanted to ask about your well being that's all I hope you are fine", The man laughed.

"Ohh I'm good hope my daughter is well behaved in school", The man said.

"Don't worry she's well behaved in school no complaints about her as of now hmm sir I have something to do so I'll call you later", Lez said.

"Ohhh it's true you have class well then bye", The man said and hung up the call as Lez put his phone into his pocket and took Arya hand as they both walked away under the gaze of everybody.
