Third person's pov

"Sir please I can do this trust me" amy said begging her manager " no, you are fired and that is final" the man said leaving amy dumbfounded. For the fifth time in two months she was once again fired. All she wanted as a 21year old lady was just something to sustain her pending to when her application to the hospital will be approved. Amy wondered everytime if her parents hadn't gone to that event, what would have been her condition. It was an eventful day for her and she forever remembered that day because that day was the day her life changed completely.

Amy's pov

I hate my life, I am so tired, my dream was to be a medical doctor just as my parents wanted me to be but i really just have to go through all this shit ughhh. I finally reached home and opened the door and unexpectedly saw my younger brother who never even bothered to check on me for years now.

"Well, what a way to surprise me today of all days, you really made my day" I said with sacarsm. I walked past him going to the kitchen but then he grabbed my hand "Hi sis, hasn't it been a long time" he asked. I freed my hand from his and went to get the bowl of fruits I put in the fridge this morning and sat down infront of him crossing her legs " oh yes, it has and I must say I am impressed that atleast you remember me" I said eating my bowl of fruit "well I see you haven't changed at all" he said eyeing me " I say the same for you too" I replied

" won't you entertain me" he asked, I rested my back on the couch and said " oh yeah suit yourself, afterall you have legs and hands" " fine I will" he said and stormed off to the kitchen, but unfortunately he came back annoyed " Amy your kitchen is literally empty" he said " yeah actually you see I didn't expect you, I only plan and budget for myself, so you know what, just order takeout from a nearby restaurant, there is one down the street I can give you their number" I said "Finally you are being a good senior sister knowing your responsibilities towards me" he said happily smiling " I don't get why you are so happy" i asked him "it's because you are pay....."

" oh I forgot to tell you I just lost my job and have no money on me so you are paying for your order" I said interrupting him, his smile died instantly " can't you just be nice for once, you are the older one afterall" he said folding his arms confidently. " if you are ready, you order but if you're not then wake me up when you are" I said after I finished my bowl of fruits, getting up from the couch " where are you going to " he asked " to sleep, what else" I replied on my way to the kitchen. " wait I need to talk to you" he said " about what " I asked angrily " it will benefit both of us, so just sit and listen to me" he said seriously " fine" I said and sat down

"I have an offer for you"

" I have an offer for you" he said

"what is it" I asked impatiently, " here" he handed m an envelope "what is this" I asked him suspiciously " have your seat first and open it" he said " no I am not going to because it seems fishy" I said " look, it's not something bad okay just trust me" he replied " huh someone who speaks about trust , I still have no interest in this shit, now if you will excuse me I have sleep to catch up on" I said giving him back the envelope.

"Amy can't you just do something good for me atleast for just once in your life" he said angrily " how dare you come into my house and shout at me like some maniac, when did you start being so disrespectful" I said placing my hands on my hips " okay I am sorry please just sign it for me there is nothing wrong with it I promise, check it" he said calmly, I finally decided to give in "fine let me see it" he brought out a file from the envelope and handed it over to me " here" he said.

At first I hesitated, because the file stated a huge amount of money and a property owner "why do you need my signature for this" I asked him suspiciously "it's right there, signature of an adult" he said "wait how old are you" I asked almost laughing "I am nineteen and don't mock me" he said " oh no I thought you were so old I forgot your actual age" I said teasing him "whatever sissy" he said smiling "hey don't call me that, you know I find that so annoying" I said "heh then don't tease me about my age" he said firmly "fine, give me a freaking pen let me sign this shit" I said , he handed me the pen and I signed each paper

" here, are you happy now" I asked as I handed it back to him " of course sissy why won't I be thank you so much" he said as he hugged me " oh wow just signature for a hug from my lovely bro, you still have to explain everything in details when you get it okay" I told him " yes I will explain every single thing, how it came about, who brought it up, who is giving, it and so on, trust me I will so just pray and wish me luck In it okay sissy" he said smiling "I will kill you next time I hear that word from your mouth" I said threatenly " sissy, sissy, sissy," he said already running

" I swear I will kill you idiot" i said chasing him in my not so big apartment, I fell down countless times I watched as he jumped from couch to couch laughing and playing, I then remembered our childhood I didn't realise I had stop chasing him until he tapped me " what's wrong sissy is there a problem" he asked looking concerned I didn't want to bring up the past " you idiot i said I was going to kill you today" I said as I jokingly twisted his ear "owww I can't believe I fell for your tricks I actually thought something was wrong, wow sissy please am sorry" he said pleading " yeah sure I said as I threw him out of my apartment

" i love you sis" he said blowing me a kiss "whatever" I said as I slammed the door in his face.
