A rainy day, everyone busy with their thesis, busy street of
Delhi everyone trying to avoid the beautiful rain.
A silent park, apart from the noisy and busy city.
A girl sitting alone next to a big green tree, sad, depressed and broken.
Notification
“oh yes!! Finally he unblocked me” She jumps in excitement
texts
‘Hey where have you been? Its our 1st month anniversary, I guess your app must
have some glitches, I thought that you blocked me LOL’
silence…
A reply comes from the other side*
‘You better stay away from him, he is mine now… I hope you wouldn’t interrupt
him anymore’
…
what? He is my boyfriend, I have the right to message him, who the hell is this
who is stopping me.
‘Who are you? And how dare you talk to me like this, I am his girlfriend’ I
replied
‘You are not his girlfriend anymore, dumb girl… He is mine now, I am his
girlfriend now, and you better not look on my boy’ reply from the other side*
Is this a joke or what…
Hand trembles, Body shakes, Heart was feeling a massive immerse of pain…
He found another girl?? Is this a joke? Am I that bad? Did I do something
wrong?
Am I really… ‘A DUMB GIRL?’
All of a sudden, I felt so empty and blank as there weren’t a ‘real me’ ever
existed.
All I can think of is… why did he left me, we were in a long distance
relationship still I did put my 100% of efforts in it, and what I got??
BETRAYAL only and only BETRAYAL…
I guess this is what I deserve, I really guess now that… I am a dumb girl
smiles*
“HA HA HAAA oh my god HA HAA”
A wild and painful laugh hiding a thousand feelings of depression…
Heart ache a lot, holding her T shirt as tightly as possible… It really felt
more worse than dying.
Tears were drooping down her eyes constantly.
She fells on the ground, an unstable condition, disturbed mindset and…
A broken heart.
She looks above to the sky, it was also crying along with her…
a smirk spreads on her uneasy lips.
“Good babies don’t cry dear, They can hide their feeling right? Look, The weather
is so calm right now, isn’t it?” Then I wiped my tears off, settled myself and
brushed off my cloths because they were all dirty.
“what’s the time right now?”
I took a look at the clock tower.
“Its already 8pm of NIGHT!!! Oh god I should hurry home, I also have my exams.
Oh! I am doomed”
as I watched the time I was all in a hurry to reach my home when I heard a
voice striking me from the back.
“Hey girl”
That… That voice isn’t familiar enough to recognize.
I turned back, and as I was in a hurry so,
I… slept through the water on the ground
“aahh! Oh god…”
closes eyes tightly, I wasn’t ready for sudden slip of my leg, I was scared my
heart was beating fast…
Suddenly, I felt warm hands wrapped around my waist
Leaning me inside them, felt like my comfort zone. I can’t explain that feeling
in words…
“Are you ok Shruti?”
another voice coming from back, but this was a recognized voice. Is it satyam??
“I’m uhh sorry if I scared you, I didn’t mean to do it” said that unknown
person
“are you both ok?” said satyam
“oh yeah of course”
satyam is my old friend, we know each other from the last 3 years. We met in
some sort of gaming tournament and then became good friends, although we still
wasn’t able to contact each other frequency, yeah we talked rarely. I was
seeing him after about half a year or one.
“By the way, Meet my friend reddy… Sankeerth reddy. I guess you must have heard
of his name” and this is how satyam introduced me with reddy.
“Wait is he… the youth CEO of one of the top leading companies of India??? Ain’t
no way I am seeing him for real” I was totally in a shock, how can such a rich
and iconic person can be in front of me?
I pinched myself in a hope to wake up from the dream, but I ended up with a bit
pain of that pinch.
It mean… ITS REAL!!
“Hey dear, sorry I almost made you fall, that wasn’t my intention” he said vey
firmly and humbly.
OMG... he isn't the person usually people talk about, they say that he is a very rude, arrogant and cold person, but it didn't seems like.
As we walked alongside Reddy, I couldn't help but feel a sense of curiosity. How did Satyam, my old friend from gaming tournaments, become friends with such a CEO like Reddy?
"Hey, Satyam, how do you know MR. Reddy?" I asked, trying to sound casual.
Satyam smiled, his eyes crinkling at the corners. "We met through some mutual friends. Reddy's a big fan of gaming, and we bonded over that."
I raised an eyebrow, surprised. "Really? I wouldn't have thought for a CEO like MR. Reddy as a gamer."
A bold look of Reddy's eyes captured my attention, the way he was looking into me got me struck, breaking the silence he said " Don't ever call me, Mr. or sir." coming closer to me "you can call me Reddy or Sankeerth, got it girl?"
"Ye... Yes, got it" I said in a deep fear of his bold and glamorous eyes. If there were to be a wall behind me, I would have been bumped into it by now.
"Good girl" he said charmingly.
"And well... as for the question how me and Satyam became friends"
Reddy chuckled, his eyes sparkling with amusement. "I'm full of surprises, Shruti. Don't judge me based on my wealth. You would never know the real me. well, it's difficult to find, girl."
"Well don't you know Shruti, Sankeerth is a master of shooting games. We call him 'death' by name. He is more like White444." said Satyam, as my eyes widened knowing such a fact.
I felt a flush rise to my cheeks as Reddy's eyes locked onto mine. There was something intense about his gaze, something that made me feel like he could see right through me.
As we strolled through the quiet streets, Satyam told us about his gaming exploits, and Reddy shared some stories about his company. I listened intently, feeling a sense of wonder at the complexity of Reddy's personality.
But despite the light conversation, I couldn't shake off the feeling of sadness that lingered inside me. The breakup still hurt, and I found myself overthinking every little thing.
Reddy seemed to sense my mood, and his expression softened. "Hey, Shruti, you okay? You seem a bit distracted."
I forced a smile, trying to brush off my emotions. "I'm fine, just a bit tired."
Reddy's eyes narrowed, his gaze piercing. "You're not fine, Shruti. You're still hurting from the breakup, aren't you?"
I felt a lump form in my throat as Reddy's words struck a sword deep within me. How did he know?
Satyam clapped me on the back, breaking the spell. "Hey, let's get out of here. I've got a gaming session to get to."
As we parted ways, Reddy's eyes locked onto mine once more. "Take care of yourself, Shruti. You deserve better than someone who hurts you."
I felt a spark of truth in his words, while my heart skipped a beat. Was Reddy genuinely interested in me, or was he just being kind?
As I watched him walk away, I couldn't help but wonder what secrets he hid behind those soft and kind eyes.
