Gu Luo was sleeping as the alarm buzzed, It is 8:00 am, She is late for school. Her hair is a mess, She rushed to the bathroom, She brushed her teeth and entered the tub, Soaked herself in it, The tub was filled with rose petals. The book was red in colour. The cover was designed in wavy patterns. It's title was 'Shadow Lands ' She loves books about mysteries. She sat down and crossed her legs and began to read. She looked pretty with her fair jade skin. As She was busy enjoying the story Someone towered over her. She looked up and frowned. Wait that's the pretty boy she sat with. " Based on how you react you shouldn't be in the library like a nerd" Fu Tin said as he glanced at her coldly. " What makes you think of that?" She asked. " I don't know, Aren't pretty girls like you are supposed to cling onto jocks, I guess that you can't judge a book by its cover " He said. Gu Luo got infuriated" What do you mean by that? I can't waste my time on you basically you are not like him " She dropped the book and was about to leave when She slipped and he grabbed her waist preventing her from falling. She quickly ran away from the Library, Strange, this school is strange. But the boy knew Chinese, How can she communicate with other people. She downloaded an app called ' Duolingo ' Hmm... That should work. She looked at the girls chatting and a nerdy looking girl. As She went to meet the girl and looked at the app for greetings " Jello my name is Gu Gu... Wait did I say Jello I mean Hello, Her name is Hello No". She kept mixing her words. The girl stared at her confused . Fu Tin stared at her. ' Hmm... Such a dummy ' He thought to himself. " Gu Gu?" The girl said. " Gu Luo" Gu Luo said. " Nice to meet you Gu Luo" The girl said. The bell rang. " See you later " Gu Luo said as the girl left for her class. The group of girls walked towards Gu Luo " We saw you talking to her, How about you join our group? " One of them said. She was fair and slender. " Don't you say you love me" He asked as he pulled away. She was catching her breath, That was intense. He tucked her hair strands to the back of her hair. "Beautiful" He said as he smirked. Her ears became red. As his phone rang, It was his dad. " I will be going" Then he left. Gu Luo wondered why he left so soon because of the call from his dad.

She got home and couldn't stop thinking of that kiss, She looked around for what to do as she scrolled through her phone.

The Fu residence

Fu Tin got home and looked at his dad with some his business partners, " Son, You are back, How is studies? Go in and change " His dad said. Fu Tin greeted them and walked upstairs to his room. He quickly took a bath and changed into a suit with cufflinks he looked like a dominant CEO.

Downstairs, Mr Fu was talking about the business issues with his partners. " Your son is quite suitable for the job all he need is to get married to my daughter and we will join hands in the Fu business" One of them said. " My son is not of age yet, He still has to focus on his studies" Mr Fu said hesitantly.
