Today is Monday that mean no more sleeping late for a whole 5 days, I woke up from my bed, still half asleep I went to brush my teeth, I finished washing my face and teeth and I got dressed then I started putting the books that I needed inside my bag and then I went downstairs to the kitchen to eat something before I head out to school. "Good morning" I said to my mom, dad and my big sister, "good morning sweetheart" mom said "good morning my little princess" my dad patted my head "good morning" my sister said. I got a message from my childhood friend who also is my neighbour, "mmm...I need to go gun-woo is waiting for me outside" I said still chewing on the food I had in my mouth, I got my bag and left. "Hey, good morning" I ran towards him "come on soo-ah we are getting late" "don't worry..." I checked the time on my phone and he was right we were late, I looked at him and with a guilty smile "hehe, you're right" I said "I know but let's run now I don't want to miss the bus" he took my hand and we both started to run. We made it at the bus stop and got on the bus, the bus was full with other students, we made a few stops, and then a lady got up from her seat to leave the bus, and gun-woo sat there "really?" i raised an eyebrow and looked at him with a serious expression, "what? the seat was free so I sat down" he acted clueless "you're supposed to give me that seat" "why would I?" He raised an eyebrow "because I'm your friend, we're like siblings" "ok,ok come here" he patted his lap "you...pervert" I looked away "what? pervert? really? didn't you say we're like siblings, so what's wrong to carry my little sister on my lap?" I didn't say anything still looking away. We arrived at school thank god we were still on time. I went inside the class room and sat down on my desk "good morning" ji-hoon my deskmate greeted me "good morning" I greeted him back, "hasn't the teacher come yet?" I asked him "no, not yet" he replied. Later at the lunch time I sat down eating lunch with gun-woo, ji-hoon and min-ji my only female best friend, "god Mr.Kwon it's so boring, I can barely concentrate on the lesson when he speaks" min-ji rolled her eyes "I don't think that. I think the way he explains the lesson is very good for us to understand" gun-woo disagreed "are you crazy? He takes 100 years to explain a problem, and it makes me sleepy from the long explanation" min-ji argued back "ok,ok now you two stop it, let's talk about something else now" ji-hoon interrupted them, "I don't know about you guys but I'm really liking the food today" I said while eating, after some seconds I lifted my eyes to see that the three of them were starring at me "what?" I asked confused and they started to laugh "you can't think of anything else but food right?" Gun-woo patted my head, "whatever" I rolled my eyes and starting eating again. After lunch I and min-ji were walking when we heard some girls screaming "ugh, please, again, aren't they tired of this?" min-ji said closing her eyes "you know what I'm more amazed, where do they get all that voice to scream like that every day, don't they ever lose their voices" I looked at the girls "or maybe they wake up every morning and drink onion juice and egg yolk" me and min-ji started laughing so hard, then the three famous boys of the school appeared, and they walked toward me and min-ji, "what's so funny ladies?" Taeyang said "nothing" me and min-ji said at the same time and walked away, "hey, stop right there" he yelled at us, we frozed for a second and then I started to walk and pulling min-ji with me. The next lesson started, "so students for this lesson were gonna have a group project" our teacher said "I hope we'll do the group project together" I said to ji-hoon "me too" he crossed his fingers, "ji-hoon and so-min" "shit" ji-hoon punched the air and I left out a sigh and putted my head on the desk "I wonder with who I'm gonna be partner with?" "don't worry, I don't think there's anyone dummer than you in this class" he said patting my shoulder, "kyung-mi and soo-ah" the teacher said, and I raised my head not believing it, and I looked at kyung-mi's direction, "didI heard it right, did she say kyung-mi?" After the last lesson was over, I got my things and walked outside the class while ji-hoon was following me "hey soo-ah are you really not gonna help me for the English exam? I told you that I'm sorry for calling you dumb" he kept nagging me, I couldn't stand it anymore so I stopped walking "well if you're really sorry make an apology that I can accept" I crossed my arms and raised an eyebrow, "ok, I'm really tru-" "ah,ah,ah, that's not the apology a was looking for" "what then?" he looked confused "act cute" I commanded him "are you kidding?" he looked around "do I look like I'm kidding?" I said with a serious face, I waited some seconds but he wasn't doing anything "don't want, ok" as I was about to walk he stopped me by grabbing both of my arms, "ok,ok" he closed his eyes and took a deep breath and let out a long sight and then looked at me with a smile on his face, he took my hands and swing them "soo-ah, ji-hoon is really,really sorry for calling you dumb, would you forgive ji-hoon for his mistake? hm?hm?", he looked so adorable, I looked around and there were other students who were watching us some of them were taking videos, then I looked at ji-hoon, he was looking at the floor (he must have been embarrassed) I thought, I putted his hoodie on and walk away "ya stop taking videos, delete them now" I heard someone saying. I took ji-hoon to a bench, "I'm sorry, I overdid it" I apologised to ji-hoon "it's ok, they'll forget it sooner or later" he said looking at me with a smile on his face "you're such a good person" I patted his shoulder, "you know, your cuteness made my day I don't think there's anything that can ruin my mood now" "stop it that's not funny" ji-hoon pushed me "I'm not joking I'm serious, I know I made you uncomfortable but it was worth it, so thank you bro", "hey what are you two doing here?" Gun-woo came and sat down with us "nothing were just talking" I said "about what?" Gun-woo asked "forrr..." I looked at ji-hoon "for the team project we have" ji-sang said immediately "oh, are you two on a team?" Gun-woo asked "no I'm on a team with so-min" "that's good I'm pretty sure you two will get a very good mark, and you soo-ah?" "I'm