"Sister?" The young woman questioned. Her body was beaten to the pulp and her beautiful face was almost disfigured. She was tied down on the floor. She was on the verge of tears but she decided not to let them see her in fear.

"Sister? I can't it's too hilarious." Lenny laughed. " Do you still refer to me as your sister after all that has happened? Although I can't change the fact that we are half-sisters I refuse to claim a b*tch like you as my sister!" She responded in disgust.

"Ah… so you finally show your true colors." Anna replied with even more disgust. She looked up at her 'fiance' who has his hands wrapped around her sister's waist. "And you too?" She called out. She was doing her best to remain strong but her body was already so weak and she could barely keep her eyes open.

" Anna, I'm marrying Lenny not you. She's the one I truly love." He responded with a smirk. Anna lowered her head and closed her eyes. She let the tears fall slowly. Although she couldn't remember most of their time together she could still understand that this man is supposed to be the love of her life.

His words repeated in her heart over and over again. Her heart broke into a thousand pieces. Lenny sighed and walked towards her. She lifted Anna's chin and made her look straight into her eyes. "Anna...are you this stupid? Who do you think sent your mother to be framed and killed? After she divorced our dad did she think she was going to have her happily ever after with another powerful man?" Lenny mocked.

"You are wrong…." Anna whispered. "My stepfather and my mom loved each other deeply. I still regret not ever seeing him as my father." She continued and forced a smile on her face. "Heh stop acting brave. You haven't even heard half of the story. Think about all those rumors. Especially the one of you being a slut. I'm the reason you got raped on my grandfather's birthday." Lenny flaunted proud of her actions.

Anna clenched her fists in anger. She felt deep regret. If only she would have found out about their double faces earlier….

Lenny let go of her chin and slapped her across the face. She seemed to enjoy her pain a lot. She continued hitting Anna as much as she could. "Haha, I thought you were the genius of the Lee family right? How come you fell onto my traps so easily Anna? If it weren't for you I would have gotten everything you had!" She shouted.

"Lenny!" Shawn hugged her and calmed her down."I don't want our baby to get hurt. There is no point anymore. In the end, we will live happily without her here." Shawn told her and made her move outside.

He walked towards Anna with no love or pity in his eyes. He was indifferent to the situation. He was more concerned about his heir in Lenny's stomach than anything else.

He took a red bottle of gasoline and dropped it all around Anna's body. She had no way of running. She was tied down and beaten up. 'Is this the end?' She wondered in relief.

Her sister had taken great use of her multiple amnesia cases. This amnesia was caused by her sister's mother. What Lenny told her was enough for Anna to put all the pieces together. It hurt her so much but what's the point?

Won't she die here anyway?

She felt the liquid enter her parted lips and she spit it out immediately. Shawn laughed. "Shawn just let me do it." Lenny pleaded. " All you have to worry about is you and our baby I will take care of this useless thing." He replied with a sweet affectionate voice.

He set Anna on fire and walked away with Lenny in his embrace.

Anna watched them leaving, helplessly laying on the ground. She watched their victorious smiles through the flames until she couldn't anymore.

She could faintly hear someone call out her name desperately but she discarded it. 'Who could care about me anyway.' She thought and felt the fire burning her skin. It was painful so very painful. She died with hatred in her heart and anger.

The worst death she could ever ask for….

"Doctor! The patient is waking up! Hurry bring the doctor here now." A nurse called out as she watched the monitors.

Anna opened her eyes with great difficulty. She closed them again because she could not get used to the bright lights. 'So I was saved. I'm still alive.' She thought. She was able to get a few glimpses of what was going on around her but it was very difficult.

She couldn't move her body. When she tried to move her arms she couldn't because she felt them so heavy. Her whole body was so heavy and she didn't have the strength to move.

She was given water by the nurses and the doctor gave her a check-up but she couldn't move a single muscle. This situation seemed familiar to her.

"Miss Lee how do you feel? Can you remember who you are?" The doctor asked. Anna knitted her eyebrows and she slowly got her thoughts together.

Miss Lee? But she changed her surname to Long after her mother remarried to the Long family.

"Miss Lee, do you remember what happened?" The doctor asked again.

"I-" She didn't know how to respond because it all felt familiar to her but she wasn't able to pinpoint what exactly.

"Miss Lee you had a car accident and have been in a coma for almost a year now." He replied. "It's truly a miracle. After you woke up we didn't expect you to be able to talk or move." He added.

It finally came to her. When she was eighteen years old she fought with her mother because of her divorce to her father Mr.Lee.It was one of many fights but it was very big. That day she had accidentally heard the 'truth' about the divorce.

Her step-mother and half-sister made her believe that her mother was the one who cheated on her father and stopped her father from moving on. But this isn't the truth of course. At this time she didn't even know that Lenny was her half-sister and not a step-sister. At the time she hated her mother so she got drunk and got on her car which resulted in her car crash and coma.

So she had gone back in time? She wondered. Is this rebirth? "I have another chance…" She mumbled and her eyes darkened in anger. 'I will make great use of it…' She thought.

