In Yusha High School, 2nd year A++ student, Sumire Kitagawa was a loner. She was a top student, but she also had some unique interests, like manga and anime. While other girls wrestling all about makeup, boys,love, and other stuff, She was like a child. Though she was a top child, she had the mind of a 3-year-old. She never had a best friend or a boyfriend. In fact, she was not interested in a romantic life at all. She had scored 98%on board exams, which she was happy of. What she was even happier about is that she had walked past a dog calmly and brave fully(she is afraid of dogs). Yes, those small things make her happy.

When she entered class on her first day,she was sitting next to a window,thinking, "Another year in the hell." She saw a girl sitting on the desk on the opposite side of her. The girl was beautiful with deep red eyes and long black hair, which had a wolf cut. When she looked closely, she saw the girl was reading a manga "Demon slayer:Kimetsu No Yaiba"She was kinda shocked because there was no girl in her class except her not thinking mangas are cringe. Sumire wanted to talk to that girl but had no guts because she is an introvert. When class began, and it came to introduction,the girl introduced herself as "Kanaka Kobayashi." "So that's her name." Sumire thought. The teacher's very first homework was a group project. Coincidentally, she was paired up with Kanaka. She introduced herself, "Hello. My name is Kitagawa Sumire." Kanaka said."I know. The lonesome top student, right?" "Yes."Sumire replied. As they worked through their project together, they got to know each other and their love for anime and manga.

A gifted child who got a scholarship for this school.She before lived in an orphanage.She completed 9th grade back in Kyoto.She got through 10th grade and is now going through 11th grade living in the dorms,in Tokyo.Sumire is not friendly towards little kids but kids always stop crying when she touches them.

She wants to become a child doctor.She is very tall for her age.

Kanaka Kobayashi

She is also a loner.She is like Sumire.Just more friendly towards children.She grew up in Yokahama and came here in 10thgrade.She also got a scholarship.Everyone said Kanaka will grow up to become a model,but she wants to become a therapist.