with kyung-mi" I flipped my hair "wah, you got so lucky", "hey guys" min-ji came jumping like a happy bunny "what's up with you?" But i have to admit that learning with kyung-mi makes everything seem easy and understandable, "less talk and more work" he said and we started writing again. Later we were done with our project and I got up to leave, "hey do you wanna grab something to eat or drink before you go?" He asked me "umm, sure why not" I didn't like the idea but I didn't want to be impolite. We went to the park and sat on a bench, "wait here until I come back with our drinks, do you have anything that you like?" He asked me "I'm waiting for my friend, oh there he is" I waved at kyung-mi who wasn't far away, he came by running "here, sorry for letting you here alone but there was a big line at the store" "it's fine" "oh taeyang what are you doing here?" kyung-mi asked him looking surprised "I was just passing by, well I'll get going now" and he left, "once again soo-ah I'm really sorry for making you wait here alone" he apologised "it's ok don't worry", we opened our cans and drank it "you know it was really fun to study with you" kyung-mi said "for me too, it's weird but I can understand you more than the teacher when you explain something" I said "I would really like it if you would study with me sometimes like today, it makes studying more fun, what do you think will you like to be my study mate?", I don't know why this sounded as if he was confessing his love to me, so I froze for a moment, "well this was a bit sudden, you know what I mean we never talked to each other at school so we don't know much about each other...but...I think it's ok we are classmates so what's wrong with being study-mates" "so you're saying you'll study with me from now on?" I nodded and he smiled and took a sip from his drink. Later kyung-mi took the bus to go home and I was walking at min-ji's house. When I arrived I meet her mom and her little brother, "hello auntie, hiii seo-ji" "soo-aaahhh" he came running with his little arms open a opened my arms two when he jumped on me and I picked him up, "hi soo-ah, how have you been?" After a while me and seo-ji were watching cartoons when min-ji came out of the bathroom with a towel around her body "sorry for making you wait for me" "it's ok, I had seo-ji to make me company" I smiled at seo-ji and he smiled at me "ok then wait just 5 more minutes as I get dressed" she said and I nodded, and she went to her room. "So tomorrow it's my exam and I need to learn all this" min-ji showed me her notebook, "ok that's a lot but not impossible" I smiled at her "but I have one question" I said "what?" she answered "has the teacher give you all this to learn?" "No she gave us only those but I have skipped some of them and didn't learn them" she giggled innocently "but when she asks you for anything how could you manage to answer?" "By the help of my desk-mate" She smiled looking embarrassed "oh god we have more work than I thought" I rested my head on my hand "let me see, so you have skipped four lessons. it's not a big deal, and together with the today's lesson becomes five. Ok I think we can to this" I looked at her and she hugged me "soo-ah you're the best I'm so lucky to have you" "ok don't exaggerate it now, you do the same with me when I need help for anything, but let's focus now on learning" I told her and she nodded. I started to teacher her by speaking in English and demonstrating what I was saying , and I think that she understood, 5 hours passed and I asked her for the last time to speak to me what she learned, and she had learned well "ok now let's have a conversation" I said "really?" "we don't need a situation we are just gonna talk as we always do but in English" "ok" she nodded, we talked about our day and other things, while we were talking min-ji's mom opened the door "girls dinner is ready" she said and left "but isn't I bit early for dinner" I said and then checked the time it was 9:12 pm, "what? wow the time has passed that fast?" I said surprised "I know it's the first time we study without noticing the time passing" min-ji smiled and got up. I wore my shoes and I was about to leave, "well I'll go now good night everyone" "oh my, soo-ah I haven't seen you in a while how are you?" Min-ji's dad asked "I'm good uncle how are you" "I'm fine too, come and dine with us" he said "thank you uncle but I have to go home bc it's late" "because it's late you have to stay here tonight, I already told your mom that you're staying here tonight" aunt said "come now sit down" min-ji pulled me to sit down and I sat down, "yaay soo-ah is sleeping here tonight" seo-ji and seo-ra yelled in happiness and we all laughed at them "thank you for having me tonight" I said before eating "eat up now" uncle putted a peace of meat on my bowl. Later I finished eating, "thank you for the delicious food auntie" I said and smiled "I'm glad you enjoyed" she smiled back, "let's go to my room now" min-ji took my hand "don't stay up to late you two" auntie yelled. "Well the summer vacations and then the school, we have been very busy with all the exams and learning, and don't forget that this is our last year in high school so we have more studies to do and more to learn" "you're right. Tomorrow at school, "so how did you do? Did you let him to do the project by himself huh?" ji-hoon teased me "ya do you think that I'm that stupid to not even know a single thing" I slapped his head, "you should worry about yourself" I said "oh I don't worry bc I know I did a good job" he laid back on the chair "we will see" I said "why don't we make a bet, the loser is gonna buy lunch for the winner, deal?" He said "deal" I said. After some minutes kyung-mi came inside the class since the class was about to start and he said 'hi' to me and I said 'hi' back, "what was that?" Ji-hoon asked "what?" I asked back "he greeted you and he has never done that before, well only times when he had to do it, but not in a simple school day" "you're so overreacting, it's true that he never spoke to me before but that's because we weren't friends, but now things have changed and he was greeting his new friend" I explained to him, "so you two become friends just by studying together?" he raised and eyebrow, "yeah, actually we are study-buddies, he said that it was fun studying with me and for me