"Excuse me did you say something?" The doctor asked. "No." She responded.

"Alright, we will set up a therapy so you can start walking and moving your body like usual. At the moment you are still very weak." The doctor informed her.

Anna didn't bother to ask about where her family members are because it's evident that they won't show up.

Firat chapter after re-write

Two months went by in the hospital and Anna recuperated alone. She didn't ask for her family members to be called because she knew when they would arrive. Other then that she wanted to be mentally prepared for when she meets them again. She wanted to act normal around them so that they don't get suspicious.

After all, it was after this coma that her nightmare began. It was after she woke up with a fuzzy memory and a bit of amnesia that her sister and step-mother started their framing. They started successfully completing their schemes to end her completely. Her image was destroyed and the relationship with her mother disorientated.

Anna sighed and sat patiently on the bed. She was emotionless and she didn't move at all. She was still shocked as to how she was suddenly brought back to where it all began. Although she could remember what happened in her past life, the things she forgot after the coma are still forgotten.

She does still have amnesia but the doctors don't know that because she still remembers her family and her identity. What she forgot it's what happened when she was younger and how her step-mother appeared in the Lee family household. All of it confuses her because of this one thing and that's her memory.

She wished that she had gone back before the damned coma.

The door of her hospital room opened and her mother walked in with tears in her eyes. Anna's breath hitched and she waited to see what her mother would say. "Sweetie I didn't know…. This whole time I thought you were with your father. I had no idea you were in a coma." Her mother tried to hug her but she restrained herself.

In the past, her daughter pushed her away and didn't like to be touched so she was already used to it. Anna bit her lip and opened her arms. "Mom.." She called out affectionately and brought her mother into her embrace.

Her mother froze. She didn't expect her daughter to actually initiate a hug. "I'm so sorry mom. I'm sorry for the way I treated you." Anna cried.

They were in each other's embrace and they both cried and reconciled. After a while, they finally let go and her mother explained what had happened. Anna listened attentively even though she already knew exactly what had happened.

Her father never informed his mother about her sudden car crash and coma because he wanted Anna to think badly of her mother after she woke up. He wanted Anna to believe that her mother was heartless and left to get married with another man while she was in the hospital.

This whole time that her mother called to talk to her they had told her that Anna didn't want to talk to her and that she hated her. Her mother had even called to invite Anna to her wedding but again they told her that Anna didn't care at all.

Their goal was to separate Anna from her mother and this was their first stepping stone. They thought of separating Anna from being brought by her mother into one of the most powerful families; the Longs. This way they could scheme against Anna and she wouldn't have any backup.

It was a smart and important move that's why Anna would not let it happen this time around.

Anna smiled sweetly at her mother and looked at the door were to men where standing. It was Mr.Long and his son who is twenty years old.

Anna's stepfather and stepbrother, who she hated because they 'snatched' her mother from her and made her mother abandon her. She hated her mother for this as well and caused all of their deaths. She was indirectly their murderer because Lenny and her stepmother only got rid of them because Anna was getting to close to them.

"Mom, who are they?" Anna asked as if she didn't already know. "It's…." Her mother didn't know how to respond because she didn't want her daughter to hate her again.

"Mom I heard you re-married are they…" Anna decided not to give her mother a hard time so she smiled calmly. Her mother nodded and Anna looked at her with an 'oh'.

"This is my husband Leo Long and his son David Long." Her mother introduced them. Anna nodded and smiled sweetly. "I always wanted a little brother," Anna mumbled as she waved towards David.

"W-what? Hey! I'm older than you so you are my little sister." He defended. Anna laughed. "With your childish temperament, I believe you completely little brother." She responded with a challenging smirk. David frowned and glared at her. He didn't want to be titled as the little brother okay?

He wanted to be the older overprotective brother!

Looking at their interactions. Mr.Long and Anna's mother smiled in and held hands happily.

They packed up Anna's things and they exited the hospital. Outside Anna looked up the sky and sighed. With a sad smile on her lips.

"Are you okay?" Her step father asked. Anna smiled brightly and gave him a nod as she appreciated his concern for her. " If you don't mind can I settle with you guys for now?" She asked. "You don't have to ask. You are part of our family." He responded.

'Family? I can get used to that…' She thought.

As their car left another one pulled over and entered and the people inside the car entered the hospital room where Anna was just discharged off today.

Mrs. Lee and Lenny Lee made their way to the doctor's office upon receiving the news from the nurse that Anna was picked up by her family a few minutes ago.

"Where is my daughter" Mr.Lee shouted and the doctor. The doctor was frightened because he knew he couldn't offend him since his company was currently one of the main investors of the hospital.

Lenny and her mother looked at each other in panic when the doctor told them that Anna was picked up by her mother and stepfather.

How were they going to make use of her if she was taken away by her mother? Their plan would be ruined!!

