*gasp* I wake up gasping for air hardly being able to breath. When I realize it was just a dream, I look around my room and everything is the same. My brown hair was messy, I get up to get ready for school. My name is ivy and I’m 16, I have brown hair and black eyes. I walked into the bathroom which is right next to my room, I live with my mom and dad well my adoptive father, but he is nice. I don’t have any siblings that I know of. I went into the bathroom and closed the door. I looked at myself in the mirror and I see a shadow just a shadow behind me, I turn around as fast as I can and nothing is there. I hurry up and finish what I was doing and leave and shut the bathroom door behind me. I go down to the kitchen where my mom and making pancakes. “There is some on the table for you” and points to the table left side on the edge there is a plate of 2 pancakes. I sit down and eat all of the pancakes. I put the plate in the sink and as I wan walking out I stop to look at the window next to my door. There is 3 windows at my door one on top and two beside the door, leaving the door in the middle. I look in the window seeing my reflection I’m wearing a black and red shirt around my waist with a grey shirt and skirt.

As I’m walking I see my friend liv waiting for me “hey took you long enough” she says I roll my eyes and we start walking “so what’s the tea with you and chris?” She says with excitement “ there isn’t any tea we aren’t getting back together” she roll her eyes “ok then I’ll take him for myself” she says joking around “ok you can have him.” I roll my eyes “I’m joking you guys made a great couple even though he broke your heart he loves you” she laughs as she gradually makes a straight face it’s nothing but silence for a while as until we are finally at the school.

I walk in and Chris is standing at the door with flowers the halls are empty it seems we are late or just extra early he gives me the flowers and has this smirk on his face “ivy will you give me another chance” he says he seems genuine and I look back at liv and remember the conversation we had on our way here. She is smiling with happiness and guilt at first I thought it was odd but then as she is my best friend who have done this before with him I roll my eyes again and walk away leaving her and him.

No later does she come running after me. “ look I’m sorry it’s just he seemed really sad when you guys broke up and he really wanted to get back together I couldn’t help it” I stop I turn and look at her “ you know what he did to me, this isn’t even the first time your the reason we broke up in the first place!”

“If I’m the reason why are we even still friends!”

I open my locker and she storms away. Your maybe wondering what happened with her and my ex boyfriend Christ well they... kissed and that’s all I know for sure but they were dating behind my back.