it was more easy to learn from him, so we decided to study together from now on" "I wonder what's so fun about studying with someone, especially with you" "you two stop talking and focus on the class" the teacher said angry, we stopped and looked at our books, "psst,psst" "what?" I whispered angrily at ji-hoon "move" he whispered and I raised my head and I looked at ji-hoon and his eyes were directed at kyung-mi, I just kept looking at them saying nothing, than ji-hoon raised his head too "it's weird tho I have studied with you before and it wasn't fun, it was just easier than studying before, are you sure he said is was fun?" he asked and I nodded "but still-" "you two come with me now" the teacher yelled at us, and he took us  outside of class. "I'll tolerate it this time, but if this happens again I'll send you to the principal, got it" he warned us and we nodded, "so for now I'll give you little punishment". He told us to stay on our knees with our arms up, "it's all your fault" I glared at ji-hoon "how's my fault?" he raised his voice a bit "you couldn't keep you mouth shut that's why it's your fault" I said angrily, we didn't say anything for a moment then ji-hoon said "you know every time I think it and overthink it I always get the same result" he talked while staring at the floor "what are you talking about?" I asked annoyed "I really mean it think about it, a guy that never spoke to you outside the class, and only one day of studying together he wants to be friends with you, do you get it?" he smiled at me, I got so angry at him so I started to beat him up "for this nonsense I missed a lesson you-you fool" I kept slapping him, "you didn't understand I mean he likes you" he took both of my hands to stop me, and I froze "what?" I said "I think he likes you" he said while fixing his clothes.

Later at lunch break, we were eating when ji-hoon spoke "guys I have a big news for yo-" I quickly covered his mouth, "I'll kill you if keep talking about that nonsense" I whispered at him, "what are you doing soo-ah?" Min-ji said "yeah, let him speak" gun-woo said after her "it's nothing just something that happened at class but we won't tell you guy because it happened at someone in our class and it wasn't something nice and only we saw that and we aren't going to tell anyone about it" I glared at ji-hoon, "you're not fun soo-ah" min-ji got upset "I think it's better if they don't tell us since isn't a good thing to be known" gun-woo told min-ji's. After a few minutes ji-hoon quickly said "someone has a crush on soo-ah" and ran away, "what?" min-ji said surprised and gun-woo choked on his food, "is this true?" min-ji sat next to me smiling "of course not" "ya ji-hoon come here and tell us more about it" she called ji-hoon, he came and sat next to gun-woo not looking at me, "so tell us what's going on?" gun-woo asked him "well yesterday she and him had to do a project together, and he has told her that he enjoyed studying with her and he wanted to be study-buddies with her, doesn't that mean that he likes her?" "No it doesn't" I yelled at him "wait, wait a second, wasn't kyung-mi  your partner on the project?" gun-woo asked me "yes!" I answered, "but why him tho? I've never seen him getting close to you or even try to speak with you. And even if he has a crush on you why haven't told you yet-" min-ji said  "that's because he doesn't have a crush on me" "soo-ah it's right, he only wants to be friends with her that's all" gun-woo said "if you guys don't believe me I'll prove it to you" ji-hoon said, "don't you dare to do anything foolish or else I'll kill you" I got up and went to ji-hoon and grabbed him by his collar, min-ji came to stop me "ya why are you staying like that come and help me" she told gun-woo's who was watching us unbothered, at that moment taeyang passed by with two of his friends, "what are you guys going?, fighting over food?" He and his friends started laughing, "will you get lost" I said to taeyang, "hey are you crazy?" Min-ji slapped my shoulder, "what did you say?" Taeyang came closer, "I said get lost" I also got closer to him, "who do you think you ar-" "no, who do YOU think you are, just because you're popular that doesn't make you any different from us so shut up and leave" I was so angry that I didn't know what I was saying, I just said those words to taeyang and left. I went to the bathroom to calm myself down, i washed my face and went out, I saw min-ji, gun-woo and ji-hoon standing at the bathroom door "what?" I asked confused "what? Really 'what' that's all you can say?" min-ji crossed her arms "do you know in what trouble you putted yourself in?" min-ji said "I know, but it's his fault that I got so angry" I pointed at ji-hoon, "mine?" he pointed at himself "if you didn't stop talking nonsense about me and kyung-mi I wouldn't get angry" I said mad "but still even tho he said that isn't a reason to get that angry" min-ji looked mad too, "I got mad because of him" and I pointed at gun-woo and he pointed at himself looking surprised, "are you kidding me?" Min-ji said "no I'm not, don't you remember the freshman year, when you told me that your friend had a crush on me and I believed you and I kept staying with that idea in my head until he confessed to my friend, don't you remember how heartbroken I was" I looked at gun-woo "but I thought that you were over it" gun-woo said "i am but I didn't want to create another misunderstanding, that's why I told him to stop" I glared at ji-hoon, "ok now let's stop talking about this. What are you going to do with taeyang?" min-ji said "I don't know, let's just wait and see what happens" I said. Later after the school was over I was putting my books on my bag while gun-woo was waiting for me, "let's go" I said, and we walked outside the classroom, in the hallway we saw taeyang which was coming towards us, I was so scared, but he didn't do anything, he just passed by us and nothing else, "huh? What was that, he didn't do or say anything" I turned my head around to look at him "maybe he wasn't bothered by your words" gun-woo was trying to find an excuse for taeyang action, "dude I told him to get lost in front of other students" "I don't know then". Tomorrow at school, at P.E class, "so today we'll have class 1-3 VS class 1-4" our teacher said "girls are going to play volleyball and boys are going to play