Anna sighed helplessly. 'It seems I was really bad BAD back then'

Thinking about it made her clench her fist tightly. She then smiled sweetly and said "well you will marry my mother sooner or later besides I like you and David"

Leo and Eva stared at each other lovingly. Then they went forward and hugged her, of course, they were all shocked, especially Leo. He has only been with her for a week and now has been approved of!!!

God knows how hard he tried to impress her!He subconsciously patted his shoulder with a proud expression on his face.

After the hugging session, a loud humph could be heard. Once again David was left behind.....Not only did he get ignored during a family hug but his father actually offered his black card to someone!!he begged and begged for it but he wasn't 'Responsible enough' to own it.

Seeing his reaction Anna smiled mischievously and stuck her tongue out at him. David Humph again grabbing the other's attention. Then another family hug was done with David included. Seeing how happy and peaceful everything was Anna's eyes filled with more determination she was sure to take revenge.

'This is how it should have been how stupid is was' Anna thought while parting from the family hug.

After finishing her breakfast Anna left to meet Lenny in a coffee shop near the mall but she decided to instead head right to the mall and make her wait longer. After an hour or two Lenny started to get impatient and decided to call Anna. "Hello where are you!?" She said impatiently trying as hard as she could to keep up with her facade.

After a long pause, Anna finally spoke up in an indifferent manner "come am outside the store Leen I'll be inside"Without waiting for her reply Anna quickly hung up and walked inside the store.

Lenny panicked 'is it possible that she found out sh*t!' But then mockingly laughed at her own thought.

'Yeah right how would stupid b*tch found out? Ugh, I will have to bear with it for now Humph see how I will make you pay for it sl*t!'

She then took her bag and left arrogantly. When Lenny arrived she saw Anna speaking with a sales assistant about a beautiful strapless cocktail dress. She sneered 'Ha this stupid b*tch already picking clothes for me'

Her thought paused when she saw her turn around and greet her.She saw Anna had an old pair of jeans and a bold crop top on later she noticed her face and hair contracted her ragged clothes.

"Anna what happened to your makeup a-and your hair you-"

Anna sneered inwardly. She remembered how Lenny used to give her "kind" suggestions about her look. Saying how she looked beautiful with her bright colored wigs and heavy makeup even the clothes she wore were over sized and more of an old ladies clothing!!

" oh no I just decided I look more beautiful with my bare face and loose hair" Anna replies trying to hold back her laughter seeing Lenny's ugly expression.

What did she expect she was reborn and this meant a new her.

Lenny was stunned. Every morning she had to wake up at five in the morning to put on various sets of facial masks and use many beauty care products. Another 2 hours in styling her hair and spending thousands of dollars every day for a new outfit. But no Anna only needed her bare face to look beautiful no effort of any kind and even in a potato sack she would still look stunning.

Instantly Lenny was now surrounded by a sea of jealousy. She dug her nails in her palms making a pair of fists to compose herself and replied "oh...you look beautiful

Anna tried her best not to laugh, she was really enjoying this show but it was only 0.000001% of her revenge she was just getting started!!!

Anna smiled in response but she felt a ting in her heart.The pain of the fake love she believed in for most of her life was still there.Not to mention the love of her life....that man has been sleeping with the person in front of her.She shuddered at the thought.

She knows she is not strong enough,this is why she plans to convince her grandfather and spend these last 2 weeks with her family before moving abroad to study and further prepare herself for revenge.

Anyways Lenny wants to become an actress in her past life Lee group entered the entertainment industry and invested in many films in which Lenny played the female lead. To make your enemy suffer and truly take revenge you must take away what cost them to achieve. Lenny is pretty much useless right now there is not much affect in revenge.

This is why Anna would wait patiently and prepare herself.

When they walked further inside the store all eyes were staring at Anna in a mocking way. Lenny was satisfied instantly. Even some of the sales assistants were keeping their eyes on Anna as if she would steal something.

To normal people her clothing was nothing bad but she this was the upper class.No matter how much we reject the idea of being judged on your social class is still a thing.And a young lady of the famous Lee family is not supposed to be seen in such clothing.

Lenny played the naive girl and went to pick clothes for Anna like they usually did. When she saw Anna picking out nice clothes she was pleased with herself thinking she still had Anna around her little finger.

Anna noticed a pair of black lace-up heels."You have a good eye miss this is one of our recent collections" the sales assistant explained but Anna only replied with a "mmm"

"Okay get me a pair size ##, "Anna Said resizing the heels would look perfect with her black dress she picked earlier.

When the sales assistant came back with a beautiful golden box she handed it to Anna but before it could reach her hand another pair of hands grabbed onto the box.

"Great this is my size don't bother with her clearly she can't afford them, "Said the high pitched voice which could easily annoy anyone.Anna smiled realizing who it was Suzan Lee her dear cousin.

The sales assistant gave her an apologetic expression. "Miss this lady here picked the shoes first we don't have anymore in this size you are welcome to try different designs."Anna Said nothing and waited for Suzan to start the drama.

"Such shameless b*tch do you know who I am? why do you take the side of this wrench just look at her!!"

People around the store started to gather around to watch the show.

Anna snickered 'Alright you want a show I'll give you one"
