The door clanks and I could guess they are opening it for me.
Maybe for another family visit.

But it felt like in a blink of an eye, I found myself stuck inide this cold and dark prison cell.

To be honest, I've done nothing.
Well, that's the truth which the world denies hearing from my mouth.
Now, living behind the cold bars for 6 months, I myself started to hate to speak it out that I've done nothing wrong.
But then this hope of ray brings light to my sudden dark pit.
The constable was dragging me towards the cabin of the prison head which I haven't visited after the day I came here.

Me chup chap lady constable ke sath.
(Me silently keep walking along with that lady constable.)
Us sunsaan aur gandi purani corridor me sirf ham dono ke chalne ke awaj gunj rahi thi.
(only our footsteps were echoing through that silent and dirty old corridor.)
"Par tum bohot lucky ho madam! Jo itni jaldi chut gayi. Warna Bareilly ki jail se gunhegar tavi chutta hai jab uski maut ati."
(But you're lucky enough, madam! That you've got released so soon. Or else prisoners only got released from Bareilly Prison when their death comes.)
After a while of pause, she complimented me which sounds more like a mock.
I've signed the release papers while sitting in front of the prison head.

(She kept speaking and I kept listening)
But whatever she was speaking...all are correct.
I became a prisoner at Bareilly prison on the murder of the heir of Agnihotri family.
Agnihotris are one of the multi-millionaire families around the world, whose name comes once in a year in the front pages of the country's top business megazine.
Bareilly ka sabse ameer khaandan jinka mukabla yaha 100 saal tak koi nhi kar sakta.

I had no emotions shown up in my face.
I lost all of my hopes that day when court declared me guilty in the charge of Atharv Kashyap Agnihotri's murder.
Yes! I didn't kill him but got convicted unfairly.
At first I thought it was all just a huge misunderstanding when I got arrested.
But then I realized someone trapped me.
The lady constable was being polite to me today.
Maybe because I got released!
But they said I was the most obedient and calm prisoner they ever had.
And that's why the lady constable escorted me to the exit.
"Try not to come here again. I don't want to see your face again."
She said to me with a bitter smile.

As I stepped out of the prison gate, the strong light of summer sun flashes on my eyes.