basketball ok" he explained and we all said 'yes sir' at once, we girls started to play first and the boys were watching us, I was serving the ball since I'm not very good at playing volleyball, we kept playing I couldn't feel my wrists by the pain they were so red, "wooo go so-ah" ji-hoon cheered and I looked at him and he waived at me. After a while we finished and our team won, we hugged each other and cheered "did you see that? We won" I sat next to ji-hoon "you were so cool" he gave me two thumbs up "ya stop making fun of me I didn't do anything", at that moment kyung-mi came and offered me a cold drink, I looked at him "I thought you might be thirsty after the game" he smiled at me, I took the bottle "thank you" and smiled back, and then he left, "see what I told you he likes you" ji-hoon said "please stop it, or do you want to be beat it up again" "ok sorry, sorry, but I really think that he likes you" "ya" i slapped him "hey don't injure me im going to play" he said "who cares" I said and then I heard an "ahem" we turned our head and it was taeyang (shit) I thought, "well it's doesn't really matter if you're injured or not right now" he said and got up and left, "what does that mean?" Ji-hoon said "don't know" I said, we heard the whistle and it was boy turn to play, "gotta go" ji-hoon said and left. The game was going good, "go ji-hoon" I cheered for him and he waved at me, at that moment Taeyang came with the ball on his hands and pushed ji-hoon with his shoulder, ji-hoon didn't make it a big deal, some minutes later ji-hoon scored a point and we were a point ahead from them, "go ji-hoon you're the best" and I playfully made a heart and he playfully send me little finger hearts and I started to laugh, while playing taeyang had the ball and he threw the ball and the ball fell on ji-hoon's head and he fell on the ground, the teacher came and stopped the game and ran to ji-hoon and so did I, we checked if he was ok and thankfully he was ok, "you kids should be careful while you play" the teacher scolded taeyang "I'm sorry" he said, I looked at him angrily and he kept looking at me "let's send you to the nurses office" the teacher said "it's ok I'll send him" I told the teacher, I putted his arm around my shoulders and send him to the nurses office. "Are you sure you're ok?" I asked worried, "how many times do I have to tell you, I'm perfectly fine" "does you head hurts to much?" I caressed his head "god you're being like my mom, I think I should call you mom from now on" he joked "ya I'm just worried for you" I yelled at him "since you're fine, get up we have classes" i got up "but my head hurts" he whined "ok then you can stay I'll go" "no stay who's gonna take care of me" he pulled me by my jacket "but-" and then he made a puppy face "ok I'm staying only because I feel guilty" I sat back down. And so a week passed everything was normal but taeyang would make sometimes trouble for my friends, but I couldn't do anything about it because I knew that the teachers would take his side, I feel so sorry towards my friends so I try anything to make them happy. Today at class the teacher told us that we should get prepared for the upcoming exams, "so what do you think should we study at my house?" Ji-hoon said "ok" I nodded. Later I was in my locker getting something when kyung-mi passed with his friends "oh hey soo-ah, you guy's go without me" he said to his friends "so will we meet today after school at the library, to study for the exams?" I didn't know what to say because I promised to ji-hoon that I'll study with him "well kyung-mi, I already promised to ji-hoon..." "oh...it's alright..." he looked disappointed "but if you don't mind I'll ask ji-hoon to join us, what do you think?" "I don't mind, he can come" he smiled at me "ok then I'll tell him and let you know what time to meet", he nodded and left, I closed my locker and turned around when I was min-ji coming by running, "hey what's the rush?" "so are the rumours true" she smirked at me "what rumours?, what you're talking about?" I asked confused "don't play dumb I saw everything with my own eyes" she pointed at her eyes, i let out a big sigh "how many time do I have to tell you he is just a friend, there's nothing going around", at that moment taeyang walked between me and min-ji hitting her shoulder, "what's his deal?" she said, I felt so guilty because I couldn't do anything, I started walking away on my way to class for the next lesson, min-ji ran to me and hooked her arm around mines, "ok, let's say that you two have nothing going on now, but what about later? something  might happen" "please, don't you have anything else to talk about, why don't you get yourself a boyfriend first and than we will talk about my situation" I patted her shoulder and entered the class. "So students I saw your projects  and I have to say that you guy's did a really good job I'm proud of you" the teacher and us clapped our hands "so, on the first place are Nam kyung-mi and Lee soo-ah you guys got 100 points out of 100, you did a very good job" and so the teacher was telling how many points we got on our project "I wonder how many points you got since the second and third place have passed" I made fun of ji-hoon and he rolled his eyes "the fourth are Hwang so-min and Kim ji-hoon" the teacher said, I clapped my hands "congratulations Mr.smarty pants" I looked at his annoyed face, "do you remember our deal?" I leaned closer to him "yeah, yeah I remember" he pushed my face and looked away. After the class finished it was the lunch time "hmm I'm not feeling at eating the cafeteria food today why don't we eat outside?" I suggested "why? the cafeteria food it's good" min-ji said "well I'm going to have a free lunch so I didn't want to spend it on something that I eat everyday" "free lunch?" Gun-woo asked and I nodded "I and ji-hoon made a bet that who gets the lowest score on the project is gonna buy food for the other" I explained "so do we get anything from it?" Gun-woo looked at ji-hoon, "ya dude I don't have enough money for me and soo-ah" ji-hoon said annoyed, "no excuse now let's go" I took ji-hoon and went to a convenience store, "why you brought us here?" "isn't obvious, to buy of course" I started to look for something to eat "you left the cafeteria food and came to eat in a convenience store?" "yeah what's wrong with