Coming out of the kitchen holding a cup of tea for her hushand, she sees her younger daughter climbing the stairs. She was carrying gifts for her father. She calls her.

"how much time is left your father won't sit inside the room for long"
She asks her. Bom answers.

"Please make him sit for half an hour more"
The mother gasps and says

"Eomma is saying that Appa is not going to sit inside the room for long time, if he came outside then the whole surprise will be spoiled"
She says alerting her that time is short.

"Actually I've an old friend, he has got issues in his sons studies he wants a suggestion. I thought meanwhile we will have discussions too"
He walks towards the dressing table to brush his hair. She thinks of something, turns around facing his back and says

"No, you cannot go"
He places the brush back and faces her gently laughing and replies.

"Why I cannot go?"
Kim chae-rin
"Actually a black cat came in my way, that is why"
He laughs even more listening to her.
Kim seokjin
"Black cat came In your way, i can't go and by the way, since when have you started believing old school thoughts?"

"Please don't go…"
he asks cutely, he looks at her lovingly.
Kim seokjin
"Ok, why shouldn't I go. Who has put the restriction?"
Kim chae-rin
"Your daughters"
Kim seokjin
"Oh God my daughters.....why have they put this restriction?"
Kim chae-rin
"I don't know you cannot leave without their permission...do I ever ask you for anything"
She says before he could say something else. he looks at her with the expression "really".

"Ok fine, do whatever you want to do"
After says this she turns to walk away, but he stops her by her arm gently and makes her face him. He places his both hands on her shoulders and swaps their places.

"What are you doing?"
he sits on the bed and removes his shoes.
Kim seokjin
"You're welcome"
He smiles looking at her happy face.
She says to her father who is blinded. She guided him all the way to the rooftop.
Kim seokjin
"Oho, I'm coming....but what are you doing with me?"
Kim Y/N
"Just two minutes"
Kim seokjin
"Where are you taking me?"
Kim Y/N
"Appa, just do what I'm asking you to do"
Kim seokjin
"Dear, I'm doing what you are asking me to do but why are you doing this?"
Reaching at the destined place Y/N removes her fathers blindfold and all together says.
Seokjin wows and hugs his brother and nephew. They cut the cake and celebrate birthday.
Seokjin cuts the cake and feed his lovely daughters. While seokjin was feeding Y/N cake hyunjin looks at Y/N lovingly as Y/N eats.
Seokjin continues his work. Chae-rin brings a cup of tea for him and says
Kim chae-rin
"Here is your tea..... how did you find your birthday surprise?"
Kim seokjin
"It was really nice, I like it alot"
She then sits on the bed and then again says
Kim chae-rin
"Listen, I was thinking that you should talk to your brother for hyunjin and Y/N"
Kim chae-rin
"It's been so long that they are engaged. So, I was thinking that it would be better if they get married"
Seokjin put his pen on table and turns around sighing
Kim seokjin
"Chae-rin look, I'm not educating my daughters so that I shall get them married in between and wed them off. I want them to achieve their goals and to become independent even hyunjin is also studying, and I find it inappropriate to discuss this in between...even the engagement was done on the right time. So, don't think like a traditional mother, that a daughter shall wed off quickly. It will happen as per God's will on the right time"

"I was saying just like that. tell me, when are you going to end your work. It's quite late now"
Kim seokjin
"The work is still left... I've to submit this result in the university in next 2 days and it's very important"
Seokjin continues his work and Chae-rin goes out for house work.
