Jayce quickly went inside to take care of things, as she was already two days late for the start of school.

I don’t know if you’re clueless or what, but there’s a ‘reserved’ sign there. It seems like you’re just not paying attention. Also, get out of the way because I need to park.
Annoyed, Jayce gave Owen a harsh look before getting into her car and driving away from the school.

Take the parking space. Shove it to yourself! (Jayce said mockingly as she laughed, before driving away)
The security guard was shocked by Jayce’s actions, while Owen scowled in anger, cursing the woman under his breath. Despite Jayce’s short, masculine haircut, Owen recognized her as a woman.