that?" "whatever just get what you can fast" "got them all, now pay" I said, he paid and we were on our way to school, "I can't believe I spent my money for a steamed dumpling, kimbap, chips and chocolate milk" he signed "thank you" I said with big smile on my face, while walking I suddenly remember the chat I had with kyung-mi "oh I totally forgot, what do you think, would you like to study together with kyung-mi, would you mind?" "What?,why?, did he asked you to study with him?" He asked me "yes, I told him that I was going to study with you but then he looked so disappointed and then I suggested the three of us studying together and he was ok with it. So I want to know if you're ok with it?" "Sure I wouldn't mind" he said on a serious tone "yes" I jumped and putted my arm around his shoulder. We arrived at school and we went to the cafeteria, ji-hoon went to take his food and I sat down where the others were "uu ttekbokki can I have one" I asked gun-woo "no" he said looking at his food "oh please just one" I begged "why didn't you get something good to eat but you went to a convenience store" he said "please pretty please just one" "ok,ok but you have to act cute for it" he smirked "pff that's easy" and I did what he asked, "haha that's karma" ji-hoon laughed at me "karma?" Min-ji looked confused at him "nothing, nothing" he smiled awkwardly, I opened my mouth and he said "do some more" "are you kidding me?" I asked annoyed "just once more" he smiled, and I did some more, "hey look at her isn't she cute" some guys said "yeah she's cute" "what if I ask her to be my girlfriend?" "you have no chance bro, she already has one, look she is acting cute for him" "ya his not her boyfriend it's her childhood friend" they were saying "ok,ok now you can stop" gun-woo told me to stop "finally, aaaa" I opened my mouth and gun-woo gave me a ttekbokki

and laughed, I danced because the ttekbokki way so delicious, and the three of them laughed at me, "woah it's so yummy" I kept looking the ttekbokki "enough now eat your own food" gun-woo said "ttch, whatever my food it way better" and I started eating the things ji-hoon bought for me.

oo much. "Shall we go now?" I told the boys who were waiting for me outside, "hey me and kyung-mi wanted to go and play some basketball, if you want you can come and see us play" ji-hoon said "no I'm tired, I'll go straight  home" "ok then bye" ji-hoon said "bye" kyung-mi waved at me "bye-bye" I waved at both of them as I walked away. Tomorrow after school the three of us went again studying at the library. "Are you guys hungry?" I asked them both "no, not really" kyung-mi said "me neither" ji-hoon said "ok then, I'm to buy something for myself, are you guys sure you don't want anything?" I asked once again "well since you insisting, buy me a kimbap and a banana-milk" ji-hoon said "ok" I said and I turned around to leave "and one corndog" he said and I glared at him but he smiled at me. I came back from the store, "the food is here" ji-hoon said and clapped his hands, kyung-mi laughed at him a little, "here's your kimbap, corndog and banana-milk" I gave it to ji-hoon, "I didn't know what you like so I bought banana-milk and choco-milk" I gave kyung-mi the two boxes with milk "you didn't have to, but thank you anyway" kyung-mi said, and then I sat down and started to eat, "you got ramen with sausages, steamed bun and coke" ji-hoon opened his eyes wide "yeah, is there anything wrong?" I looked at him "no,no enjoy" "but how you're gonna eat the ramen?" kyung-mi asked me, "one second...tadaa" I took out of my bag a termos" "so you always keep that with yourself?" kyung-mi asked me looking surprised, "yes but must of the time I filled with cold water or a little bit warm" I explained and he nodded. I and ji-hoon were eating while kyung-min was looking at the books, i felt bad that we were eating and he wasn't, "do you want some?" I offered him my steamed bun "I would give the  ramen but it's not done yet" I looked at the ramen "no it's ok I'm not hungry" he shook his hand "you can take a bite from the other side when I didn't bite" I told him, but he  shook his head as a 'no' "oh come on" I whined a little bit, "ok then" he smiled and took a bite, "is it delicious?" I asked him and he nodded "here" I gave him the half "no it's ok, I'm not hungry" "eat it or I'm gonna throw it away" I told him "ok, ok...thank you" he took the steamed bun and ate it, I was mixing the ramen and I looked at kyung-mi, "here" I gave it to him "no really I'm stuffed with the bun I can't eat anymore" he backed away a little, "ok but just a little. Fast or it's gonna get cold" I scolded him a little, and he ate some, "I'm done I can't anymore" he said and gave me the ramen, and I ate the rest of the ramen "what about me?" Ji-hoon looked at me with sad eyes "what?, I bought you what you wanted" I said and started eating again, "can you give me just a little bit" he begged me "no, eat your food now" I scolded him "tch, mean" he whispered but I could still hear it, I was eating and on a moment I raised my head, when my eyes leaned at taeyang who was still at the table in front of us and he was staring at me like a psycho, I looked again at my food, I was eating but my hair were falling on the food, I putted them behind my ear but it didn't help, I stopped eating and looked for a hair tie on my wrists but I didn't have any, I hold my hair with one hand and tried to eat but the cup kept moving so I left my hair and hold the cup, "here let me help you" kyung-mi said and caught my hair, "thank you" I said while eating, "hey kyung-mi a have a question for you" "yeah what?" He answered "why do you think that studying with soo-ah it's fun?", I opened my eyes wide and looked at ji-hoon, I knew this was going to no good, "well I have studied with other people before and tutored but they were always just focused on studying and it was kinda boring bc some of them couldn't even learn and I had to explain to them over and over again, but with soo-ah everything it's different she's a quick learner, and she talks about random stuff sometimes or makes jokes for any topic we are studying" kyung-mi explained "but isn't that distraction and makes you lose focus on studying?" Ji-hoon asked again "yeah you're right but sometimes it's good to take a break from studying" kyung-mi said and ji-hoon