A raven haired boy clutched his pounding chest with a slightly trembling hand, panting heavily and lowering his head which caused damp hair beneath his helmet to spread all over his forehead and eyes

Jk groaned, swinging himself on his red, also mud covered bicycle and kicking his pedals too, his speech gradually increasing the more he kicked. He hissed as he felt how wet the saddle under his behind was and mentally cursed himself for wearing his nicest jeans today

Jk starts moving his bike at an even faster pace and scrunching his nose in distaste when he tasted raindrops on the top of his tongue as he tried to draw a deep breath
He did not sign up for this. Every week, the three quite sporty high schoolers, MIN YOONGI, KIM YUGYEOM and JEON JUNGKOOK full filed their weekly tradition of taking their motorcycles for ride and will race with each other for fun, to forget about it schools and their responsibilities, to feel the fresh air and having pure control over themselves
Yes motorcycle tour so why are they riding a bicycle then?
Because for this week Yugyeom came with lame idea of taking a bicycle instead of a motorcycle. Well actually his was gone for repair and he didn't want to cancel their tradition and thus he came with this land idea and A new route. A DAMN FOREST!!
Yoongi was beyond impressed by that suggestion of his and Jungkook too agreed as he didn't wanted to spoil their fun even though he was not happy with it
And of course, his keys had magically decided to slip out of pocket in mid-way and the raven haired boy only realized that after a few minutes and had to rull all the way with his bike in search of them. His parents weren't at home tonight and he didn't want to become a beggar and sleep on the streets so basically his life depended on the keys

The lighting inside the forest was not optimal at all since dark and thick rain clouds were covering up in the sky and raindrops were drizzling down upon him constantly. When riding motorcycles, bad weather didn't usually bother him much but with a normal bicycle, he found it to be quite the hassle. The ground was muddy, his shoes and the bicycle's wheels practically drenched in dirt which turned out to be quite the handicap for bike riding.
Nevertheless, he has decided to beat Yugyeom and yoongi, and therefore he kept kicking the pedals to increase the speed with all the strength which was inside him
He heard a sound which sounded like Yugyeom's screams but the helmet on his head as well as the wind howling inside made his ear shells prevent him from deciphering any specific words.

YUGYEOM! YOONGI!
He shouted as felt how much bigger the raindrops had become, and the weather has gotten worse. He saw two dots far in front of him which resembled him two best friends became smaller and smaller, eventually disappearing. It was quite evident that they couldn't hear him

(What will I do now? I have never been here and plus it is raining cats and dogs from high heaven above. The sun is going to set soon. I can't stay here for the whole night. Mom and dad will worry about me. I don't even have an internet connection either and police and Google Maps isn't an option)

It's all that Yugyeom's fault! If he didn't come up with that trashy idea, This wouldn't have happened and we would have been riding a motorcycle on normal road

This rain is also not stopping. The sky is getting darker and darker. I want to go home.
Jungkook on his phone's flash light as his sight was beginning to morph into a big mass of dark green, brown and black and he soon wouldn't be able to tell if there was a tree standing there
After the flash light activated he tucked his phone below his chin as his bicycle did not have a basket.
All of sudden he saw something unusual appear in front of him
There even was a sign in the middle! A wooden sign that may be able to tell where he could find exit from the forest or bring him close to his home. Jungkook squinted his eyes in order to recognise what has been carved on that ancient looking board
Unfortunately because of that lost focus in his front and suddenly he saw someone---- OR SOMETHING JUMP RIGHT IN HIS FRONT which made him lose balance as a loud cry left from his mouth.
A dotted fur coat, four long and delicate thin legs, a slender neck with a proud head sitting on top of it. A deer had just jumped in front of his bicycle and he was steering right towards him.

( At this rate I would crash into him. I don't want to crash into him or get me hurt as well)
As the road, the handles and the pedals were extremely slippery due to the heavy rainfall and his posture was quite inconvenient, it was not easy at all
However he somehow managed to jerk the handles of his bicycle towards the right, a millisecond before the collision could happen. However he should have thought of consequences that will happen because of the harsh turn
He ultimately lost control of his bicycle, his hands and shoes slipping off the handles and pedals. He also went completely off course, his bike clashing through trees and branches, it appeared like he was speeding downhill. WAS HE ROLLING FROM A MOUNTAIN???
For the whole while he just keeps getting hit by a literal gazillion of branches, not being able to look anywhere in fear of them poking his eyes is out and just internally begging for it to stop. He felt utterly helpless, not to mention the fact that he was a little inch away from death
And then his bicycle eventually gave up, Throwing him off harshly and making him roll along the dirty ground for about half a minute and then when he came to a halt Jungkook slowly lost consciousness and his sight turned blurry and unfocused

Yugyeom...... Yoongi......
He mumbled almost inaudibly, closing his eyes and feeling himself drift off into a strange Slumber like state, though his part of his body protested. Despite being in a highly uncomfortable position, his body gave up and stopped fighting against the exhaustion consuming it and made him ultimately lose consciousness

BREATH IN THE INFINITE SPACE OF WHAT IF
He did not want to wake up. He really didn't.
But someone or SOMETHING kept nudging him. how annoying! it was Saturday, a perfect day to be lazy, have some cereal and pancakes with bananas while playing Minecraft and most importantly SLEEP. Couldn't he just be left in peace? and why did the air inside his room smell so weird? way too fresh! He did not want to open his eyes.

