I was there to meet him only because I wanted and needed to get some information from him that he once and never mentioned again because he would get reminded of those days he spent in a place like hell. He didn't want to recall the traumatic experience ever again.

In the past, many reporters tried to talk to him all his life hoping to get something out of him but he kept declining. After trying consistently, I finally got the chance to meet him and he agreed to that only when he heard that I wanted to go to that place.

That one word sent shivers down my spine through my body. I was always curious about that place. I had read many old books about it but I always thought there was something more in that place which was not in the books. Something nobody could cover.

Lee Jin Ho went to Blissvile 65 years ago. He was a young, rebellious and curious person just like any other person. Like I am today. Back then, Blissvile was a very burning topic. From houses to coffee shops, there was always a bunch of people gathered together and gossiping about it in a low voice. Because it was taboo to even take the name of that place. Everyone was to stay away from there.

He and his friends were very adventurous. The curious, boiling blood was running in their body after all. The urge to do something adventurous, something unique. They had decided to explore that place where people would even get scared to take it's name, let alone even go near there. Because those who went there with bravery never returned and the small amount that came were never to lead a normal life again.

Jin Ho was the last person alive now, who had escaped that place and after him, it is said that nobody ever went there. The mankind decided not to mess with the unknown creatures residing there because that was the only option left for both mankind and them to live in peace in their respective places.

Although whatever he had told about Blissvile, I already read that all, but I still wanted to meet him once in person.

Now, Jin Ho is old and all of his memory about his life and everything related to it is pretty much distorted but when it comes to Blissvile, he remembers every single thing that occurred to him back then, in there, since that was the only thing people wanted to talk to him about in his last days. He was ready to share it again with the young me.

No sooner when me and my friends entered Blissvile, they attacked us. I blacked out and God knows for how long. When I woke up, I found myself in a pitch-black room. They call it 'Malevolent Manor'. It was so dark that I could barely see anything. Nothing at all. I don't know how many days I was hungry and thirsty, the first thing after so long shoved down my throat was blood.

Yes. Blood. They made me drink it and I did as they said because I was starving, dying. The same thing kept happening repeatedly. I'd scream, I'd cry every day and gradually my body gave up. I couldn't speak anymore cause I didn't have enough energy. After a few months, I was told to follow their orders and everything as they said without any questioning.

What would they exactly make you do?

They would give me some kind of drug type of thing every morning and after consuming it, I would lose all control over my brain. Just like any drug but after consuming it, none would remember a thing. It was more likely they would hypnotise me. But the effect of that drug would go down and I would realise what had I been doing. Moving like a robot and doing whatever they said I was not alone. Many humans had become slaves of them.

Whoever went there was tortured his whole life.

But you said it was pitch black and you couldn't see anything at all. How did you know that it was 14 hours and not more or less than that?
Lee Jin Ho
They would never make me do anything or bring me out in the daylight. They would feed it to me when the sun would set and it would start getting dark. When the drug would start wearing off from my body, it would be sunrise and sometimes complete morning.
Sun hee had read about Blissvile but every time she'd listen to that, she'd get more curious and surprised. She didn't know how much of that was true but she knew one thing for sure.
A person on his deathbed would never lie.
She had also read about the King of Blissvile, Joo Dan Tae. He was the God of the people of Blissvile because it is heard that, in the past, he saved and freed them from the humans and he was the one who created Blissvile. A place away from mankind and their eyes to keep everyone safe. It was his biggest achievement.

We are their biggest enemies. If you want to go there, I will tell you two things.

And if you don't want to go there, then don't. I cannot stop you because mankind had always been doing things they are forbidden to. It is the best for you to not go.
The last two words were more like a whisper he let out before he started painting and coughing as if he couldn't breath. Sun hee gasped.
She called him, holding his arm but he was struggling to breath and couldn't speak. Sun hee immediately called for the nurse. The door opener as the nurse entered and checked up his pulse.Turns out it was a severe panic attack. It was all because of that trauma. He often used to have those attacks

Jin ho probably didn't even care but he wanted to warn Sun hee because on his death bed that day, he was still regretting the day he decided to go to Blissvile and those flashbacks had almost paralyzed his body. He couldn't sleep, couldn't eat, couldn't talk. He lived in machines in hospital for months after he escaped that place.

It was the worst experience one could ever go through and if him telling his story could save a young girl who had a beautiful life ahead, he was ready to share it again and gave her a blatant warning that going there was and will never be a good idea.

I sat on the bus to go back to her city, Yeonju. Looking through the window while the wind was ruffling my hair, my mind was preoccupied with numerous thoughts.

Jin ho wasn't the first person who warned me to not go there. The first person was I, myself because I knew it was risky and so many people had forbidden me that it wasn't even worth it. Even my boss said that taking such a big risk for my career was idiotic.

Other than bringing a good story about Blissvile to the world and giving my career a push, my curiosity about Blissvile and those creatures were also a big reason in me going there.

I was 29 years old and the past 12 years of her life, I had been researching about Blissvile and the unknown creatures of there which were named 'Vampires' by humans.

I worked in one of the top companies of the country but nobody never recognised me and how would they when I hadn't brought anything interesting for the masses? People who used to write about Blissvile would get huge attention but at the end they had nothing new to present. Only the same old repeated and limited stuff that people had already read and then they would get criticized for fooling people with the same old stuff.

People of this town were scared of vampires but at the same time they were also curious about their lifestyle. Everyone knew Blissvile and the creatures who lived there were way more than what was written in the books.