nodded, "if you wouldn't tell me I would still keep thinking that you liked her" ji-hoon said while looking at his food and took a bite, "what?" Kyung-mi said, I choked on my food when I heard ji-hoon saying those words, "are you ok?" Kyung-mi patted my back and gave me water, I drank some water and calmed down, "eat slowly don't like a pig" ji-hoon said and I angrily glared at him "are you better now?" Kyung-mi asked me again "yes, thank you" I thanked him, "did I heard it right?, you thought that I had feelings for soo-ah?" Kyung-mi asked ji-hoon, "I know right it's such a funny joke" I lightly slapped kyung-mi's shoulder and laughed, "I wasn't joking I really thought that he had a crush on you" ji-hoon said "I'll kill you" I said while laughing, "what about you soo-ah, do you have a crush on me?" Kyung-mi asked me "of course not, and I know that you don't have feelings for me either" I said, he sighed in relief "thank god you don't or else everything would be awkward between us" he smiled and I smiled too, "so all this time I was wrong about him?" Ji-hoon at me with guilt, "you, you're so dead now" I pulled my sleeve up and got up and walked towards ji-hoon, I grabbed him from the hair and he yelled for help "help me, kyung-mi help me" he yelled, kyung-mi pulled me away from him. After some seconds the librarian came and told us to be quiet or he will kick us out, "I think we should go home now guys, we'll continue this tomorrow and we will have more time to study since tomorrow it's Sunday" kyung-mi said, and we walked out of the library. "You guy's can go home first, I just remember that mr.Kang told me to help him with something" kyung-mi said, "what is it, is something that has to do with the exams?" jihoon asked curiously, "maybe...?" he shrugged his shoulders and made a clueless face and then walked away, "god, being the class president it's the best, you can see the exam papers before everyone" ji hoon said, "you fool the exams are in two weeks, why would the professor do them ready now?" I lightly slapped his head, "maybe he made the exams paper ready because he has even other classes to take care of" he slapped my head back. Tomorrow at the library, i and ji hoon were waiting for kyung mi, "why is he being so late?" Ji hoon asked "I don't know, maybe he's busy with something?" "Call him and ask him where he is?" Ji hoon told me and I called kyung mi, "hello?" Kyung mi answered his phone, "hello, kyung mi, where are you, me and Ji hoon are waiting at the library" I said " I'm sorry but I can't come today" he said, "why? Did something happened?" I asked him "no everything it's fine, but my family wanted to go at my grandparents house today, so that's why I can't come." he said and hung up the phone without letting me speak, "so what did he say?" Ji hoon asked me, "he said that he's going at his grandparents house today and that's why he can't come" I told him and he nodded slowly, "well I think it's only you and me like the old times" I smiled and he did too, and so we began to study. Tomorrow I entered the class in a hurry because I was late but thank god that the class hadn't started yet, "sleeping late again?" Ji hoon questioned me and I nodded. After some minutes I looked around the class and I noticed an empty seat, I looked again at that seat it was kyung mi's seat "hey why  kyung mi sit is empty?" I asked Ji hoon "he didn't come today" he replied, I looked at the seat again but at that moment the teacher came and the lesson started.  At the lunch break I tried to call him but he wouldn't answer. Three days have passed and kyung-mi didn't come at school. I was walking at the hallway with min-ji when I saw one of kyung-mi's friend and I went to them, "hi" I said "hi?" He said "you're kyung-mi's friend right?" I said "yeah" he said "I wanted to ask you if you know why he hasn't come to school all these days" but he seemed clueless too "I don't know either, every time we call him to hang out with us he would say that he's busy" kyung-mi friend told me "oh, well thank you" I said and left. The whole week went by and kyung-mi still didn't came at school. It was another Monday and I as always was late, "come soo-ah or we are gonna miss the bus" gun-woo yelled "I'm coming, I'm coming" I ran, we arrived at the bus stop, as we arrived the bus left, "great what should we do now?" Gun-woo looked angry, "I'm sorry" I said and looked down at the ground "I don't need your sorry right now" he said "why don't we call a cab?" I suggested "do you have money?" He asked me, and is showed him the money "what about lunch then?" He asked me again "oh don't worry I can stay one day with out lunch" I told him, he called the cab and we went at school. When  we arrived the school guard was closing the school gate, "sir,sir,sir please wait" I begged to him "please let us in this time" gun woo said, he looked around and then whispered at us "ok kids I'll let you go this time but let this be the last time", "thank you sir, thank you so much" I jumped and made a heart with my arms and he did too. I and gun-woo ran to our classes, I was in front of the back door of the class and looked from the window if the teacher was inside or not, and he was, (shot) I thought, I saw the teacher was writing something on the black board, so I took the chance, I opened the door very slowly and went inside, I was walking slowly until I reached my seat and I sat as if nothing happened, the teacher didn't noticed anything, "wah, you're getting so good at this" ji-hoon gave me a thumbs up, I turned my head to look at the teacher when I saw the teacher looking at me, I smiled scared that he may scold me, "you know I'm impressed, this is the first time that I didn't heard you coming, congratulations" he smiled and clapped his hands, I was surprised by his words, "what was that?" ji-hoon asked me "I don't know" I shook my head and smiled. During the lesson I took a break from writing and messages my fingers, I looked at the kyung-mi's seat and he was sitting there (he has finally come to school) I thought with myself and smiled, after class I was going to talk to kyung-mi but he had already left. I walked in the hallway when I saw him and his friends, I followed them until they entered the boys changing room, I stood there waiting for him, boys kept going in and out, some of them would look at me and smile