Jk groaned when he felt that mysterious something, presumably his mother, still nudge him relentlessly

What do you wa--- *gasp when he saw mud and grass instead of his bedroom*
Jungkook jerked up, looking around with a panic and that was when he found out what had nudged him. Not his mother for sure.
A SNOUT, A deer's snout to be exact
He lifted himself into a sitting position hastily, letting out yelp of confusion. The deer surprisingly stood still and looked down upon him, calmly as if it was perfectly normal for it to sniff away passed humans in the forest. Jungkook has never seen a deer up close before and he did not want to ever again
Without a single girl Jungkook stood up as skillfully as he could every single muscle aching and throbbing as soon as he did, but that did not stop him since he kind of saw this as a life that's situation as it looked up to into the sky, his eyes widened when he saw it tinted with the pink purple and orange sunrise

Feeling his ankle throb painfully, he limped his way forward not having any clue where he was actually going. The woods look different from before but beautiful rather than scary. Not a single drop of water was pouring anymore. The sky was perfectly clear with pompous and proud-almost delicious-looking clouds
all of sudden he came across a bunch of strange trees weeping willows, presumably. their branches were longer and thicker than usual,the wood a smooth and pearly white and the glittering leaves reaching the ground as if they were hiding something behind them
and the weirdest thing? they had literal rose vines around them; Red Roses dark as blood blooming around the trunk of the trees, several thrones surrounding the vine. To make things even more unusual the thrones weren't normal, they were thrones painted in gold silver and bronze

(I have seen weeping willows before but surely they definitely were not like this but I don't know why but my gut feeling says to follow them)
The raven bent down and crawled his way below one of the strange branches leaves,tickling him but luckily none of the odd thrones scratching him, his ankle hurt though, He groaned as he reached the other side

There were more strange trees, all of them looking astonishingly smooth as the ones before, leaves painted the most luscious shade of green appearing so beautiful. Jungkook could swear he could see gold glitter trickle down them, however no roses
As he kept walking with jaw wide open. he came across a little path laid out by the stones of the most delicate shade of light pink he had ever seen. Every single one of them was equally big and carved Into identically looking oval forms. He was afraid of destroying the beauty of it by stepping on them but couldn't resist. The path laid along a field of the most lush and gorgeous roses he had ever laid eyes upon, abundance of roses in various colors spread out in front of him, none of them the same shade of blood red that the Willows before had
Now that he looked around this wasn't just any path or a rose garden,park even. The area he found himself to be in literally resembled a Fairyland

The path led him towards a building, not just any building, a TOWER. so big and high you'd think it belonged to Rapunzel. Only that it wasn't just a tower, the tower was part of a building that was so gigantic huge Jungkook couldn't even see it properly.

(How the hell did no one ever realize such an astonishing place existed right in the middle of damn woods. This would be the ultimate filming location, not to mention sightseeing hotspot)
Unfortunately he didn't see anyone around who could explain to him where in the hell he actually was right now. The only thing he found was a golden ladder leading towards what was presumably the first floor. The whole building was built out of that exact same shade of rosy pink as the path and it mostly piqued his curiosity. Plus he needed someone to take him to the hospital. His injuries were nothing to ignore
So, he gathered the last strength he had and climbed up the ladder as well as he could, almost holding his breath and biting his tongue to ignore the stabbing pain of his injuries
When (luckily) all had gone well. He finished his journey by climbing over a railing which led towards a nice balcony with the size of a literal ship deck. Since his urge to seek treatment for his injuries was getting bigger gradually, he didn't get to take a close look at it and focused on what was in front of him, which was a huge glass door with light curtains flowing beautifully in the wind, the door being open much to his delight.

He was so mesmerized, he kept gaping at what was displayed in front of him and didn't even realize that there was still no person inside.
Or that there were footsteps, storming up towards the room he was currently standing in
However, he did realize he wasn't left alone anymore when the door suddenly creaked open, and a loud scream filled the area.

*flinched as he turned around in shock, towards where his ears had picked up the scream*

Who are you and what are you doing in my chambers intruder?! I am summoning guards!
A male's voice screeched loudly and that was when Jungkook laud his eyes upon the person who has just entered the room

(Is this person even real? Am I hallucinating? There is no way a living breathing human being could be THIS GORGEOUS)
In front of him stood a boy with a soft hair shade of black, his skin glowing gold as the evening sun and smooth as butter, lips so rosy pink and enticing it was hardly possible to keep his eyes off him. The one thing that mesmerized him even more were his eyes
Big and wide, the softest shade of toffee brown, sparkly and fringed with long and thick eyelashes
And currently, widened out of shock with a glint of anger surging through them
It took a while for Jungkook to recompose himself and recall what the boy has said feeling his heart pound widely as soon as he remembered the word GUARDS

That was the only plausible explanation for the crazy place, along the room he was currently standing in looked as if Midas personally had paid a visit, and spread it with heaps and heaps of glitz and gold, everything seemed to shimmer blissfully and he couldn't even start describing the furniture. It seemed almost UNREAL

I don't know what's going on? A-Are you real? Is this r-real? W-who are you?
Jungkook normally would have responded with the horribly cheesy pickup line when seeing a boy this beautiful (like Are you from FRANCE ? Because EIFFEL for you~ 'or' are you GOOGLE? Because you are EVERYTHING I have been SEARCHING for~)
but there was something so intimidating in the strange boy's blazing gaze that led him to not doing anything except for goggling at him and stammering like a broken record
The black haired male scoffed, stomping towards him with huge footsteps which definitely had him panicking, especially when he grabbed the hem of the raven's leather jacket as soon as he stood in front of him

You have the audacity to ask me WHO I AM, standing inside MY CHAMBERS of our PALACE? Do you not recognize your own CROWN PRINCE? Are you not from the village?
If Jungkook hadn't been confused before, he definitely was now.