or laugh and some would look at me weirdly and whisper to each other, I was so embarrassed, it looked like I was a pervert who would like to see boys naked, at that moment ji-hoon came out of the room "soo-ah? What are you doing here?" He asked me surprised, "I'm waiting for kyung-mi" I told him "let's waiting together than, it would be less embarrassing for you" he leaned his back on the wall. We waited for another 2-3 minutes when he came out "hey kyung-mi" I said "hey" he said and left, I looked at ji-hoon confused. Later I saw kyung-mi in his locker and I went to him, "hey kyung mi, where have you been all these days? You didn't even answer my calls or messages" I said "I've been busy" he said coldly, "with what?" I asked him "something personal" he turned to the other side and started walking, I walked a little bit fast to catch with him. I asked him "so are we meeting at the library today?", he stopped and looked at me "im sorry but we aren't going to study together anymore, and I would like it if you'll stop talking to me from now on" he said, I was so shocked to hear those words from him, "but why, why all of the sudden, did I do something wrong?" I asked him confused "no, you didn't do anything" he said and walked away. Later at class, I kept looking at him from time to time but he didn't looked at me even once. After school I and ji-hoon went to the library to study, I looked around for kyung-mi and I saw him at the last table studying alone, I grabbed ji-hoon from his arm as he was about to sit and pulled him where kyung mi was, "hi" I said to kyung-mi and sited down "hey" Ji-hoon said to him too, kyung-mi took his books and got up to leave, I got up too "hey why're leaving?" and I grabbed his arm, he shook his arm away "didn't I tell you that we aren't studying together anymore, so please leave me alone" he looked angry, "but why dude give us a reason why being like this and we will leave you alone" Ji-hoon said, but kyung-mi didn't say anything and just left, I wanted to go after him but ji-hoon stopped me "stop it, he said to leave him alone" "but-" "he may have a reason, so let's forget about it and study". After I and ji-hoon finished studying we went to our houses. I was in my room watching k-dramas, when I got I video call from min-ji "hey girl, what you're doing?" She said "nothing, watching k-dramas, what about you?" I said "nothing studying" she said with a bored expression on her face, "what's wrong soo-ah I have noticed since this morning that you're not inthe mood, what's bothering you?" She asked worried, "well... you know kyung-mi" "your class president and your study-mate?" "yes" "what about him?". I explained everything to her, "weird, why would he change after one week?" Min-ji said "I know right, it's not like I did anything to him orr....wait I think I got it now" I said "what?" min-ji asked "maybe he got annoyed by my calls and messages and he thought that I'm a clingy person, this is why he said to not speak to him anymore" "nah I don't think so" min-ji "but it may be true, look I send him one message everyday and called him twice a day" I showed her my phone "I don't know maybe" she raised her hands "ugh, it's all my fault" I messed my hair in frustration, "I know I'll go tomorrow and apologise to him for being annoying" I smiled "uhh, I don't think that's necessary, it's not that you made a big mistake, it's just something normal and it's not your fault at all, you didn't know that he would get annoyed by a text and a phone call" "you're right, but what happened then?" I whined, "anyway, hey I thought after the exams are over I thought we could have a party at my house" she said all excited, "sounds good" I smiled at her "ok now bye, because I have to study" she waved at me and blowed me a kiss and so did I, then I looked at the messages I sent to kyung mi and they weren't that clingy or annoying the were short messages, but I still wanted to apologise even if I did nothing, so I sent him a message apologising, he saw the message and started typing, I was happy that he was replying to my message, #hey soo ah, you don't need to apologise to me you didn't do anything bad, in fact I'm the one who should apologise to you from making you feel bad and not talking to you#  #it's ok I just thought that you didn't want to speak with me because you thought I saw a clingy person#  #no it's not like that, it's something that I can't tell you#  #it's ok I understand I won't ask you anymore, but can we be friends like before?# I sent this message with the hope that he will agree, #umm I don't know if we can be friends like before#  #oh ok# I texted and left my phone and looked at my laptop, some seconds passed and I got i message, I took my phone and kyung-mi had messaged me, #if you want we can hang out after school#   #really😃😃😃?# #really#, I was so happy I started jumping on my bed. Tomorrow at the school, me and kyung-mi kept texting with each other the whole time, I don't know why but it was kinda fun, "who do you keep texting like that?" Gun-woo asked me, "she's has been texting with kyung-mi since this morning" ji-hoon said while chewing his food, "why?" min-ji asked me "I don't know but I kinda like it" I said smiling at my phone, "but you told me yesterday that he told you to not speak to him anymore?" Min-ji asked confused "I know right he acted so weird yesterday" ji-hoon said "your guys are right but I'm not speaking to him but texting so that means the we aren't speaking to each other" I smiled when I got a message, "ok now enough with the phone, eat your food first" gun-woo said "aaa" I opened my mouth, gun-woo giggled and started feeding me, "ok now I think you can eat on your own now" gun-woo putted my chopsticks on the table and started eating his food, I didn't listen to him and kept texting kyung-mi, "ok I think that's enough" gun-woo said and took my phone from my hand and putted on his pocket "hey what are you doing, give it back" I reached my hands to his pocket and he kept pushing me away, then he took it out of his pocket and putted inside his shirt, and smiled at me, I looked at him annoyed by his act "do you think I can't get my phone back from there" I said and wanted to unbutton his shirt "hey what are you doing, are you crazy?" He he pushed me away, got up from the seat and covered his chest "oh come on give my phone back" I went to him but he started running away "yah come back with my phone" I yelled and rushed after him. I chased him at the school yard and I finally got him "ok,ok stop, there I'll give it to you" he breathed heavily "give it" I said, "turn around" he said "of please it's not the first time I see your body we have been growing up together so there's nothing to be shy about" I told him "but that happened years ago when we were kids, so turn around" he said, I sighed rolled my eyes and turned around, "don't turn around " he said when I felt him handing me the phone on my hand "yes" I said and waked away a bit waiting for gun-woo, when taeyang passed by at that moment gun-woo came and he was still fixing his buttons "you're done?" I asked him "yeah I only need to do my tie" "oh,oh, can I do it I really liked to tie the tie" I said and he let my do it, "look I made kyung-mi worried for not replying" I told gun-woo "don't you get tired chatting like that?" "I do but how else can I communicate with him?" I looked at him "why don't you guys meet after school somewhere?" He said "you're right I'll tell him to meet me today after school" I said. After the class was over it was time to go home, "you go and wait for me with the others" I told ji-hoon "why? where are you going?" I asked him "umm...I don't-" "oh come on, you told me that we can meet after school right?" I cutted him off "well ok" he said "let's go then" I smiled. We went in front of the school where ji-hoon, min-ji and gun-woo were waiting for me "hey guy's, I want to introduce you to my study-mate and our class president kyung-mi" "hello everyone!" He greeted my friends "hi, nice to meet you" min-ji shook his hand very fast "hi" gun-woo said and raised his hand "so I thought if he could hang out with us today if you don't mind?" I told them "it's fine by me" gun-woo said "of course he can come" min-ji said "let's go then what are we waiting for?" ji-hoon said and we all left the school. While we were walking we got pass the basketball court, "do you wanna play a game?" Ji-hoon asked kyung-mi "ok" kyung-mi said, we went inside I and min-ji sat on the bench, while the boys played, it was so much fun watching them play bc they kept losing against gun-woo, they got tired and sat down, "I didn't know you're so good at basketball" kyung-mi said "I know, and I don't get it why he wants to study for photography when he so good at basketball" Ji-hoon said "photography it's something that I like doing it and basketball it's just a hobby" gun-woo explained. After some minutes taeyang came with his friends, "do you guys wanna play against us?" One of taeyang's friend asked ji-hoon, gun-woo and kyung-mi while they were playing "ok, why not" gun-woo said, and so they started playing. After some time playing both teams had made three points and the team who would do one more point would be the winner, I and min-ji were cheering for the boys, when I heard min-ji cheering for the other side, "hey what are you doing, we're playing against them you know?" I looked surprised, "what?, I just felt bad because no one is cheering for them and plus I was cheering for him" she pointed at one of taeyang's friend "are you crazy do you really have a crush on him, I thought that you were kidding when you told me" I opened my eyes wide "what's wrong liking him, he's handsome and smart, and I also I'm pretty and smart, we can be a perfect couple" she smiled "but he's not the right one for you, he's a player he doesn't deserve you" I said "whatever I don't care" she said and started cheering, I sighed and shook my head looking at her, I also started cheering, "go gun-woo, go kyung-mi, go ji-hoon woo", gun-woo had the ball and he was bouncing the ball, looking at the boys around him, "go gun-woo, go gun-woo" I stood up cheering, while i was cheering gun-woo got pass the boys from the other team and putted the ball on the basket, and we won, "wooo, yay" I jumped from the happiness, I looked at min-ji she looked sad but I didn't worry much because it's just a game and she will be fine after some minutes, I went to the boys and hugged gun-woo and he spined me around and I high five kyung-mi and ji-hoon, "it was a nice game, you play really good" one of boys said and offered his hand "you guys did well too" gun-woo said and shook his hand and so did ji-hoon and kyung-mi, the only who didn't offer his hand was taeyang who just looked at us from the corner of his eyes, when he turned his back to leave, I took out my tongue at him than he turned his head and I covered my mouth immediately, the boys laughed at me, "ok guys let's go, enough for today, we have to study too" min-ji said "you're right" Ji-hoon said and we all went to my house since I have nobody home and we can study without being disturbed. An hour had passed since we we started studying, at that moment my sister came home, "soo-ah I'm home" she yelled thinking I was in my room, she came at the living room and saw me and my friends, she froze for a moment and then said "oh you guys are here" she smiled, she took off her bag and sat on the couch "hey gun-woo how's going everything good? How's your family?" My sister asked him "they're fine noona" he said "and you min-ji, oh my you have become more beautiful than the last time I saw you" my sister caressed her hair "hehe... thank you unnie, you also look so pretty and cool" min-ji gave my sister two thumbs up and my sister smiled and flipped her hair, then she looked at ji-hoon "wait don't tell me...mm...ji-hoon right?" She pointed at him "yes you're right, I have been here sometimes when I had to study with soo-ah" Ji-hoon said "right!" my sister nodded slowly and looked at kyung-mi "and you?" "Oh sorry" he got up and greeted my sister "hello my name is Nam kyung-mi and I'm soo-ah's study-mate and also friend" he said "hello to you too, study-mate huh?, oh you're her class president right, soo-ah was so happy that she had to do the project with you" "of course I was happy because I knew that I will get a good grade and free lunch" I looked at ji-hoon, "free lunch?" my sister looked confused "it's nothing" I said "ok then you kids study and I'll leave you alone" she got up and went upstairs, "you guys don't mind her she won't disturb us anymore, let's study now" I told them, and some other hours passed and all left to their houses.
